Carlos Ignacio (8/5): - La ubicación. Estaba relativamente cerca de los principales sitios de interés de Roma. Había obras en el edificio y empezaban a hacer ruido temprano interrumpiendo el descanso. La última noche bajamos a recepción que nos dieran cápsulas de leche para utilizar la cafetera y a pesar que nos dijeron que las subirian, nunca llegaron... Un pequeño detalle negativo aunque todo lo demás fue correcto.

However, it has been quite a while since I was in Rome, so the price may be comparable to other hotels in the area. It was clean and comfortable.

The location was also very convenient, with easy access to most attractions and public transportation. For the price of a suite, we expected a much quieter and better-maintained room. Unfortunately, the suite was internal and quite noisy, while the housekeeping service felt very minimal.

Andre (7/5): Great location, excellent staff and breakfast. Room dowdy and not all functioning. - The staff at this hotel are a credit to the business and deserve recognition. Because it was our 50th wedding anniversary on the day of our arrival we upgraded to an executive suite on the top floor and a bottle of wine was waiting for us. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food - we didn't have any other meals there so can't comment on those. Location is perfect with easy walking distance to a number of the top sites and plenty of restaurants. The supermarket directly opposite is also handy! The hotel is in need of refurbishment (reflected in the score) and there is an ongoing program of updating which will take a couple of years to complete - the AC was turned off as it was early in the season but it was hot on a couple of nights. The cost is on the high side however this is due to the location and is not significantly different from the other properties nearby (there are certainly more expensive places to stay).

Kevin (3/5): Tired. Outdated. Good location. - Location. Old outdated. Chopped up . Tired. Really needs renovated. Definitely not 4 stars. Could have been cleaner. Housekeeping never replenished coffee or creamers or washed cups in four days. Had one tissue in box and never replenished. Felt like the minimum done to get by cleaning room.
Pita (9/5): - Mic dejun foarte bun,locație a fost excelenta,cele mai multe obiective au fost la 20 minute de mers pe jos, iar cand am avut nevoie de autobuz,statia la 2 metri. Aerul confitionat nu mergea, poate ca era o perioada care nu necesita functionarea lui,iar ventilatia era cam zgomotoasă. Ventilatie la baie nu era si ar fi fost necesar.

Lush (8/5): Well located within reasonable walking distance of the historic center of Rome. - Spacious room was a surprise. Apparently we were upgraded. Dining room table, separate living room, couches, chairs. The breakfasts were very nicely done. The hotel was built in 1860, which is charming, but the walking spaces were kind of hacked up, with two or three steps up, then a few steps later, a same number down. But after being amused for a while, we pretty much got used to it.

Martin (7/5): Don't trust the room photos - The hotel was clean and the staff were very good. The use of a serious fish eye lens on the photos of the room, i have been in larger normal double rooms. We were supposed to have a junior suite but looked nothing like the pictures of the room on website

Værelset var meget lille og klaustrofobisk hotel var slet ikke 4 stjernes. Personalet var meget dårlig til at kommunikere og besværlige. Meget ubehageligt oplevelse.

The room did not have a kettle, coffee machine or tea. The AC was not working. The window did not close properly.

Camba (10/5): - Da diversi anni questo hotel è il mio punto di riferimento per i soggiorni a Roma, e anche questa volta ha confermato pienamente le mie aspettative. Sono tornato a distanza di appena una settimana dal mio ultimo viaggio e ho ritrovato la stessa eccellenza: posizione strategica, camere confortevoli e servizi impeccabili. All’arrivo in reception ho avuto il piacere di incontrare Gary, che con grande professionalità e cortesia sa davvero mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio, facendo sentire ciascuno come a casa. Anche in questa occasione, nonostante le mie richieste non sempre semplici, è riuscito a risolvere prontamente un problema, dimostrando competenza e attenzione. Un’esperienza sempre positiva che conferma la qualità della struttura e del suo personale.

Mikie (9/5): 親切なスタッフ、気前の良い食事内容！ - 一泊二食付きで予約したが、日曜から月曜にかけてのせいか他の日より安い値段設定だった。食事は朝夕食とも気前の良い量、内容で美味しかった。フィウミチーノ空港からホテルに到着したのは午前１１時半ごろで、荷物だけ置いて午後３時にチェックインをするつもりであったが、フロントのお兄さんは清掃が済んだ部屋を探してくれて、すぐに入室できたのはありがたかった。また、夕食担当のお兄さんも親切で、楽しく食事をすることができた。イタリアではよくあることだが、洗面所の排水が遅かった。宿泊者の髪の毛等が溜まっているせいかも知れない。パイプスルーを定期的に使って、流れを良くしてはどうか？

Erminia (9/5): - Esperienza eccellente. Posizione centralissima (via Nazionale). La struttura ha sette piani, quando ho soggiornato io tre di essi erano in ristrutturazione. La mia camera, al sesto piano, era molto grande e dotata di un terrazzo con vista su via Nazionale. Bagno senza finestre ma di dimensioni sufficienti; buona la dotazione. Letto molto grande e di eccellente comodità. Colazione molto abbondante per tipologia, in una sala colazioni molto grande. Staff gentilissimo e professionale. Il solito problema della vasca da bagno dotata di pareti alte e quindi scomodissima e pericolosa.

Pau (7/5): Bon hotel, còmode per visitar a peu la ciutat i amb instal·lacions antigues però confortables. Una mica car pel que ofer - La ubicació és ideal per anar a peu des de Termini per anar o tornar de l’aeroport; així com per visitar els principals punts turístics. El llit era prou còmode i l’habitació doble superior tenia una dutxa molt bona. L’esmorzar ofereix força varietat, especialment de dolços. El cafè i sucs de l’esmorzar són de molt baixa qualitat. Esperàvem sucs naturals i cafè ben fet pel preu que estem pagant.
