- Maureen (5/5): Great Location with Buyer Beware Caution - We loved the location! I'm from California, and frequent customer of the Air BnB model. This was a surprise at Shinagawa Wisteria Residence. They were not deceptive or untruthful, just not what I was accustomed to. For example: a coffee maker, some condiments to cook with, and not so many conditions to operate under. Trash, visitors, food waste etc. these are caveats that people need to be aware of. These issues may not be issues for some travelers, but disrupted some plans that we were hoping to enjoy in Japan. The staircase is steep to take luggage to bedrooms upstairs, and shower is downstairs. There is no dryer, only a washer. The internet is problematic, and took a couple days to figure out through many chats and emails. There is a camera at the front door to monitor the number of people coming and going. Buyer beware to read ALL the conditions and fine print.
- Alpenquerer (8/5): Central, private, convenient - all in one especially for larger groups like our family - Travelling as a family of 7 by car looking for a house with parking lot limited our search results for south west Tokyo significantly. So finding the house on Booking and later in real life was not difficult at all. Given the population density in Shinagawa having a little garden was a true luxury. During our stay we used public transport; three stations near by made commutes very easy. Instructions were very clear und well received. Daily supplies are also all within walking distance. We highly recommend izakaya Hanaichi round the corner! We would book again. We had three key boxes to choose from. But that was about the only set back we ran into. And being spoiled from our previous house in Kawaguchiko it took a while to get used to this Shinagawa home.
- Suzanne (8/5): Overall a good stay, good value for money. - Good location, near subway (less than 10 minutes), convenience store (5 minutes). Quiet area. Facilities were adequate, kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, rice cooker, fridge, kettle, washing machine. No blackout curtains, daylight goes in at 4:30am (in June) Slightly dusty and musty smell.
- Roman (10/5): A great house for a family or a bigger group - This is a nice house in a very quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located close to a few metro stations. There are a lot of options for grocery shopping and dining around the property. We particularly liked a yakiniku place near to the Nakanobu station. While it's not located in a tourist/shopping locations, getting to many of these places takes less than an hour.

- Srun (5/5): Good location for adult travellers - Good location in a small quiet street but close to local shopping and train station. Typical aged Japanese house. Recommended for adult travellers. Not recommended for family with young kids.
- Kyoko (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood, Stayed with my 2 sons and had a very pleasant & relaxing stay. Train stations are close and very convenient to go to many different places. Grocery stores & local market are also in a short walking distance which was nice. Nothing in particular
- Silvia (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable residence - Beautiful and comfortable residence near two train stations, making accessible to both Narita and Haneda Airports. Has all the amenities you need for your stay.
