• Emma (6/5): A comfortable-ish stay but for the price we paid and the unclean room, I certainly wouldn’t stay again. - The location is absolutely fabulous. Close (without being too close) to the train station and lots of bars and restaurants for breakfast and dinner options within Cannaregio. The size of the shower and bathroom was very impressive. This is my first hotel/airbnb stay in Italy that hasn’t featured a shoebox size bathroom so we were thrilled with this. Although bathroom could have used a few more clothes hooks and a shelf near the mirror for toiletries. Hotel was easily accessible and ready prior to original check-in time. Enjoyed the roller shutters on the window for added privacy and blocking out the early morning light. The housekeeper was very helpful when needed and friendly too. I liked the lock-and-leave aspect of the hotel, however if I had major issues with my stay, I would have found not having any staff around/accessible very troublesome. Luggage storage is a communal room with a bathroom. Not secure as anybody within the building or who has ever stayed there has the access code and there are no staff supervising the luggage. The room was quite dusty in corners such as between the wall and the bedside table and the bedside table and the bed. The portable aircon unit was also very loud (even on low fan) and very, very dusty. There was no room to move it to a better spot and it pointed right at your face whilst laying in bed. Our room was also right next to the dining area which was quite loud and disruptive at times but wasn’t a huge deal.

• Harrison (5/5): Great location, clean, just don’t expect much - It was close to everything we wanted to see The hotel was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable, It was just extremely noisy, the door locks sounded like a bomb raid, the floors and doors were so loud, the sound traveled, the bathroom was that small that if you could squeeze to sit on the toilet you had to rest your head on the sink in front of you. the staff were extremely noisy early in the morning, there we no amenities, there was no reception, only 1 extra pillow for 2 people

We called to all main attractions and there were many restaurants close by to eat. It was a little noisy one night but from other guests so not something the facility could control.

• Paolo (9/5): Sehr gute Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. - Die Lage und das Personal. Für Jugendliche wie wir ist es einfach mit dem Digitalen CheckIn und keine Reception, für weniger Begabte kann es schwerer sein.
• Dennis (6/5): Verblijf in Venetië bij halte Guglia - De locatie was goed. Het bed lag lekker. Verse handdoeken elke dag en kamer werd dagelijks opgemaakt. Het lawaai dat door de gang kwam want de deuren waren niet geluidsdicht. Eerste nacht hadden we veel luidruchtige gasten en normaliter wordt dat wel gedempt door je deur maar in dit geval leek het of s’nachts en s’ochtends de mensen naast je stonden. Beetje ongemakkelijk gevoel geeft dat. Tweede nacht waren gasten stiller waardoor het wel oké was. Het rook er verder niet heel slecht maar ook niet fris. Er was altijd een hint van rioollucht. En wij waren zelf wel heel blij dat we niet de kamers hadden met terras want daar zit iedereen en je kunt dan je ramen dus niet open zetten. Ik denk dat de prijs en kwaliteitsverhouding niet klopt.

• Arthur (6/5): - The room was clean and organized. Because of my mistake of not making the online checkout, I couldn't access the room when I arrived. The staff was fast through whatsapp to solve the problem. The location is great. After this first contact, the staff was not that fast anymore. There is no staff at the place, the shower was a "standing hand shower" and it had no water pressure, and it took a while to get hot. There were a lot of flies in the smoking area outside. The WiFi signal won't reach the room. They charged $6 cash for "city tax" even tho this was already charged by Booking on the reservation.

• beatrice (6/5): Bon séjour - L’emplacement est parfait avec tout à proximité (commerces, restaurants et à 10/15 min à pied de la gare et du vaporetto). Le personnel est très gentil. Possibilité de laisser les bagages le jour du départ et de l’arrivée. La chambre est sombre (une seule fenêtre donnant sur un couloir) et mal très mal isolée. La salle de bain n’est pas conforme aux photos et sent l’humidité (uniquement un rideau de douche donc l’eau coule partout sur le sol).

• Adriana (5/5): - Lokalizacja Hotel niestety mocno rozczarowuje i zdecydowanie nie spełnia oczekiwań, jakie można mieć po zdjęciach z Bookingu. Jedynym dużym plusem jest lokalizacja – bardzo wygodna i to właściwie jedyna rzecz, którą można ocenić pozytywnie.Sam apartament prezentuje się znacznie gorzej niż na zdjęciach. W środku panował nieprzyjemny zaduch, a brak możliwości uchylenia okien tylko pogarszał sytuację. Łazienka była bardzo mała i mało komfortowa w użytkowaniu. Mimo że teoretycznie było posprzątane, cały czas towarzyszyło nam ogólne poczucie brudu i niedbałości. Podsumowując – dobra lokalizacja to za mało, żeby zrekompensować niski standard. Nie zdecydowałabym się na ponowny pobyt.

La limpieza diaria es escasa, únicamente hacen la cama y cambian las papeleras. La segunda noche y todo el tercer día estuvimos sin agua caliente, por parte del hotel poca información al respecto, pero tuvieron intención de arreglarlo sin éxito, tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría por la noche y la mañana del check-out.

• Zeng (4/5): 失望透顶的住宿！ - 唯一能接受的是位置还不错，闹中取静。 1）没有电梯，楼梯非常陡，对于有大行李的和有老人的十分不友好。 2）房间里的床上只铺了空被罩，里面并没有被子，这是什么操作？要客人自己去套被套吗？ 3）房间不隔音。 4）房间门十分透光。 5）早上唯一能见到的工作人员态度十分不友好，她自己上厕所既不关厕所门也不关房间门，因为看不懂意大利语不小心闯了进去她就在那里大喊大叫，说什么是她的私人空间！既然是私人空间就应该最起码把门关上，可是她并没有！！！ 6）寄存行李的地方并没有任何人看管，虽然需要密码才能进去，但是所有客人的行李都可以随便放进去，当然也可以顺便把别人的拿出来，没有任何安全性可言。真的不知道网上的好评是怎么刷出来的！
• Alessia (5/5): Mi aspettavo un’accoglienza diversa da una città così meravigliosa - La posizione è in un quartiere tranquillo e vicino alla stazione se arrivate in treno. In teoria permette di lasciare i bagagli. Lo staff è poco presente e ospitale: non riuscivamo ad entrare alle 10 di sera perché il codice non apriva la porta, abbiamo provato a chiamare senza ricevere risposte (anzi visualizzato e non risposto su whatsapp). Siamo entrati solo grazie ad altre persone che più tardi hanno raggiunto la camera. Ho scelto questa struttura perché avevamo il treno alle 22 la sera successiva e necessità di lasciare bagagli: sulla pagina non ho ricevuto risposta; la signora lì mi ha detto solo fino alle 19. Siamo rimasti nella carinissima ma fredda hall perché eravamo distrutti e avremmo viaggiato tutta la notte; la stanza bagagli non è servita a nessuno perché non era orario di arrivi..quindi ci è dispiaciuto, non sarebbe costatato nulla ritirarli un’ora dopo e goderci il pomeriggio un po’ di più. La stanza: Appena arrivati in stanza c’era un odore vomitevole di varichina; non c’è il bidet; stanze molto umide e fredde; un’impresa truccarsi con quelle luci. Abbiamo trovato questi pezzi caduti da non si sa dove.

It - The location is great, close to everything you really need - supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes, shops with souvenirs and in a walking distance to all the key attractions and places in Venice :) The staff are really kind and we had no problem with the check in or check out. Thin walls so you can hear everything from your neighbours rooms, low light in the whole apartment and only one main light to choose from in the room - the small light wasn’t working, the drawer in the bathroom barely opened and closed so it was irritating and could give a new one :)
• Susanne (3/5): Wir werden nicht wiederkommen. - Die Lage war super. Unterkunft ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Entspricht überhaupt nicht den Bildern/der Beschreibung. Der Stecker der Heizung hat fast gebrannt. Die Nächte waren unruhig da ständig irgendwelche Geräusche zu hören waren.

Ci siamo trovati bene, il personale accogliente e gentilissimo, la stanza spaziosa e pulita. L’albergo è molto comodo perché vicino alla stazione Dovrebbero esserci utilities in più nel bagno e in camera. (Ciabatte, qualche sapone in più, asciugacapelli) nel complesso però non mi posso lamentare. Compensa tutto la gentilezza dell’accoglienza e la disponibilità

Clean room The shower was splitting water everywhere if you weren't extremely careful with the curtain. Very dark room because you need to keep the curtain closed so no one can see you from outside. The room was very small

No hice uso del desayuno. La ubicacion es muy escondida y no tiene letrero de señalamiento. Además no hay muchos señalamientos dentro en caso de llegar tarde.

Great location around a 15 minute walk from St Marks. Loads of nice affordable restaurants near by. Rooms were spotless as-well as the rest of the property. Just to make you aware the property doesn’t have a reception. It’s really easy to find there is a sign on the wall on the Main Street. There is a storage room to leave your luggage. The water bus stop is a 4 minute walk. Great value for money in Venice. Highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you.

También tienes cerca la parada de vaporetto. La cama es muy cómoda , el asea limpio y la ducha con mucha presión de agua. Calidad/precio es una muy buena opción La habitación que nos dieron era interior , apenas tenía luz natural y la luz artificial era muy débil . El frigorífico hacia un ruido continuo que por la noche era bastante molesto y al tener congelador no quisimos quitarlo.

• Olivia (1/5): - personnel sympa Nous avions réservé une chambre standard mais la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à la description vue sur le site et sur booking.com. Aussi on nous a donné une chambre au rez-de -chaussé j'étais stupéfaite et déçue. La douche contenait un rideau et l'eau coulait au sol alors que sur les photos apparait une porte autour de la douche. Le lendemain j'ai requis un changement de chambre. Dans la seconde chambre une prise ne fonctionnait pas et la télécommande était cassée et sans piles. Je recommande pas. La réceptionniste a été attentive cependant.

• SOTIRIOS (7/5): - Καλή τοποθεσία. Εύκολη πρόσβαση. Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο. Ο εξαερισμός του μπάνιου δε λειτουργούσε. Ζητήσαμε αλλαγή πετσετών καθώς δεν στεγνωναν με τίποτα και αδιαφορησαν. Το δωμάτιο μας είχε ένα παράθυρο που έβλεπε στο διάδρομο και έπαιρνε φως από την εσωτερική αυλή. Η πρίζα της τηλεόρασης δε λειτουργούσε.

Il locale si trova in un punto centralissimo, vicino sia a piazzale Roma, sia alle attrazioni più importanti della città, facilmente percorribili a piedi; inoltre nei dintorni è pieno sia di negozi che di bar e ristoranti. Molto utile oltretutto il deposito bagagli gratuito di cui si può usufruire dopo il check out.
