- Yavuz (10/5): Stay well at a reasonable price - The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul, with only a 10-15 minute walk to the metro. Good and reasonable facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, massage etc. The breakfast was excellent and a wonderful welcome by a gentleman when you come in. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, especially Burak Yildirim at the reception was extremely service-minded and smiling which made the experience extremely wonderful.

- Oezcan (8/5): A clean and good hotel. - The location is approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the metro station. If you are planning to go to the airport with your luggage, it may not be the best option. However, there is a free shuttle service to Cevahir Shopping Mall and Taksim every hour, 6 days a week. The size and cleanliness of the rooms were very good. We were also satisfied with the variety offered at breakfast. Other than that, everything was perfect. Ms. Nur from customer service was also very helpful in every respect. The only issue that bothered us was that, while we were having breakfast, our tableware was constantly cleared away without being asked. Since the tables were set for four people, we continued using the remaining tableware to finish our breakfast. It would be great if a bit more attention could be paid to this matter.
- Mesheal (9/5): يستاهل ٥ نجوووووم لعراقه الفندق و للموظفيننننننننن جدا جدا رائعين - فندق من طاقم ومن خدمات جدا رائع و يستاهل المبلغ بالنسبه لمده اقامتي ٩ ايام لكن للاسف اخر يومين صادفنا موقف سيء جدا باليل يقومون باطفاء التكييف و عند ظهور الشمس يشتغل المكيف البارد ( اخر يومين كان الجو معتدل فيه بروده) و الموقع يحتاج لوسيله مواصلات لان كل الخدمات و الاماكن الرئيسه بعيذه و المشي تقديرا اكثر من ٢٠ دقيقه بعد الاماكن السياحيه و اطفاء التكييف باليل اخر يومين من اقامتي .. لكن لا تعتبر مشكله كبيره و انصح فيه جدا

Money was taken directly from our room, and despite raising the issue, the hotel did absolutely nothing—no investigation, no accountability, no reimbursement. Let’s be clear: this is completely unacceptable. A hotel that cannot guarantee basic security for its guests has failed at the most fundamental level. We felt unsafe, ignored, and treated differently as tourists. Their lack of action speaks volumes. Instead of taking responsibility, they chose to dismiss the situation entirely. From our perspective, this behavior is dishonest and deeply unprofessional. If you value your safety and your belongings, do not stay here. We did nothing wrong—we are the ones who were wronged—and yet we were left without any support. Extremely disappointed. Zero service. Zero trust. 0/10.

Thanks to the hotel and personnel for making our stay great. Everything was very good. Unfortunately, I am not able to rate swimming pool, because I did not use it, but it looks quite good, also don't understand the rules telling to use swimming caps )), the sauna and the gym were good. Breakfast is very good, lovely people work at the breakfast, omelette is delicious. Housekeeping people also very nice, especially Nese and Ugur were very kind and helpful. Reception and Concierge service staff are always ready to assist, very helpful as well. Unzile from reservations was very helpful in all matters before and after stay. Location is not bad, depends on what is the purpose of stay, probably not too close to the main sightseeing areas and attractions (not sure tbh), but they provide free transport to Taksim Square which is one of the main places as well, and it is easy to get to the other main touristic places from there, also free transfer from the hotel to the big shopping mall if shopping is needed. Lots of shops and cafes nearby the hotel, walking distance. All around hotel looks very nice and modern, I personally liked it. Nothing to mention

What really stood out was their generous offer of a first complimentary dessert, which made the visit feel extra welcoming. The treats were fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Aleyna and Seval for their warm hospitality and excellent service—they truly made the experience memorable. Definitely worth stopping by whether you’re staying at the hotel or just passing through!

The hairdresser was superb- he washed and dried my bright pink hair with 20 inch nano bonds with no issues and was very friendly and hospitable. Kenan, our friendly chamber man , made our room perfect every day. Nothing was too much - supplying extra towels and pillows to make my recuperation comfortable as possible. He even retrieved my air pod from behind the bed! Gave us extra water as I was too tired to leave the room often and made sure I was comfortable.

The hotel experience was generally good; however, improving the level of cleanliness and giving more attention to housekeeping details would further enhance the guest experience. In addition, the interior design and furniture feel somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the hotel management for their hospitality and efforts. The furniture and interior design are a bit outdated, and the cleanliness could use a little more attention and improvement.

Complementary shuttle to metro and mall : no return. You need to find your own way back to hotel. Excellent breakfast. Would have appreciated a little more guidance, perhaps a map, of surrounding area and recommendations on where to eat. Still good value.

I was in Istanbul as a health tourist and therefore unfortunately unable to benefit from the spa and health facilities. Room service, housekeeping, reception, concierge etc. services impeccable. Emine, the Housekeeper, was a ray of sunshine every morning and very efficient. Wonderful people that really made a difference.

- 405yasirs (8/5): Overall a positive stay - 40 mins away from IST airport. 15 mins away from Taksim square. We stayed in the family room and it was spacious for 4 people. Room service was great and the property was maintained really well. Hotel kitchen produces decent food. Daily shuttles to Cavahir mall and Takim which was nice! Chalar was great in the wait staff and front desk was courteous. Wife loved the Hamam! Kids loved the pool (kids need to be 5 > years) Some suggestions: Iron and Iron board should be provided in every room. That is a basic amenity. A/C doesn't really work - you have to use the windows to adjust the temp (pretty ridiculous for a higher end hotel). Barber overcharged me and I felt abused as a foreigner. They need to display prices for all guests to see.

Az utolsó nap, valószinűleg a takaritószolgálat, összepakolta Anna szobájában található dolgokat, a személyes dolgait!? Az eltüntek között van könyv és kozmetikai dolog is! Az eset jelentve lett a portaszolgálaton, és a személyzet tagjai is megnézték az állapotokat. Másnap kijelentkezéskor viszont semmit sem tudtak az előző napi esetről! Későbbi levelünkre sem reagált többé a szálloda!!! :( ( Ezzel egyidőben fül és szemtanúi is voltunk egy Angol házaspár vitájának a szállással és szolgáltatásukkal! ) Szerencsénkre a Booking ügyfélszolgálata rugalmasan kezelte a dolgokat! Nekik külön köszönjük a hozzáállásukat!

If you’re sensitive to smoke like I am, I recommend requesting a non-smoking floor in advance. Initially, I was given a room with a strong smell of smoke, but requesting a room change was very easy and handled promptly. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. I’d like to mention Omer Faruk and the ladies at the reception, who were all lovely and helpful. A special highlight goes to Eren Yamanaglu—he was incredibly supportive, always checking if guests needed anything, and doing so with a big, genuine smile. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, with a great variety of options. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, close to everything. My favorite part is the employees. 1- Hakan bulbulkaya He was so kind, helpful, and always there for us helping us in everything, and he was so generous he gave me a mini cake as a gift, which I appreciate. Thank you for everything Hakan abi thank you so much. 2- Eren yamanoğlu & Dogukan erogl Both of them were very helpful every single time they saw a bag or shopping bag with me immediately they would take it from my hand & hold it for me, whatever I needed from them they would help me always, both of them had a smiling face and always welcomed us in a lovely way * Eren helped us weigh our bags and gave us many tips on how to avoid excess weight; he had experience in this area. Thank you Eren * Dogukan He was always taking beautiful pictures of us with my phone; he was always the one asking if we'd like to take pictures we were happy it was thoughtful. Thank you Dogukan 3-Aynur She was very understanding and calm, and she helped us a lot. We had a white jacket that the cleaning service took by mistake. We spoke to her, and she understood that we weren't accusing them of theft, but rather that it was a mistake. Aynur spent about an hour investigating the matter until she found the jacket, and it was indeed taken by mistake. As compensation, she asked them to wash and iron the jacket, and she returned it to us by herself. Thank you Aynur 4- Satiye Sariya ablaaaa❤️❤️❤️ I loved her so much, she was responsible for cleaning the suit, i loved her so much she was so helpful, she was super clean and fast at the same time, what ever i asked her she would bring it to me immediately. Thank you Satiye Abla. At the end It will always be my hotel every time I go to Istanbul. Thanks to everyone for everyone made my stay wonderful.🩷 Nothin
