It wasn't included in my room rate, but it was well worth paying 12 euros for breakfast. It's very complete and delicious. The breakfast staff are very attentive and kind. The room was also comfortable, although quite small. Only one thing was problematic during my stay: the hotel simply turned off the air conditioning at night. Rome is a hot city, and our last night at the hotel was quite uncomfortable because it was hot and the air conditioning was off. We called reception, complained about the room being very stuffy, and requested that the air conditioning be turned on, but our request was denied. They didn't even have a fan to provide. Honestly, even in much cheaper hotels, I've never seen this situation where you can't control whether or not your own room's air conditioning is on.

- Animali (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno - la colazione varia e prontamente riassortita dallo staff. La camera, questa volta, al quinto piano e all'estremità dell'hotel, era sufficientemente silenziosa e confortevole. Lo staff sempre molto disponibile e accogliente. Anche il ristorante dell'hotel è stata una piacevole esperienza. Un'anta scorrevole della doccia aveva la maniglia spezzata quindi chiudere e riaprire la doccia non è stato agevole. I distributori automatici non permettono di acquistare tramite pagamento con carta quindi è necessario avere sempre con se monete.

Camere piccole, un po’ tristi, finestre senza tende leggère ma solo quelle oscuranti, per cui bisogna tenerle sempre chiuse se non si vuole avere qualcuno che dalla casa di fronte guarda nella stanza.

- dada_123456778999 (4/5): Definitely Not Worth 4 Stars - Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for a 4-star hotel. The staff was disappointing and not particularly attentive to guests. The bathroom had no ventilation and was not completely clean upon arrival. The rooms are very dated and definitely need renovation. On top of that, the parking fee is excessive considering the overall condition of the hotel. Overall, this place is absolutely not worth the money they charge.

Superlativo per la prontezza nel risolvere ogni problema il front Office Manager Flaminio Arena che con gentilezza ha preso in carico esigenze mie e dei miei amici risolvendo tutto e rendendo il soggiorno perfetto. Colazione e personale di sala superlativo. Ottima posizione per Stadio , ben collegato con autobus per centro e metro. Un possibile restyling renderebbe la struttura un gioeillo.

- Aurora C (5/5): - Solo la colazione che fortunatamente era buona e vasta. D'altronde siamo in Italia, sarebbe stato assurdo il contrario. Premetto che viaggio moltissimo e ho visitato anche Paesi e luoghi poco sviluppati, dove sinceramente mi aspettavo di trovare situazioni peggiori. Eppure raramente mi sono trovata così poco soddisfatta come in questo hotel, che tra l’altro si presenta come un 4 stelle. La stanza era piccola e la pulizia lasciava parecchio a desiderare: in bagno ho trovato capelli per terra e perfino vermi. Un livello davvero inaccettabile in Italia. Sul sito era indicata la presenza dell’asciugacapelli, ma quello trovato in camera sembrava uscito dagli anni ‘80: praticamente inutilizzabile, con una potenza inesistente. La prima sera ho chiesto alla reception se fosse possibile averne un altro e mi è stato risposto che non ne avevano disponibili. Risultato? Ho impiegato 45 minuti per asciugarmi i capelli. Il giorno successivo, esasperata, ho richiesto nuovamente un phon diverso perché era davvero impossibile usare quello della camera. Mi è stato consegnato un altro asciugacapelli chiedendomi però la “gentilezza” di riportarlo subito dopo perché tutto l’hotel disponeva solo di quello. E qui mi chiedo: in un hotel a 4 stelle è normale avere un solo phon decente per tutte le camere? Inoltre, in camera non era presente nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia e mancavano completamente sia la macchinetta del caffè che una semplice tisaniera. Può sembrare un dettaglio, ma assicuro che io ho sempre trovato entrambe le cose in qualsiasi parte del mondo. Come se non bastasse, la carta della camera non funzionava praticamente mai. Ogni giorno ci ritrovavamo bloccati fuori dalla stanza e costretti a tornare in reception. Ogni volta la risposta era: “Vi mando il facchino”. Facchino che puntualmente non risolveva nulla, sostenendo che il problema dipendesse dal fatto che la reception caricava l’accesso giorno per giorno sulla nostra carta. Morale: ogni giorno la stessa scena e continue perdite di tempo. Esperienza davvero deludente sotto molti aspetti. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta ben altro.

Forse almeno una "tendina" o simile soluzione per evitare di allagare il bagno e renderne difficoltoso il successivo utilizzo, ed immagino il riordino dello stesso dopo il check out.

Colazione di buona qualità e varietà in un'ampio salone senza ressa. Stanza non troppo spaziosa come anche il bagno. Per due persone ci vorrebbero due sedie. Non ho capito gli interruttori dei comodini (accendendone uno si accendono tutti e due).I distributori automatici nei corridoi non funzionavano.Ho preso il cappuccino nel bicchiere di carta perché erano finite le tazze idem per i cucchiaini. - Marco (5/5): Staff gentile, pulito ma purtroppo vecchio e colazione non buona. - La posizione è ottima, il letto era comodo la camera era spaziosa, staff molto gentile. L’arredamento delle camere è pessimo, a partire dai colori che sono orribili fino alla sensazione che si prova quando si entra nella stanza spoglia e minimale con oggetti di arredamento vecchi, un profumo spruzzato nella stanza fortissimo e abbiamo dovuto aprire le finestre ma ora veniamo al vero tasto dolente di questo Hotel, non voglio accettare minimamente che in Italia mi venga fornita una colazione di un albergo con una macchinetta del caffè automatica soprattutto in un hotel storico come questo, inoltre la colazione era di qualità mediocre, con prodotti mediocri ad esempio non c’è la Nutella ma una nocciolata scadente. Anche i cornetti e la frutta erano mediocri.

- Valentina (5/5): Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - La posizione strategica per il Foro Italico Camere molto (troppo) datate, bagno cieco senza ventilazione, doccia vecchia con rubinetteria piena di calcare, parquet e battiscopa molto rovinati come, in generale, il resto del mobilio. Costo extra di 35 euro a notte per il soggiorno di un cagnolino di piccola taglia, senza che venisse fornita nè una ciotola per l'acqua, né alcun kit di benvenuto.Staff non all'altezza, a tratti scortese.

- tracybO2197NG (6/5): Mold in bathrooms - Pros- friendly staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast Cons- extremely small rooms, lots of mold in the bathroom (staff states all the rooms are like this), we used taxis because it's not close to any of the main attractions in Rome. We would never start here again while in Rome.
- ADELE (2/5): - Camera singola veramente angusta, praticamente un corridoio. Bagno disabili (non richiesto) con doccia a pavimento senza vetro e piatto, a ogni doccia si allaga il bagno. Chiusura della porta difettosa. Al mio arrivo manca la carta igienica, ciabatte e telecomando(tattica visto che la TV è guasta). Una tariffa di oltre 150 euro per una camera che ne vale appena 50-60.

- Edvinas (5/5): - The hotel is in a good location, but the breakfast selection is poor, but the biggest minus for this hotel is what we did not expect, after cleaning the room, we returned in the evening and could not find the bath bombs we had bought for the child for 50 euros, we did not have time to go to the reception to find out how they could have disappeared from the room, this behavior of the maids was very sad and at the same time surprising, so be careful if you are already missing small things

- Aquariana (7/5): Nice area but expect a bit more for a 4 star hotel. - The area was less touristy, and we could see and feel more like the locals. Good options of caffes and places to grab a bite. a lot of commodities around, and close to bus to city center. For a 4 start hotel, would expect a bit more attention to the sound proof. We stayed in the 5th floor where there was a large group of teens, during late night and early morning they move between rooms and just drop the doors listening constantly to the doors slammed and running in the corridors. The hotel as well deserve a bit of an update, the bed was not super comfortable. Could put more bath towels and please replace the face towels, they seemed like we where cleaning our faces in paper.
