• Shaun (10/5): Amazing! This will be our first choice hotel on our next Amsterdam visit. - We booked this room for a weekend break. It was right in the centre of Amsterdam and very handy for pretty much everything we wanted to do. The room was very clean and well presented. A staff member met us and gave us the key. They also showed us around the property. The rooftop terrace and sauna were in good order and a very nice addition for our stay. The room had air con and also heating. The Wi-Fi was free and it worked very well. It was very handy to have kitchen facilities. We kept some items in the fridge and used the coffee machine and kettle every day. The iron and rooming board came in very handy for our clothing. The bed was very comfortable. Fresh towels weee left out for us and the bin was emptied. The views from the windows and up on the rooftop terrace over the Amstel canal were amazing, it was great watching the world go by from up here. I could not find any fault with this hotel apartment. The staff were very helpful, especially when I locked my key inside the apartment by mistake. They came to my rescue within seconds.

Bijām aprīļa beigās, kad vēl nav ļoti silts un vannasistaba/tualete bija nenormāli auksta. Grîda ļoti auksta. Tur nav nekāds apsildes objekts, īsti nesaprotu kā tā telpa tiek sasildīta ziemā. Kondicionieris ļoti skaļš, tas nozīmē, ja ir auksti, tad gulēt nav iespējams. Nebija iespēja neko pagatavot, pat nebija mikroviļņu krāsns. Krūzes un glāzes bija daudz, bet neviena šķīvja. Tā kā tas ir centrs, tad diezgan skaļi. Ļoti stāvas trepes. Pats šedevrālākais- tiek izsniegtas atslēgas apartamentiem un ārdurvīm, kuras jāatslēdz arī no ielšpuses, lai tiktu ārā. Prom braucot mums jāatstāj atslēgas uz galda un jāaizcērt durvis. Labi, ka laicīgi sapratām, ka tad netiksim ārā pa ārdurvīm. Nacās iet lejā atslēgt ārdurvis, tad turēt tās vaļā un otram kāpt atkal augšā, lai noliktu atslēgas apartamentos un tad tikai iet lejā. Prasās nedaudz atjaunot, redzams, ka sen nav bijis nekāds kosmētiskais remonts

Is not worth the price. The bed had two very thin covers instead of one thick cover.. The towels were basic and thin, cheap feel.

She gave us amazing food recommendations (every single one hit), answered all our questions during the stay, and made everything feel easy and relaxed. They even let us check in early and check out an hour late — no extra charge. That kind of hospitality? Elite. The location is perfect — truly walking distance to everything. And the canal view? Straight-up postcard vibes. Waking up to that view just feels different. Overall, it was such a smooth, enjoyable experience. Cozy boutique feel, thoughtful touches, great service, unbeatable location. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m back in Amsterdam. No hesitation. N/A

• George (6/5): Ok stay due to location. I wouldn’t stay again though. - Great location. Room was boutique style but could accommodate 4 adults for 2 nights. We stayed on street level that was convenient but make sure you have the curtain closed when the lights are on cause you ll be like a girl at the red light district Smell of marijuana as soon as we entered the room. No ventilation in the room or bathroom and the bathroom was cold and also humid after using the shower. Bathroom sink was leaking any time we used it. Light fixture on the bottom bunk bed was hanging down loose since we got into the room. Not sure if people allowed to smoke in there but we could smell cigarette smoke in our room and we are non smokers. They should either put smoke detectors in the rooms or ventilation of some sort.

• Frederic (4/5): - L’emplacement. Le bon contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire. Le Check in et Check out faciles. La proximité de parkings. La literie confortable Je cherchais 2 chambres d’hôtel dans le centre. Cet établissement m’a été proposé par Booking alors que ça n’en n’est pas un, ce sont des appartements indépendants dans un immeuble sans réception. L’accessibilité aux chambres est délicate avec un escalier très raide difficile pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer et ce n’est pas clairement mentionné sur la page. Nous avons surtout eu un problème de chauffage qui est tombé en panne les deux nuits que nous y avons passées. Le premier soir une personne est venue vers 21h pour réactiver le système dans l’immeuble mais cela n’a pas tenu une heure. J’ai prévenu le propriétaire le lendemain matin, quelqu’un est passé en fin d’après midi et à notre retour à 21h cela fonctionnait mais pareil nouvelle coupure dans la nuit. Pour info il neigeait à Amsterdam ces jours là. Par ailleurs dans une des chambres il y a un frigidaire à porte vitrée juste en face du lit, qui éclaire donc toute la nuit. Et un bar en contre bas qui est très bruyant.

It was snowing while we were there. Very cosy. Lovely coffee Comfy bed Lovely, helpful staff. The air conditioning unit above the sauna (which is next to the bed )made a constant noise, louder than any fridge or air con unit I’ve experienced. At tens it seemed to go into turbo mode at times making it louder . My travel partner felt the same about the sound. We communicated to the lovely staff, but I’m guessing there wasn’t much they could do. The rest was perfect .. even the steep stairs .

I would have given a 10/10 for this property, however the only thing was the bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was a bit too hard for me and there was only a small pillow and it wasn’t very soft either. If the bed was a little more comfortable for me it would have been perfect.

The shower drainage was not great and resulted in water coming into the small studio and soaking clothes and items on the floor of the studio

Hannah was very helpful but couldn't resolve our issues without offering us a refund and early checkout. Hannah did everything she could for us. We stayed here in early November. It pains me to see that people are still reporting the broken window which has been in need of repair for some time. The window is slightly ajar which lets in noise and a draught. The air conditioning unit is also broken. The location is great but the room is not worth the money. You will get better quality by shopping around. I expected more than just a grand view for a high cost.
• Isabella (10/5): Perfekter Städtetrip - Das Zimmer war sehr groß,wunderschön eingerichtet und hatte ein wahnsinnig luxuriöses Badezimmer. Die Dachterrasse hatten wir komplett für uns alleine. Diese bot einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die umliegenden Häuser,sowie die Amstel. Wir hatten kurzen Kontakt zu der Chefin so wie zu einem Mitarbeiter des Hauses und beide waren super freundlich und extrem bemüht uns unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir können dieses Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen! :) Danke für diese schöne Zeit :) Da es extrem geschneit hat,was wohl mehrere Jahre nicht mehr vorkam,ist die Heizung teilweise ausgefallen. Hier wurde sich jedoch direkt gekümmert. Des Weiteren gab es einen kleinen Heizlüfter im Zimmer,der uns wirklich gerettet hat in diesen Momenten. Dadurch war die Kälte auszuhalten.

• Laetitia (7/5): - Le standing de la chambre et la vue sublime La dame qui viens nettoyer la chambre nous avons eu 1h de retard au lieu de 11h nous avons rendu la chambre a 12h20 du au réveil et a la nuit que nous avons passer. Merveilleux séjour mis a part le départ précipité et l'intrusion de cette dame pdt que nous étions a la douche. Nous avons entendu le bruit et les hurlements qu elle poussé sans nous laisse en placer une et en nous insultant avec de la haine dans le regard. A part cet parenthèse de contre-temps qui a fini mal mais qui ne nous aura pas empêcher de revenir ravis et des souvenirs plein la tête.🫶🏼

Zentrale gelegen . Kaffeemaschine und Kocher waren vorhanden. 3 kleine Sessel und ein kleiner Tisch . Großes Badezimmer. Ausreichend Handtücher. Es wurden sogar neue dazugelegt und unsere Tassen gespült. Fenster waren undicht und es zog bei eisigen Temperaturen rein . Klimaanlage machte etwas Geräusche- aber nicht schlimm !

Windows sounded like they were open, meaning we could hear people outside until 4pm most nights. The key box, a code should be given as soon as the room is ready- this way you don’t have to stand outside waiting for a response after a long days travel.

• Michelle (9/5): Great place and will return - Bed comfy, bathroom lovely. Great location would definitely go back Where the broken window latch (which wasn’t an issue in itself) it let a lot of outside noise in! So we could hear outside, and it let in a slight draught.

• Eda (1/5): Ortalamanın bile altında tek güzel tarafı konum. Ayrıca check out saati çok erken. - Konumu çok iyiydi Temizlik zayıf, oda ısınmıyordu klima bir çalışıyor bir çalışmıyor. Hatta çoğu zaman soğuk üflüyordu. Sahibi çok kabaydı odada sigara içtiniz diye resmen azarladı. İçmediğimizi açıklamaya çalıştık, fakat odaya izinsiz bakmaya çalıştı. Ayrıca asansör yok binada merdivenler çok dik valiziniz büyük ise taşımak çok zor. Otel değil ev gibi burası, resepsiyon yok bazı yerlerde otel diye gördüğümüz için özellikle belirtmek istedim. Ve ses yalıtımı çok kötü üst katta yürüyen kişi odada yürüyor gibi ve sokağın sesi olduğu gibi odada.

• Jane (10/5): Excellent clean centre to everything. I’m very, very comfortable. - I was very apprehensive about staying here because when I looked at the reviews people were saying it was horrible. There was a smell in the bathroom. The people didn’t turn up to let you in and lots of negative things. I would just like to say this is the most amazing place to stay. It’s clean Hanna who let us in is very friendly couldn’t do enough for us. Not only did they provide tea and coffee they left us some biscuits some sweets water in the fridge and some Coca-Cola we were in the middle of everywhere it was so handy to get to every destination. It is a beautiful place to stay. There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. It was lovely.

• Robert (10/5): Ich würde gerne wiederkommen - Die Lage ist genial und super zentral. Die Unterkunft direkt im Zentrum und an einer sehr hübschen Gracht, auf die man einen guten Ausblick hat. Hana war super hilfsbereit
