• Michaela (8/5): - Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber gut mit Straßenbahn 2 und 4 erreichbar. Das Viertel in dem das Hotel sich befindet ist sehr gemütlich, mit kleinen Bars, Restaurants und einem sehr leckeren Eissalon. Es ist durchaus angenehm dem Trubel in der Innenstadt zu entfliehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Ich hätte mir noch etwas mehr Gemüse wie Gurken oder Tomaten gewünscht. Es gab einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Waren zu 4. Im einem Familienzimmer. Das Doppelbett war sehr gemütlich, aber das Bett für die Kinder war ein Sofa, welches zu einem Stockbett hochgeklappt werden konnte. Derjenige, der oben schlief, hatte Angst runter zu fallen, weil es keine Begrenzung gab, und die Person, die unten schlief, hatte Platzangst. Ein ordentliches Stock Stockbett wäre besser gewesen.

• Lilit (10/5): Good value, great hotel, exceptional staff - Biggest praise goes to the staff, especially Xenia - she was welcoming, professional, responded quickly to our needs, and made sure we had all the arrangements, including a comfortable taxi ride to the airport. The rooms were very clean and modern; the hotel has a good on-site restaurant (not that you have a shortage of diverse cuisines in the neighborhood!), and complimentary tea, water, and coffee in the lobby. The location is superb - only a 10-minute walk from Porto Garibaldi train hub in Milan, and a 15-20-minute walk to Eataly, the 'vertical garden' building, and other attractions. Overall, a great stay. n/a

Merci aux équipes du restaurant et a ceux que l'on voit moins, le personnel qui s'occupent des chambres. Un agréable séjour grâce à vous tous après un marathon exceptionnel. Un petit meuble dans la salle d'eaux serait un plus.

• Liz O'Shea (8/5): Close to station. - My train to Milan arrived 5 hours late and I was worried I'd missed check in because it was the early hours of the morning. But the gentleman behind the desk was friendly and checked me in quickly. The breakfast was not to my taste but that doesn't mean it was bad. Just different. Also, it would be helpful if they gave clear directions on how to get to the hotel from the station. I had to rely on asking people which was not a comfortable experience at 1am!

Es hat einen Hotpot chinesen in 5 min Fussentfernung. Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Die Femster sind doppelt verglast, wenn man zur Strasse wohnt, ist es durchaus erträglich also keineswegs laut

In diesem Hotel war es das erste Mal dass ich immer und immer wieder den Schlüssel in allen möglichen Positionen an der Tür hinhalten und bewegen musste damit sich die Tür dann entriegelte.

Very clean hotel, that smelt amazing too. Bathroom didn’t have any fan to air out and there was a damp smell. Room stayed hot despite us lowering the thermostat.

Yalnız Allah ( C.C.) korusun başınıza kriminal bir durum geldiğinde yalnızsınız ve polis dahil yardımcı olmamakta otel personelleri ise sadece 112 yi arayın diye nasihat vermektedirler.. İlk gün Milano'ya venedik üzerinden araçla geldiğimizde otele 23:45 gibi giriş yapabildik. Araç otoparkında otele ait park alanı dolu olması söylenmesinden ötürü aracı dışarı park etmek durumunda kaldım. Resepsiyona aracın dışarıda park edilmesinin herhangi bir problem olup olmayacağını sorduğumda herhangi bir olay yaşanmadığını aracı ddışarı park edebileceğimi söyledi. Yarın için Otel otoparkında boş yer olacağını da paylaştılar. Fakat sabah kahvaltı için indiğimizde aracı otel otoparkına almak için gittiğimde araç arka kelebek camının kırık olduğunu farkettim. Diğer yabancı plaka araçlarında kelebek camları kırılmıştı. İtalyan plakalı araçlarda herhangi bir hasar olmadığı ilk dikkatimi çeken detay oldu. Polisi 112 numara ile aradığımda Türkçe tercüman aracılığıyla yaptığım görüşmede bu durumun çok normal olduğunu ve polis merkezine gelip tutanak tutturabileceğimi polisin bu olay için mahal yerine gelip ilgilenmeye değer görmediklerini paylaştılar. Otel resespiyonu bana bu bilgiyi verseydi bir şekilde kapalı otopark bulup aracı dışarıda bırakmazdım.Bende tarif edilen Viva bella Moscow 19 numaralı polis merkezine gidip tutanak doldurdum ve inceldiklerinde sadece imzalayıp tamam gidebilirsin dediler. Araçta hırsızlık olmamıştı bu da diğer dikkat çekici ayrıntıydı.
• Cécile (9/5): Weekend prolongé plein de découvertes et relax - Bien qui situé à proximité de voies de chemin de fer et d'un tram, l'hôtel est calme et bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié (charcuteries, fromages, fruits, kelloggs, viennoiseries, pains, yaourts, plats chauds (oeufs, tomates, bacon, haricots, tomates...). Les personnes qui s'assurent du service et de la bonne tenue du lieu sont très agréables: un tout grand merci à Antonio d'avoir veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien, avec le sourire et un sens de l'accueil remarquable. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre mais en dormant la fenêtre ouverte à cette période, c'était toutà fait supportable.

• evelyn406 (2/5): Worst Holiday Inn I have come across! - Being a IHG Platinum member, I have stayed at a fair share of IHG Holiday Inn hotels around the world. The Holiday Inn Milan Garibaldi Station is by far the worst I have ever stayed. I was told that my pathetic room has been upgraded and renovated. The shower is even smaller than one on a cruise boat. The room is noisy even with the double windows and hot with no ventilation. Waited 3.5 hours and called FOUR TIMES for towels. Still waiting patiently. No lotion provided. Food at the breakfast eg sausages, hash browns, eggs etc were cold and hard. The services of the Holiday Inn Milan are worse than a Holiday Inn express. Only pro is the location near the tram line. Would not recommend nor stay here again.
