massimo (9/5): Confortevole - La posizione è ottima. Visto che eravamo a Venezia per la biennale d'arte, l'hotel si trova proprio tra l'Arsenale e i Giardini. Inoltre, è lontano dal caos delle zone turistiche e la sera si trovano angoli tranquilli dove cenare, potendo comunque godere della bellezza della città. La colazione è decisamente di bassa qualità e scarna. Anche in assenza di cucina, si può fare decisamente di meglio. Il prezzo della camera è poi troppo alto rispetto a quanto offerto, nemmeno l'ottima posizione, e il fatto che la camera è graziosa, lo giustifica.

Eva (8/5): Celkově jsme byli moc spokojeni a ubytování vřele doporučuji. - Pokoj čistý, personál ochotný, v dobré lokalitě. Celé Benátky jsme prošli, dopravu jsme vůbec nevyužili. Vše v docházkové vzdálenosti. Ranní snídaně venku na předzahrádce byla top. Pokojíček maličký, na přespání však dostačující. Koupelnu bychom ocenili trochu větší. S manželem máme 170 cm, ale na toaletě jsme se opírali o umyvadlo. Nedovedu si tam představit vyššího nebo objemnějšího člověka.

L’hotel non è nuovissimo quindi alcuni dettagli ancora non sono stati rinnovati, come la rubinetteria del bagno, ma nell’insieme sono stata molto soddisfatta per la cura degli ambienti. Staff estremamente gentile ed accogliente, forse il punto forte , per quanto mi riguarda. Essere accolti con un sorriso e gentilezza è quello che per me crea i presupposti per un soggiorno perfetto. Colazione semplice sia dolce che salata con prodotti freschi e la possibilità di avere anche i tavoli all’aperto con vista sulla laguna. Impagabile. A rendere ancora migliore il soggiorno il check out tardivo alle 12, e la possibilità del deposito bagagli gratuito. Ho avuto un soggiorno perfetto.

Christian (9/5): sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein Hotel in Venedig, direkt am Wasser. - Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser, wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen mit einem traumhaften Zimmer (Couch und Doppelbett) mit direktem Blick auf das Wasser. Der Spazierganz von den Vaporettostationen (Arsenale oder Gardini Biennale) ist gut zu bewerkstelligen, auch nach S Marco/Zaccharia ist einfach über ein paar Brücken. Der Stadtteil ist nicht touristisch überlaufen, die Via Garibaldi rauf sind etliche italienische Kneipen... Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse recht gut und umfangreich. Koffer abzugeben oder stehen zu lassen und den Tag noch in Venedig zu verbringen war kein Problem. Das Ristorante direkt vor der Tür an der Brücke (la Nuova Perla) ist sehr gut ;-) es war alles gut

Propreté Emplacement top par rapport aux visites, ce qui est le point extrêmement positif de cet hôtel. Lit pas très confortable, matelas à ressorts. Salle de bain exiguë. Impossibilité de s’asseoir correctement sur les toilettes installées trop près du mur. Petite douche. Aucune prise électrique près du lit ni dans la salle de bain. (Problème réglé par le personnel avec mise à disposition de rallonges électriques) Aucune étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires et idem dans la douche.

Jillian (10/5): Great hotel - This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect. It's a short walk to the main attractions, but out of the way so it feels a bit quieter. It's lovely to step out and see the huge open canal in the morning. The staff are all fantastic and friendly. We were upgraded to a superior room with a gorgeous view. Our room was very comfortable for our 3 night stay. The only problem was that it got quite hot at night, but we still managed to get a good sleep. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Not the biggest selection, but definitely enough for us to get a good start to the day. The lady on reception was very knowledgeable about the times of boats etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely stay again. The room got hot at times, but we were able to open the window to let cool air in.

Frank (7/5): For Overnight - a good quiet and old style alternative - Quieter and rather small location in the East. Close to Sea Promenade. Room lovely in Venice style decorated. Terrasse on the roof. Breakfast ok but minimalistic. WiFi ok. We parked at Fusina, took the ferry to Zattere, and walked to the Hotel around 40 minutes. Very soft matrass. Tiny WC. Only italian TV.

We had a view of the canal which was lovely. Good buffet breakfast served each day. I stupidly left my purse behind when we checked out. The staff were very kind and helpful. I was reunited with my purse and contents within 72 hours thanks to DHL and the staff at Hotel Ca Formenta. We would definitely stay there again should we return to Venice.
