The premium lounge serves tea, coffee and local snacks which is a good way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. Close to asakusa station to take the tsuba express. Polite staff. Gym is very small & very few amenities

• Caroline (7/5): The place is great and good value, but would I come back to this one, probably not…their are so many choices here in Hak - The rooms are so clean, as Japanese standards are. It’s more like an apartment, 2 toilets, a dining room kitchen, lounge and bedroom! Their isn’t any food so you have to become prepared, although their are some restaurants around so it didn’t bother us….just glad I bought my own tea! The Onsen is definitely a bit tired and is not as big as you think they are going to be.

• Vi (7/5): - Location, clean and spacious Wifi was down for the duration I was there, when I checked in I was not advised Until I raised it with them once I had settled into the room. All I got was an apology and no.compensation.
• Marije (8/5): Prima hotel - Mooi en netjes hotel. Kamers waren lekker ruim en schoon. Het was heel fijn dat we 2 kamers hadden met tussendeur. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is top. Vlak bij de Senso-Ji tempel en veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Geisha show was ook leuk en gratis voor hotelgasten. Wifi die doet het gewoon niet wat je ook probeert. Wij hadden e-sim dus was het niet een groot probleem maar anders is het niet fijn dat je geen wifi hebt. En het ontbijt is waardeloos. Mega duur 2900 yen per persoon en is weinig keuze. Vieze half gebakken eieren van de kaart en wat salade buffet. Je kan beter 200 meter lopen naar Denny's daar hebben ze voor weinig heerlijk ontbijt tot 11 uur.

• Carina (10/5): - Amazing hotel in the best district in Tokyo. The Senso-Ji Shrine was just five minutes on foot away. The breakfast was outstanding and the evening entertainment was extraordinary. They have a sky lounge on the top floor that boasts some great views of the city but the light inside is so bright that you can't really see anything outside, let alone take pictures. There is also no alcohol allowed in the lounge which is a shame, I would have enjoyed a nice sake while taking in the view

Der Senso-ji ist quasi nebenan, Restaurants sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die U-Bahnstation ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von hier kann man ohne umsteigen bis Haneda fahren. Sehr freundliches Personal, Gepäckaufbewahrung ist kein Problem. Großes Zimmer, schönes Bad, tägliche Reinigung - es war auch alles sauber, nur unterm Schrank war es sehr staubig und es lagen ein paar Überbleibsel von vorher dort…aber eigentlich kein Problem. Tolles, sehr umfangreiches Frühstück! Man kann auch im Haupthaus frühstücken, mit tollem Blick über die Stadt - dort war aber sehr viel Betrieb! Super: Lounge im 10. Stock mit Gratis-Snacks und Softdrinks am Abend.

Das Personal freundlich und die Umgebung rund um den Sensoji Schrein ist ein perfekter Hub um die Östliche Seite Tokyos zu erkunden und zu genießen. Die Ausstattung und die das Zimmer waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wäre diese besser würde das Preisleistungsverhältnis besser passen.

• Rosa Bianca Gallo (9/5): Amazing Asakusa View experience! - Staff friendliness, ability and willingness to help. Location is great, convenient for walking, catching public transport and near to everything. Building is well insulated so even if you're in the hearth of it all, you won't hear it. Breakfast buffet at the main hotel across the street, with amazing view, and both western and eastern options was impressive. Bathroom with bathtub very ample and luxurious. 2 pillows per person were provided, one soft and one hard. Genius! On the last day, since we were leaving early morning... we were provided breakfast to go with water in a cardboard box with some nice pastry and savoury bread things. Very useful. If I really have to complain about something I would say that the matras was a bit too hard for my taste, but it was a very comfortable bed.

Location is perfect for Asakusa attractions like Sensoji temple , Kaminarimon , Kappabashi kitchen stores , Samurai museum and Kamiya Bar . Asakusa Tsukuba express train station is 250 Mtrs away. Many local restaurants and shopping streets around the hotel . Convenience stores too. Residents have free access to a lounge that serves traditional Japanese condiments, candy , juices and coffee . Mostly sweet things . Maybe some vegetable sandwiches would be great .

Our Japanese-style room was just beautiful, and there was a lovely lounge on the top floor with snacks and a beautiful view of Skytree at night for this type of room. Japanese friends who came to pick us up at the hotel were impressed with how nice the hotel was. In addition, a family member became ill while we were at the hotel, and the hotel staff were attentive and kind in every way, trying their best to make us feel comfortable. They were extremely considerate and understanding. We highly recommend this accommodation!

• Natalia (9/5): Excellent location, I would stay again - Location, next to historical sights, many restaurants and shops. Japanese folk performances downstairs, free for hotel guests - we managed two and they were a very nice touch to the culture. I would stay again. Lack of shelves and drawers for storing clothes and things, hooks missing in the bathroom, although space permits. Ergonomics could be improved. Dark green walls were too gloomy to my liking making the room dark.
