Laura (8/5): Ubicación excelente. Buena relación calidad-precio - La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento. a 1 minuto andando de Istiklal, fue muy fácil moverso por Estambul. El apartamento era amplio y las habitaciones cómodas. El baño era amplio y funcional. Tanto el baño como la cocina podrían limpiarse algo más a fondo. incluso algunos pequeños electrodomésticos podrían ser sustituidos ya que se veían muy usados.

Mehrnaz (5/5): Bra läge med dålig standard! - Bra läge om man vill bo i innerstan. Gatan blir en nedförsbacke efter hotellet. Det saknades flera saker vid ankomst, och man var tvungen att be om saker hela tiden. Våning 1 och 3 är väldigt mörka; alla fönster och båda balkongerna vetter mot huset bredvid. Lamporna har ett väldigt vitt och starkt ljus, ganska obehagligt, och man var tvungen att ha dem tända även under dagarna. Rummen är i stort behov av renovering och väldigt slitna. Passar inte för 5 personer. Gatan var bullrig, särskilt på nätterna.

Lamporna har ett väldigt vitt och starkt ljus, ganska obehagligt, och man var tvungen att ha dem tända även under dagarna. Rummen är i stort behov av renovering och väldigt slitna. Passar inte för 5 personer. Gatan var bullrig, särskilt på nätterna. Handdukarna byttes inte under 9 dagar och handdukstorken fungerade inte, så vi kunde inte själva tvätta och torka våra saker.
Ibrahim (10/5): - Son zamanlarda kaldigim mimari olarak en güzel otel olabilir. Odalar temiz. Klimalar cok iyi calisiyor hic üşümedik. Resepsiyon'dakiler cok yardimci oluyor. Dört dörtlük bir yer.
DINA (8/5): Très bien ! Aucun sentiment d'insécurité ! On a été touchés par l'amabilité des personnes ! - J'ai aimé l'emplacement de la résidence car elle était à environ 10 mn de la station du Funiculaire qui, lui-même, permet d'avoir directement accès au Tramway 1 (moyen de transport très très utile pour se rendre sur les places et sites de la ville tels que le Grand Bazar, la mosquée bleue, la citerne basilique, Istanbul moderne, prendre le ferry, etc). Le quartier est plein de restaurants, de boutiques fameuses. Franchement TOP ! L'appartement est très propre, la cuisine est équipée, le personnel de réception très aimable. Pour une famille de 4 + 1 bébé c'est très bien. Ils ont apporté un lit pour le bébé. Le bémol de la résidence est qu'étant située au rez-de-chaussée, ses fenêtres ne donnent pas ouverture sur un extérieur, d'où le fait que l'éclairage intérieur est nécessaire en permanence. Ceci, en soi, n'est pas un réel handicap sauf pour celui qui ne veut pas sortir de la journée. En revanche, pour nous qui sortions quasiment tous les jours ceci n'a pas été une gêne rédhibitoire car nous rentrions tard le soir et nous nous mettions au lit très fatigués.
Connie (9/5): Highly recommended - We had 2 rooms. The newly renovated room for couples is perfect and spacious. Walk to shopping stripes and famous restaurants. Safe area. Functional kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The other family apartment needs minor touch up on flooring. It would be better to supply some washing powder and dishwasher tablets, ect.
Connie (8/5): Will stay again - Perfect location surrounded by shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Apartments are very spacious for couples and families. Functional kitchen equipped with cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Spacious bathroom is good for laundry. You can leave your luggage here while you travel. Some minor things can be improved. Body wash dispenser didn't work. Some dated equipment.
