• Kate Vibeke (4/5): - At vi ikke kunne komme på værlset.døren gik helt baglås Vi havde en hyle tone på værlset i flere timer. Var ikke helt tryg ved elevatoren, meget gammel
• Guillaume (1/5): Très médiocre mais bien placé par rapport aux transports et restaurants à proximité. - L'emplacement. L'hôtel est proche des transports en commun, ligne district et bus à proximité. Réservation de 2 chambres en famille, nous étions à 2 étages d'intervalles !! Les fenêtres des chambres côté rue qui ne ferment presque pas, laissant passer le bruit de la rue (très bruyant, des scooters uber sont en dessous) et l'air (bruit du vent en prime). Litterie très molle. Salle de bain très étroite (difficile pour les personnes en sur-poids pour les toilettes) avec douche au mur dans une baignoire, difficile de se rincer correctement. Robinet de l'évier qui goutte en continue. Evier et baignoire pas très propre avec des cheveux dedans. Flexible du sèche-cheveux tenu par du Scotch et qui sent mauvais (très ancien). Petit déjeuner pas bon, trop sucré, pas de choix. Nous sommes arrivés dans le couloir de notre chambre, des femmes de ménage étaient à 4 pattes sur le sol à trier les draps propres à même la moquette ! Bref hôtel qui ne fait aucun investissement pour maintenir les lieux corrects, laissant à désirer sur la propreté et réduisant les coûts au minimum pour le petit dej inclus. Je doute que prendre le petit dej payant anglais en vaille le coup chez eux.

• marion (4/5): Pad ouf je recommande pas cette établissement surtout au prix de la chambre - L’emplacement Pas d’électricité dans la salle de bain, pas de prise a coter d’un coté du lit, petit dejeuner pas ouf genre juste tartine de pain de la veille avec de la confiture et beurre qui se batter en duel, le cafe etait pas bon bref je recommande absolument pas

Realmente no volvería, las fotos son de las habitaciones "lindas" a mi me toco una donde el piso caminabas y se undia, las luces no andaban, la alfombra daba sensación de sucio, el baño hiper pequeño, se que Londres es caro pero por lo que cobran es pésimo el servicio. El ascensor daba miedo subirse.

• Ignacio (5/5): - Está muy cerca del metro de Earl's Court, lo cual es una ventaja para desplazarse en metro. La nevera dentro de la habitación hacia muchísimo ruido. Una ventana que para abrirla y cerrarla te puedes caer fuera del edificio. Una cama muy estrecha en una habitación demasiado pequeña. Muy caro para lo que te encuentras dentro de la habitación.

• Debbie (5/5): Ideal location - The location was perfect as we had an event just around the corner..the staff are very pleasant,the complimentary breakfast was good..we had the full breakfast too which was lovely. The layout of the room was bizarre,the two beds were in a funny place with one being directly in front of the bathroom door so it was a tight squeeze to use the bathroom..the shower didnt work,and the bathroom itself was so tiny that the toilet was practically in the sink.

Frukost var fattig Allt detta men personalen var trevliga. Nu är 2026 förväntar man lite modernta faciliteter , För att locka folk borde ges mer bekvämligheter när det gäller boendet och ett riktigt frukostbuffén.

• Sandra (5/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Zimmer und Ausstattung ist sehr alt. Bei Ankunft war es sauber. Bei der täglichen Reinigung wurde lediglich das Bett gemacht und die Mülleimer geleert. Das Frühstück war schon sehr einfach. Nur Toast und Croissants, 2 Marmeladen und etwas Fertigmüsli. Alles Andere wäre nur unter zusätzlichen Kosten möglich.

The fridge was warm dangerous if you put food in overnight we had snacks but had to throw them out no tea coffee facilities in the room which we didn’t realise should have looked 🙄 Dripping tap all night in the very tiny bathroom heating on ,it was so hot and stuffy had the fan going on all night but it was ok !!

Le robinet de la douche m’est resté dans la main et il y avait une fuite au robinet du lavabo . Une tige métallique sortait du matelas du lit de la fille .

• Carola (5/5): Kann man schon machen - Die Lage, direkt am Earls Gate Es war Sauber. (Bis auf das Bettlaken) Das Frühstück war mies. Beuteltee und instantkaffee, toastbrot, aufgewärmte Croissants… Unser dreckiges Bettlaken konnte nicht getauscht werden, haben dafür eine 2. Decke erhalten. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen zum lüften, richtig gut schließen tun sie auch nicht, man hört die Straße. (Das ist ok, wenn man damit keine Probleme hat) Wenn man mit der Erwartung der Standards eines billigen Hostels in der letzten Ecke von Bangkok an die Sache ran geht, wird man nicht enttäuscht. Ich habe aber auch etwas das Gefühl, dass der Standard in GB/London vllt nicht so hoch ist. Allgemein, wer „günstig“ schlafen will, nicht größer als 185cm ist und eh wo anders frühstücken geht. Kann man schon machen.

Posizione fantastica,fermata metro dietro l’angolo. Colazione dolce inclusa che per noi italiani andava bene,rapporto qualità prezzo molto soddisfacente per gli standard di Londra. • ALEKSEJS (10/5): - The hotel is located near the tube station and bus stops. So it is really easy to navigate around. My room was on a top floor with garden view and it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable; everything was clean and functional. Simple breakfast was included in the room price. Other breakfast options were offered for an extra fee. Breakfast was too simple. It had only coffee/tea, juice, croissant and pan au chocolate and some cereals. Some slices of cheese would be really good. However they offer other breakfast options for additional fee.

До центру можна при бажанні дійти пішки, десь година часу, прогулянка дуже красивими і доглянутими вулицями. Номер дуже маленький, багато зайвих меблів. Всі меблі і номер загалом дуже зношені. В мене не працювало опалення і мені на рецепції видали обігрівач, що врятувало ситуацію. Ванна виглядала недоглянутою, а кнопка змиву на унітазі не працювала. Сніданок - це хліб і джем)

On arrival to my room, the toilet had not been cleaned, also found hair on side of bath. The room, 602 was very warm, without heating on. The bed head is very ornate, lovely, but very dusty. Would prefer tea and coffee facilities in the room.
• Kacper (10/5): Pomimo niedogodności z łazienką pobyt w tym miejscu oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. - Blisko do stacji metra. Małe łazienki w pokojach. Przy dłuższym pobycie w łazience w pokoju 306 zaczyna migać lampa. Problem ze spłuczka.
• Crystal (6/5): Nothing amazing, but worth what we paid - The room was as expected for the price we paid, excellent location which was well connected and quiet in the evenings. Inclusive breakfast was okay. Did not mind that you had to go to the lounge for a hot drink, would have been nice to have in the room but did not ruin the experience and was still easily accessible. The beds were rather hard, the shower was difficult to work to begin with and required a lot of adjusting to get a good temperature.

Közel vannak az éttermek üzletek A reggeli nagyon gyenge, nincs választék ami van az pedig nem finom. A párnák és a tiszta törölközök is piszkosak voltak a wc-t nem lehetett rendesen lehuzni.

• Jacek (4/5): Głośno i zimno w hotelu. Świetna lokalizacja. Ale hotelu nie polecam - Świetna lokalizacja. 100m od Stacji Earl’s Court a stąd to już szybko w całym Londynie. Linia Pickadilly zabierze też na Heathrow Hotel wymaga remontu. Okna nieszczelne. Ulica głośna. Łóżko niewygodne. Łazienka - pamięta pewnie czasy Churchila. Śniadania - continental - czyli ledwie podgrzany croissant dżem plus kawa z proszku.

• JFrds (1/5): Décevant... A fuir ! - Pas grand chose à mentionner ici ! Le petit déjeuner et l'emplacement de l'hôtel étaient les seuls points positifs de cet établissement. La liste est longue... Séjour extrêmement décevant. Dès la première soirée, impossible de prendre une douche normalement : l’eau était soit glaciale soit brûlante, sans aucun réglage possible. La salle de bain était sale et mal entretenue, avec de l’eau qui stagnait dans la baignoire et aucune aération. Nous avons signalé le problème plusieurs fois, mais au lieu de trouver une solution, le personnel a été très négligent et nous a même fait passer pour des incapables, en insinuant que nous ne savions simplement pas utiliser la douche. Aucune réelle prise en charge pendant plusieurs jours malgré nos plaintes répétées. En plus de ça : lit cassé, toilettes qui fonctionnent mal et hygiène plus que douteuse. Ce n’est que l’avant-dernier jour qu’on nous a enfin donné une autre chambre correcte… bien trop tard pour rattraper un séjour déjà gâché. Après de multiples appels au service Booking, pendant toute la durée du séjour, on nous a finalement proposé le remboursement de la première nuit. En quittant l’hôtel, on nous a assuré que le virement arriverait sous quelques jours… Résultat : plus de 2 mois plus tard, toujours aucun remboursement. Très déçues par cet hôtel et surtout par l’attitude du personnel. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.

• Gwr (9/5): Nous reviendrons c'est certain 👍 nous sommes ravis de notre séjour 🙏 - L'hôtel est très bien placé, juste à côté de la station de métro Earl's court, cette station est juste au centre de la zone 1 et 2 de là vous pouvez vous déplacer autant en métro qu'en bus ou RER bref un véritable atout. A quelques pas du British Museum et du musée Victoria à quelle minutes en métro de Nothing Hill gate 👍 Idem en ce qui concerne Buckingham Palace 👍 Franchement l'emplacement est juste parfait Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable 🙏🙏 toujours souriant avec toujours un mot gentil 🙏le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix. Nous reviendrons c'est certain 👍 Encore un grand MERCI pour l'accueil et la gentillesse 🪷 Si il fallait améliorer quelque chose ça serait un coup de neuf dans l'hôtel effectivement il n'est pas tout neuf et cela serait plus sympa d'avoir un petit déjeuner anglais car c'est notre seule déception. Il est vrai qu'en venant à Londres on préférerait que ce soit le petit déjeuner anglais qui soit offert dans la prestation plutôt qu'un petit déjeuner français ou alors qu'il y ait au moins une partie salé ça serait véritablement appréciable 🤞👍 on croise les doigts pour que ça soit le cas lors de notre prochain séjour dans cette hôtel 🍀

• Andy (10/5): Superb location and hotel. - The location. Everything is within easy walking distance but tucked away enough not to be on top of everything. I like a firm mattress and the mattress was quite soft. However that is personal choice and doesn't reflect from a great hotel.

• Furse (5/5): Basic Earl's Court stay. - Good location, fairly quiet. No tea or coffee facilities in rooms. Worst shower I've ever had outside of campsites. Boiling or freezing. Very basic breakfast with rationed pastries.

• Hugh (9/5): Very good overall, my 3rd visit and I will stay there again. - The complimentary breakfast was OK. The location was good for my conference venue. Staff very good. My third stay at My Place Hotel. Had 1 cold night as radiator did not work. Staff gave me a portable oil heater which was good.
