- Anna (3/5): - Żeby być uczciwym plusy pokoju: lokalizacja (samo centrum Rzymu), śniadania (każdego dnia to samo, ale jak na tego typu pokój to można było się spokojnie najeść) i codzienna wymiana ręczników (inaczej się nie dało bo nie schły). W Rzymie byliśmy po raz czwarty i pierwszy raz spotkało nas rozczarowanie związane z pokojem zarezerwowanym przez booking. Największe minusy pokoju: Wilgoć – pokój jest umieszczony w suterenie w głębi podwórka. Nawet przy otwartych wszystkich oknach nie ma w nim żadnego przewiewu. Stale panuje w nim okropna wilgoć. Gdy po powrocie z całodniowego zwiedzania zdejmiesz lekko przepoconą koszulkę i rozwiesisz ją minie noc, minie kolejny dzień a ona nadal będzie tak samo wilgotna. Po pewnym czasie wilgoć wchodzi też we wszystkie wasze rzeczy. Hałas – okna wychodzą na podwórko (dolne na kosze śmietnikowe, ale na szczęście nie było śmieciowego zapachu), drzwi wychodzą na wyjście z budynku. Prze cały czas słyszycie każdą osobę przechodzącą przez podwórze (szczególnie urocze są walizki na kółkach), wychodząca i wchodzącą z i do budynku, śmieciarzy zabierających rano kosze, personel restauracji myjący wieczorem talerze. Słyszycie w swoim pokoju zupełnie wszystko ! Zapach z rur – wiedzieliśmy, że w starych rzymskich kamienicach z rur wydobywa się nieprzyjemny zapach. Byliśmy na to przygotowani. Tu jednak jedyny wywietrznik z łazienki wychodzi na pokój (to wpływa też na wilgoć) więc zapach z rur panuje w całym pokoju. Żeby to „zagłuszyć” właściciele umieścili rozpylacz zapachów, który rozsiewa mocny chemiczny zapach. Poprosiliśmy o jego wyłączenie był nie do zniesienia, woleliśmy już rury i otwarte okna. Stan pokoju – w pokoju wszystko czego dotkniecie odpada, jest urwane, obluzowane itp. Pokój wymaga remontu zwłaszcza odmalowania. Pierwszego dnia gdy przyjechaliśmy w pokoju było brudno. W następnych dniach pokój był regularnie sprzątany. Ogólnie Rzym jak zawsze piękny, ale pokój był dla nas sporym rozczarowaniem ! Nie polecamy

- Keith (8/5): Bad first night but epic 3 days after, great place. - Close to historical things with a 15 minute walk. The place was cleaned each day. The staff was helpful when there. On our first night, my daughter took a shower and unknown to her, the drain was clogged so the water quickly leaked into the apartment up to half a centimeter deep. We didn’t know because we were resting on the bed after a long drive. After finding the water problem, we called all the numbers we had and no one answered ( it was after 11pm). We picked up our luggage from the wet floor ( luckily it hadn’t had time to soak our luggage). We took all the towels and soaked up the water, wringing out the wet towels many times. While doing this, my wife slipped and hit her nose on the bed (because the wet marble floor was extremely slick) and she bled a lot from inside the nose into one of the towels. She ended up not wanting to go to the hospital after getting the bleeding to stop. It took the 3 of us over an hour to finally dry the floor. After this horrible first night, the stay was great. The staff fixed the drain problem in the shower and later on the sink drain too as soon as we saw them the next day.

The room was clean and neat and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We also felt very safe in the area and liked the restaurants in the vicinity.

- ÇAKAR (2/5): - Oda dardı, benimle iletişime geçen görevliye ısrarla söylememe rağmen odaya ilave yatak koymadılar. İki çocuğum aynı yatakta yatmak zorunda kaldılar. Kahvaltıda çok seçenek yok ama yeterliydi. Otoparkları yoktu. Otel görevlisine arabamı nereye park edebilirim diye sordum ve otelin önündeki sokağa park edebilirsiniz dediler. Kahvaltıdan sonra aşağı indiğimde arabamın arka camı kırılmış ve içindeki eşyalarımızın çalınmış olduğunu gördüm. Otelin önündeki bir sokakta böyle bir şey nasıl olabilir? Çok yakında bir de polis karakolu var. Hayatımın en kötü tecrübesiydi. Otel çalışanı Maurizio’dan başka yardım eden kimse olmadı. Benimle birlikte polis karakoluna geldi ve arabamın camı için servisle iletişime geçti. knedisine teşekkür ederim. Arabamı yaptırmakla bir günüm geçti, eşimin ve benim kıyafetlerimiz çalındı, kıyafetsiz kaldık. Ailemle eğlenerek geçirmem gereken bir gün hayatımızda kötü bir anı olarak kaldı.

- Hana (7/5): hezké - Snídaně dobré, dostačující, chybělo nám čerstvé pečivo, k dispozici byl "jen" toustový chléb, možnost rozpéct, málo ovoce. Lokalita naopak naprosto výborná, památky v dosahu pěšky, i z Vatikánu cca 30 minut chůze. Vzhledem k tomu, že ubytování pokoje jsou ve starém, krásném domě, okna vedou do dvorků a v pokojích není žádné světlo, ale to není "reklamace", souvisí s lokalitou ..

Ma il bagno al secondo piano con una terribile scala a chiocciola. Per noi con un bimbo di 7 anni, lettino sotto e matrimoniale sopra proprio no. Abbiamo dormito tutti nel matrimoniale. Finestre poche, davano sul cortile interno con una fila di cassonetti delle immondizie come vista! Appartamento buio. Colazione così così.solo una mini macchina del caffè . Si è formata una coda di 10 persone.....! Dolci confezionati, tolti dal sacchetto e messi nei piatti.....ma niente fatto in casa, a parte una torta salata . Il secondo giorno già non c' era più lo yogurt alla frutta, solo bianco. E non mi è piaciuto trovarlo già nei bicchieri, invece di essere confezionato in un vasetto.

- Katarzyna (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko do Koloseum i do komunikacji miejskiej. Wokół mnóstwo knajp i knajpeczek oraz bardziej wykwintnych restauracji. W hotelu wszelkie podstawowe potrzeby zaspokojone. Codzienne sprzątanie. Wystrój dość specyficzny, nie w moim stylu, ale to już kwestia gustu co się komu podoba. Najważniejsze, że czysto 😀 i śniadanie ok.

- pareja (9/5): - El personal muy atento nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes del check in y al otro dia incluso después del check out. El desayuno muy bien tipo buffet. La ubicación estaba muy cercana a lugares de interés y hay varios restaurantes por la zona. No puedo decir nada malo

- Jennifer (9/5): Blown Away.... You have to stay here! - Great room and comfy bed! Always someone at front desk for assistance! Breakfast was exceptional! Everything you could want... was provided! Above and beyond any other place we stayed at! Being in Room 1, we could hear all the noise for preparing breakfast. We are early risers so not awful for us but may be hard for someone wanting to sleep in.

- Lucia (6/5): Soluzione accettabile ma affaccio TERRIBILE! - Posizione molto buona, vicino al centro, infatti ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi. La colazione, abbastanza varia, era servita in un buffet in un corridoio fuori dalla stanza e poi veniva da noi portata e consumata nella stanza. La stanza era spaziosa e il bagno comodo, ma non aveva il bidet, cosa inconcepibile in Italia! L'affaccio della camera era TERRIBILE! Su un cavedio interno vecchio e rumoroso perchè pieno di motori per l'aria condizionata, motivo per cui non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. Siamo stati costretti a tenere sempre dei tendoni scuri a protezione perchè altrimenti vedevano l'interno della stanza. Non riuscivi neanche a caipre se c'era il sole o se pioveva!

- Pasetti (7/5): Pulizia ottima, ma diversi aspetti da migliorare - Stanza molto pulita, con lenzuola e asciugamani impeccabili. Bagno in camera funzionale, con buona pressione dell’acqua e acqua calda sempre disponibile. Letto comodo e temperatura della stanza ottima grazie all’aria condizionata. Presente anche una cassaforte in camera. Colazione discreta, con prodotti dolci e salati (prevalentemente confezionati), microonde disponibile e macchinetta del caffè in camera. Posizione abbastanza comoda: circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Insonorizzazione molto scarsa: la porta della stanza è una semplice porta interna con molto gioco e durante la notte si muove continuamente, facendo percepire i rumori del corridoio e dando la sensazione che qualcuno stia entrando. Si sentono chiaramente anche i rumori provenienti dalla zona colazione al mattino. Mancano i tappi nel lavandino e nel bidet. Zona colazione piuttosto stretta. Vista su cortile interno molto ravvicinato, con poca privacy. Comunicazione con la gestione non sempre semplice per difficoltà con la lingua italiana. Nel complesso, struttura pulita ma poco curata nei dettagli.
- Sabrina (8/5): Rome à refaire, mais je choisirez un vrai hôtel. - la situation géographique est vraiment idéal avec mon fils nous avons tout fait à pied. Un quart d'heure du Colisée idem fontaine de Trevi. Le top . la complexité pour accédé à notre chambre. La résidence ce trouve dans un bâtiment une entrée pour récupérer aller à la réception, un autre pour ce rentre dans notre chambre. Pas simple pour une première.

- Alessandra (7/5): - Staff gentile. Ci hanno anticipato la colazione rispetto all’orario previsto visto che una mattina dovevamo uscire presto. Posizione ottimale per visitare Roma. Struttura vecchia, che fa sembrare le cose sporche, specie i bagni. Camere essenziali. Porte delle camere sottili che fanno sentire tutti i rumori. Colazione buona, ma macchinetta del caffè unica lentissima, pochi tavoli.

- Natalia (5/5): Jeśli pobyt na 1 dobę to ok, wyspać się i iść dalej. - Obiekt był jednym z nielicznych który był wolny- szukałam nocleg z dnia na dzień. W dniu przyjazdu obsługa dokonująca meldunku zachowywała się jakby pracowała tam za karę. Dostaliśmy mały pokój w którym stały 3 łóżka, nie można było przejść, łóżko wąskie, łazienka znośnie czysta, jedzenie (śniadanie) było na średnim poziomie (dodatkowa opłata np za sok pomarańczowy). Wszechobecna tandeta-kryształy. A łóżka poplamione, pościel po ściągnięciu poszewki wyglądała jakby ktoś załatwił na niej podstawowe potrzeby.
