- Flóra (6/5): Célnak megfelelt - Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a dóm 15 perces kényelmes sétával, a vasútállomás 5 perces sétával könnyen elérhető. A szoba tisztasága, mindennapi takarítás. Check-in előtt és chek-out után a csomagokat megőrzésre ott lehet hagyni. A szobák hidegek voltak, központi fűtés nem működött, vastag takaró helyett egy lepedővel lehetett tarkarózni, de voltak pokrócok amiket magunkra tudtunk húzni. Az épületre (álmennyezetek) és a szobák villamoshálózatára (konnektorok, hajszárító) rá férne egy alapos felülvizsgálat/felújítás.

- Francisca Romo (5/5): Hotel mediocre - Llegamos y nos hicieron un upgrade de la habitación, bellas vistas desde el balcón Desayuno regular y no de buena calidad, aseo deficiente en las piezas. Lo peor escuchabas todo lo que se hablaba desde las otras piezas. Barrio muy malo, el domingo alrededor del hotel 2 hombres drogándose, poca seguridad. En la recepción del hotel primero nos dijeron que podíamos dejar las maletas y después se desdicen lo que hace que tengamos que cambiar planes y de hotel. El domingo estuve enferma y no pude salir de la pieza, no me ayudaron con el desayuno porque decían que no había servicio a la habitación, sin embargo a la habitación del lado les llevaron espumante y comida, es decir discriminación entre los pasajeros. Finalmente, la tina muy alta, el shower door fijo, lo que hacía muy difícil y peligroso entrar y salir

Kommer ikke tilbake. - Beliggenheten var god, spesielt om du skal videre Rommet vårt lå i 2.etg rett ut mot en trikkestasjon. Det kom en trikk gjennom hele natta, som gjorde at alle våknet. Kunne like gjerne sovet på gata, for det var ingen isolasjon. Vi bodde på 4 mannsrom. Frokosten var heller ikke bra.

Husband slept well but I found it hard to sleep as trains were very noisy and the trams ran along the road too. Hotel was very good but I would stay a little further away from the station. Great location for station but not for noise.

Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Many restaurants within easy walking. Streetcars were noisy so if you're at the front of the hotel use earplugs. The cars did not run all night. But using earplugs there was no issue.

Lo más llamativo es la la amabilidad de los conserjes. Matías muy simpático, el de la noche que tenía moño también! Sin duda volveré al mismo hotel, por su ubicación, buen trato y calidad de las habitaciones. Familiares que han ido siempre se quedan en el mismo. Es irse a la segura !
