Not told when checkout was. Assumed it was normal time 11. I was wrong. Housekeeping knocking on my door. Carpet in bedroom going into bathroom was frayed and carpet staples pocking out. Injury and trip hazard.

- Meriah Gaudin (10/5): - We loved the pool and slides. My kids had so much fun swimming and going down all the slides. It was also nice that there are other pools that aren't as crowded as the main pool to kick back and relax. That there is no pool side service at the other pool. Our family stayed the majority of our time at the main pool that has the water slides. However on day 3 (we stayed 5 days 4 nights) the kids were getting a little overwhelmed with how busy the pool was getting so we went to the pool that's right by the main lobby and was disappointed to find out that while you can order drinks and food from the restaurant you would have to leave that pool and walk to the restaurant and walk back. The restaurant is located on the other side of the property and is quite a distance away from the other pool. It would've been nice if they had maybe a small restaurant or bar that was open before 4pm that had drinks and food.

- Laura (8/5): Good property with one downside - revieew para q pegues en booking del hotel Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families visiting Orlando parks. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, towels, and essentials for a comfortable stay. It wasn’t as modern as the photos suggested, but it was still in very good condition. The amenities were excellent for families. The kids’ pool area was perfect for running around and playing, and we also loved the pickleball court and mini golf. There were two additional pools, and the fact that they stayed open until 11 PM was amazing after long days at the parks when we just wanted to relax. The location was also very convenient, very close to the parks, with easy and accessible parking. The only major downside was the mattresses. They were old and had noticeable sunken areas, and unfortunately, two of the three beds appeared to have bed bugs. We ended up with bites all over, which was very disappointing. We were so busy at the parks every day that we didn’t get a chance to report it to the front desk during our stay. Aside from that issue, we truly enjoyed the property and felt it offered very good value for the price.

The pool area was beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, but the beds are very hard and uncomfortable, and the location was convenient to restaurants and attractions. The stay was enjoyable overall, but parking could be a little crowded at times, and some areas were busy during peak hours.

Took a lot of prompting when they finally offered to take our luggage by golf cart. On departure asked for same service they never cane, called to check they said they had no record of us booking, then later said they were waiting on the road but no one came to the door to say they were here. Then watched while I moved 9 bags on my own no offer for help. Told staff never toilet lock was broken they responded “don’t tell me you need to go to the front reception”. Then had to move the bags by myself from golf cart to locker room where the staff member questioned me on why my family wasn’t here to help with the bags.

- Lunas (7/5): The townhome was comfortable and overall we had an awesome time. It could have used a bit more cleaning, but nothing I c - The water park was awesome; my children enjoyed it. What I didn’t like had nothing to do with the property itself, but rather with some of the guests staying there. It’s important to remember that this is a family resort, and the water park is filled with children of all ages. Guests should be more mindful of the type of swimwear they choose to wear. Speedos, thongs, and tops that are essentially just nipple covers feel inappropriate for a family-friendly environment where children are present. It came across as very distasteful.

- Benjamin (10/5): - Aqua Sol saved our vacation! We rented a VRBO which ended up being a terrible experience. Found Aqua Sol on booking.com and was able to salvage the last 4 days of our trip. We loved the pools and water park as well as the Barcade, mini golf, fishing and bike rentals. Best of all 'G' the bartender was the absolute man! They also had some great activites for the kids. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing We will definitely be coming back! Nothing!

C’était parfaitement rénové, sur 2 étages, grand et nous avions même un gazebo pour prendre les repas à l’extérieur! Beaucoup de commodités c’était fabuleux et parfait pour les familles. Il y a tout ce que nous avons besoin et même plus à proximité. Cependant, environ toujours à 45 min incluant le traffic de Disney, des outlets et de l’aéroport .

The staff is very professional and helpful. The resort is in the vicinity of the amusement parks. We feel safe at this location and will continue to visit and stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Aqua Sol Orlando West. We love the amenities, there is a lot to do here on the property. N/A

Fácil estacionamento, é perto de posto de combustível, restaurantes, supermercado e dos parques da disney. O isolamento acústico poderia ser melhor. No final de semana o resort ficou cheio e havia bastante movimentação de hóspedes nos corredores e nos apartamentos acima.

- Jessica (8/5): Enjoyed it for a family weekend getaway - I enjoyed the size. It's perfect for small family getaway. Not too large and overstimulating. Perfect amount of simple fun activities within walking distance. Staff were friendly. Rooms are huge! Even though rooms take a bit to be ready for check in you can use the amenities while you wait which is helpful. I noticed a few guests smoking by the pool or in the non designated smoking areas, better enforcement of this would be nice. Condo rooms were a bit noisy, can hear neighbors..esp moving the dining room chairs which are heavy, maybe put those on wheels to eliminate noise. The waterpark should open a bit earlier and more dining/food options.

Did not like the bldgs being scattered about trying to find outs. One of receptionist was rather cocky. Truthfully dont think i would cone back or recommend.

- joyce (9/5): - Erg fijn appartement met complete keuken. Bedden lagen heerlijk. Badkamer zag er netjes uit! De waterdruk in de douche was wel matig.
- Julio Cesar (8/5): No geral ficamos satisfeitos. - Gostei muito da infraestrutura, incluindo academia e área de lazer. A limpeza do apartamento poderia melhorar um pouco.
