• Ernst (9/5): - Die Sauberkeit und ie die Größe der Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse super umfangreich, mit Mickey Maus Waffen. Es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice zu den Universal Studios, ansonsten musste man nur ca. 30 min laufen. Die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage. Aber das war bis jetzt in jedem Hotel so. Es klingt immer , als würde direkt neben einem ein Jet starten.

Muy cerca de todo, Universal, principales atracciones de Orlando, downtown. Con auto, te movías como pez en el agua y con bus también. No me gustó que al hacer el housekeeping, no dejaran shampoo y crema de enjuague. En si, lo que dejaban era un tubo lleno de material que simulaba ser esas cosas pero en nuestros cabellos hizo bastante daño. Deberían mejorar esas cosas porque no son detalles menores. También me hubiera gustado que el desayuno no fuese tan picante todo el tiempo. Excepto el último día, el 16 de mayo. Ese día no estuvo picante y estaba delicioso.
• Estelle HOURI (5/5): Hôtel correct - Nous avons passées un bon séjour en revanche il y a quelques améliorations a faire notamment l' entretien de la piscine (dommage que la piscine ne soit pas non fumeur) et il faudrait rajouter des fruits au petit déjeuner. Sinon l'emplacement était parfait pour les parcs Universal. Propreté de la piscine et jacuzzi à revoir et plus de fruits au petit déjeuner.

De ligging vonden wij ook prima. Je hoorde de snelweg wel, maar we hadden hier geen last van. Het zwembad was klein maar we mochten gebruik maken van het zwembad van het Hilton aan de overkant. Dit was een heerlijk zwembad met ruime hottub. Vers gesneden fruit bij het ontbijt was lekker geweest.

• Enri (10/5): Ótima opção em Orlando, principalmente para estadias mais longas - Ótima localização, principalmente se o objetivo for ficar perto da Universal. Quarto muito amplo e confortável, totalmente renovado, banheiro excelente e ter uma cozinha completa é muito bom. O sistema de cobrança do hotel é um pouco confuso. Cobram antes da sua chegada, depois fazem um bloqueio no check-in que falam que é só garantia, mas acabam cobrando um valor diferente do bloqueado no meio da sua estadia. E vc ainda tem um saldo a pagar na saída. No final, os valores reservados foram respeitados, mas o processo é confuso e o pessoal da recepção nem sempre está preparado para esclarecer. Só consegui uma explicação decente na saída após falar com o Gerente.

• Alicia (5/5): Could have been a much more pleasant stay if the customer service skills of all staff was improved. - Location was brilliant for universal parks. Very quiet and safe. The cleanliness needs improving. One day our room was not cleaned at all and when we went to speak to reception about this they didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. When the room was cleaned, it looked like it had been rushed and there was still some obvious dirt marks around the sink and bath. Toilet roll was not always restocked so you had to ring down to reception to get some sent up. The staff were unfriendly and rude. They did not acknowledge you when you passed reception and when we checked in the staffs’ attitude was very poor. There has been a drastic change since we last stayed at this hotel.

• Gerber (8/5): Comfortable and relaxing. - Room was kept clean and organized, staff was friendly and helpful, like the shuttle bus to the attractions, overall the expectations were met. Also Senior lady staff was the sweetest!!! The variety of the breakfast options is very limited, only scrambled eggs...no other options, need more than 1 bread toster for the amount of guests, should go back to use regular coffee mugs and plates, disposable plates, cups and utensils give food a weird taste, as per my personal opinion.

Great staff very friendly and inviting. Room was clean and fresh towels and bed changes daily. Anything you needed they were able to accommodate. I loved the location and the room arrangement. The hotel and facilities were great and the member of staff on the reception desk was very helpful when we arrived late at night. Best breakfast, good way to start the day. We booked a suite with 6 guests. The room had only three plates and bowls. Very inconvenient. The room was made up with only 4 towels each day, we were booked with six guests. We had to call every day for more towels. The shower was clogged. The dishwasher did not work.

• RunningOnKhaos (10/5): Perfect hotel to stay for Universal - especially with kids and a pet! - The location was excellent. Exactly 6 minutes to Universal. The employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast which was provided every day from 7am until 10am. Huge variety of different options to choose from. My kids were equally excited for the Mickey waffles they made every morning! Our room had just enough kitchen to stay for the week. We didn't use the stove. But the full size fridge and dishwasher were awesome. Our room was also conveniently located across the hall from the laundry facility. The room had smart TVs with a few apps already programmed like Netflix & Disney+ (which was super helpful traveling with 4 kids). The best part? It's pet friendly and I was allowed to bring our cat on vacation. We truly feel like we found our hotel and will absolutely be back. Thank you so much! The beds were very firm. I personally have back issues, so it was uncomfortable the first night. But being exhausted the rest of the week helped as I collapsed into bed and fell right asleep. The pillows were also thinner than I prefer. But considering how much we enjoyed the hotel as a whole... these were minor issues to us.

The outdoor pool area was amazing and breakfast was tasty and had a great variety. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends wanting to go to the parks! The shuttles were so convenient.
