• Andreea (7/5): London - Atunci ceva mai echilibrat și credibil: We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was very convenient and made getting around London easy. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the size of the room, as it was spacious and comfortable. Another advantage was having supermarkets nearby, which was very practical. Overall, there were several things we enjoyed during our stay. For constructive feedback, we feel that having a refrigerator in the room would make the stay more comfortable and convenient for guests. We also think the breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety. Since the selection remained the same every day, it would be nice to see some products or options changed from one day to another to create a more enjoyable experience, especially for longer stays.

• Martin (8/5): Un excellent séjour entre amis grâce à un emplacement idéal et un personnel aux petits soins. - L'emplacement stratégique : L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur la Central Line, à mi-chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre de Londres, ce qui est parfait pour visiter. Le personnel exceptionnel (disponible 24h/24) : Tout le monde est aux petits soins. Un grand merci en particulier au monsieur qui a géré notre check-in et notre check-out pour sa gentillesse, sa serviabilité et la clarté de ses indications. Le confort et les services : L'établissement est globalement très propre et le petit-déjeuner est à la fois bon et copieux. Nous avons constaté de légers dysfonctionnements techniques dans la chambre, notamment des soucis avec les prises électriques et l'éclairage d'un côté du lit.

Jajecznica z jajekw proszku! To powinno być wyrzucone do kosza, a nie podawane do jedzenia. ZERO warzyw! Widać, że produkty słabej jakości, do wyboru tylko składniki English breakfast ale mega słabej jakości i platki :/ wiem, że śniadanie w cenie ale albo podajcie coś lepszego albo nie róbcie wcale tylko coś sensownego za dopłatą. 2. Pokój, ogólnie czysto ale łóżko 2 osobowe ale maleńkie, brak krzesła, brak wieszaka na np. kurtkę. My mieliśmy pod prysznicem pustą butelkę z żelem do ciała od dnia pierwszego (ktoś nie sprawdził i nie uzupełnił :/ 3. Części wspólne już niestety trochę zużyte i słabo wyglądające. Ogólnie nie polecam, zapewne nigdy nie wrócę

The staff were helpfull and caring and the facilities above expectation. We had a marvellous tiome in London and will be back. We will agin stay at Holiday Inn. • Eduardo (8/5): A pleasant stay - it's great that breakfast was complimentary. Maybe the room is a little bit nosy because the tube station is really close to the hotel.
• Diego (9/5): - Location is pretty good, close to shops, bus stops right at the front, and train station right beside the hotel. The bed felt like some springs where a bit off, causing you to feel "empty" spots in the mattress. Breakfast had a very English breakfast style, with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, beans, toasts and a few pastries available, but I felt a lack of lighter options like plain ham and cheese. On the second day the breakfast was much busier than the first, and almost all pastries available on first day were not present on the second one.

Justo bajando de la estación se encuentra el hotel, frente a él una tienda de conveniencia para compra de snacks. La limpieza en las áreas comunes puede mejorar

No customer service skills. Very dry. Really need to do better especially when working in hospitality. Every time my kids and I would walk in and out of the hotel we were stared at with a blank face.

Personally very convenient for me, as my son lives in the neighboring building. Clean rooms with regular housekeeping. Functional and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast is decent for this type of hotel Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money for London Breakfast area gets very crowded, especially during peak hours. Difficult to find a free table in the morning Food is not always replenished quickly, so some items run out. Breakfast selection is quite basic and repetitive The interior feels a bit dated and not particularly modern. Overall quality of the hotel feels rather average Rooms can be on the smaller side.

• GLORIANA (10/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία . Είχε δίπλα την γραμμή central που σε πηγαίνει στο κέντρο του Λονδίνου ! Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό ..ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν ! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα !

• Marcella (7/5): I would recommend the hotel, but the room size was disappointing. - The breakfast offered a decent variety of savory options, though the same can’t be said for the sweet items; overall, however, it was of good quality and varied. The rooms were very clean, towels were changed daily, and hot water was available immediately. The location is right above the subway and across from the bus stop. There’s a Tesco across the street that’s always open. The bed had a very comfortable mattress, but it was not a double bed. It was a one-and-a-half bed, therefore too small for a couple. Room 107 was far too small compared to the other rooms on the floor. It was impossible to move around comfortably with the suitcases open; it was truly suffocating and stressful. The same cannot be said for the other rooms. I saw double rooms that were much larger than my triple room. Bed one-and-a-half bed, therefore too small for a couple. Increase the variety of sweet options at breakfast (e.g. pancakes or cakes).

In the toilet you need to have a toilet brush, one of the receptionist said that the cleaning lady should do this job daily, but from my point of view it is something intimate, so this object should be in all the bathrooms.

• Michal9233 (8/5): - The hotel has a very good location right next to the metro line that will get you directly to Liverpool Street. The room was very clean, with towels, coffee, tea, a kettle, a working smart TV, shower gels. There was plenty of warm water. We had a room with one bed and one couch that was foldable, and the couch was surprisingly comfortable. The view was very good. The room was a little bit cold, but the AC was working, and you could turn it on for heating. Breakfast was ok with eggs, bacon, beans, and some other stuff. There were yogurts and cereals. Would for sure recommend this hotel to others. There was no toilet brush in the room, the hose from the shower head was very leaky, the pressure from the head was decent, but it could be better. No vegetables, only grilled tomatoes at the breakfast. The card from the doors was sometimes working, sometimes not.

Местоположение великолепно. 25-30 минут на метро до Центра. Станция прямо под окнами. Завтрак. Мы жили 7 дней и он не изменился никак(. Можно ввести хотя бы два вида меню, потому что я не остановлюсь в этом отеле на неделю, в следующий раз, только из-за завтрака.
