• Serge (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant hotel - Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. The complimentary water and snacks were a nice touch as well. There is also a shared kitchen with a coffee machine available for guests. The location worked well for us personally. It is about a 25 minute walk from the train station, while still being relatively close to the center of Venice. The hotel was generally quiet too, apart from occasional moments when noisy people passed by outside at night. The main downside was that the room felt a bit dark. Since the windows faced another building, very little natural light came into the room.

• cansinb (8/5): Clean, central, and comfortable - The hotel’s location was excellent, and the room was both comfortable and clean. There was one minor issue regarding the bedding. Instead of a proper duvet cover, a flat sheet was used, which didn't stay in place on the duvet at all. It was a bit inconvenient during the night, but aside from that, everything else was great."

• STAVROULA (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a suite, which made our experience even better. The room was amazing, very comfortable, and beautifully located. The hotel is in a great area, very convenient and close to the Alilaguna stop (5'- 6'), making arrival and transportation extremely easy. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our time here.

• Nail (10/5): Excellent séjour à Venise - L'établissement se trouve dans un immeuble à appartements dans le quartier Cannaregio dans un quartier relativement calme à partir du quel il est très facile de se joindre à Rialto (10 min à pied) ou place San Marco (25 min). Autour de l'hébergement, il existe de nombreux bars et restaurants à des prix plus abordables que ceux de l'hypercentre. Le logement est très spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Le petit plus est la machine de nespresso et des petits biscuits qu'ils vous donnent. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées gratuitement ce que nous pouvons comprendre mais dans ce cas là, il faut prévoir un endroit pour les étendre. La salle de bain est relativement petite et le lavabo est étroit.

Particolarmente apprezzata la posizione: pur essendo in una via molto tranquilla è vicina alla stazione ed alle fermate dei vaporetti (sia alla linea 1 fermata Cà d'Oro, sia a Fondamenta Nuove).

Las camas y almohadas son perfectas, no se escuchan ruidos, por lo que se puede dormir sin que te molesten. Había muchos mosquitos en la habitación. Supongo que será un problema habitual ya que te dejan un insecticida para enchufar en la pared.

• Sakiko (10/5): 期待以上に綺麗でした - 施設は新しく綺麗で広い！ 古いホテルが多い中、清潔だったので嬉しかった。 立地もカ•ドーロというヴぁポレット駅からすぐ。 私たちは二泊で利用。到着日は大きなスーツケースを引きながら、あえてヴぁポレットに乗らず、散策がてら サンタ・ルチア駅から歩いてホテルへ。階段が何ヵ所かありましたが、景色が楽しかったので全然問題なかったです。帰りはGetYourGuideというサイトで乗り合いの水上タクシーを予約。ホテルから３分ほどのピックアップポイントがあったので快適でした。 チェックインは系列ホテルですが、すぐ近くです。メールで直前にお知らせがありましたので迷わずチェックインできました。 サン・マルコ広場へも１0分から１５分ほどですが 軒並みにショップがあるので、休憩に戻ったりもしましたが道中が楽しかったのであっという間です。 部屋にある冷蔵庫の水が有料でした。 それ以外はパーフェクト！

Dealing with jet lag, this was the only room i could sleep with no issues, and I stayed in 4 different hotels during my trip. If you're in doubt, just book it, you won't regret it.

• Helena (10/5): - A wonderful suite which has been beautifully refurbished. Lovely high ceilings and wood beams, tastefully plastered walls and a chic bathroom with a power shower. Air con was a welcome break from a heat outside! Coffee machine was also a nice touch. Only two minus points was no sparkling bottle of wine which was on my VIP perks and the glass on the stairs needs a good clean as lots of hair and dust. We would happily return to this property.
