• Michael (10/5): So wie es Werbung oft verspricht doch selten hält. Bravo - So stellt man sich ein Hotel vor. Es hatte Ausstrahlung, Freundlichkeit in jedem Detail und außergewöhnliches Personal. Baran der Concierge hätte aus einer Hollywood Verfilmung stammen können wenn er nicht so echt, freundlich und kundenfreundlich gewesen wäre. Auch bei einem eher ungepflegt wirkenden Motorradfahrer gab es nie Probleme Sondernummern Lösungen. Bravo.

• Evita (7/5): Goede ligging van het hotel in het mooie centrum - Perfecte locatie , goed bed, goede wifi en prima ruime kamer. Persoon is aardig. Het hotel/ de gasten is/ zijn erg gehorig. Je hoort de mensen op de gang en buiten praten als je in je kamer bent. En het bad/ douche is aan vervanging toe.

• henrygZ825TH (8/5): A Small, boutique hotel in the center of the old city, Antalya - We stayed here with our OAT tour for a few days. I liked it very much as it is on a quaint street not far from the harbor and night spots. It has a beautiful courtyard that is great for meals, tea or a glass of wine. Be mindful that this is a boutique hotel. Some older guests might have an issue with the up and down steps on various levels. Some rooms overlook the pool and garden, and may have noise issues. We added a dose of patience with waiting for shower water pressure issues. But all in all, this is a good choice. The pool is very inviting and the place is well maintained.

• 221garvinc (10/5): We love dogan hotel - Hi all currently staying at dogan hotel and now 3 nites into a 10 nite stay, on arrival we had a minor issue at aur room (leak) and after reporting to Mr bestami ((top man) we was moved next morning, the hotel is beautiful and quaint the staff are amazing and can't do enough to help your holiday go smoother 👍 a special shout out goes to basak and Sebastian (what a team) miss C for assisting our room change and also boran, we will return with our best friends the Davies gang to spread the love, PS the pool is freezing but well worth acclimatising before getting in

They were so helpful, fun and brilliant at looking after everyone. Food was delicious. It’s a lovely, secluded spot where you can really get away from it all. Yet it’s just a few steps from the busy old town centre.
• robjS6671DP (10/5): Fantastic stay in a traditional small hotel. - Ideally located a short walk from the Marina and in the heart of kaleici. Great atmosphere, rooms are all you could want for. Cleaned daily. Lovely outdoor restaurant serving fantastic food at a very reasonably priced. Staff are very very friendly and helpful. Sebahattin and Basak made our stay so lovely and catered to our every need. Great team. The pool are is lovely but was a bit cool for swimming when we visited. As this hotel is in the heart of the old town there is some noise due to nearby bars, but that didn't detract from how good our holiday was. Would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great Turkish holiday.

• Luke (9/5): What a great place to stay in the heart of antalya - The staff were brilliant, we expecially appreciated the hospitality of the restaurant staff who looked after us for breakfast and dinner. The food was amazing, different ever evening and something that we looked forward to every day. A great selection of local food for us to try and more standard options as well. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the old town a short walk from everything that we needed. We really felt part of the city away from the touristy areas. We had a bit of a time getting used to the shower that took a while to warm up and a few bug problems relating to the time of year but nothing that we couldn't handle and it didnt ruin our experiance. No pool out of season was originally a bit of a disappointment but we realised that we could do well without it and could walk to the nearby beach if we wanted a paddle.

• Angela (10/5): - The communication with the hotel was excellent. They catered to every request. Happy to do so as well. The food on the terrace was excellent. All Staff made us feel welcome. Beds were so comfortable. Shower was such a good pressure. Pool area was clean and relaxing. The smell of the internal drains and the noise from the side alleyway.

• Nikolay (2/5): Not recommend - Clean shower This stay was a deeply frustrating experience that I feel obligated to share so others don’t fall into the same trap. A small booking glitch, two names were on the reservation but only one displayed, turned into an aggressive upsell. The front desk immediately demanded an extra 30 euros for the second guest. I checked the Booking app right there: the price for two adults was 31 euros, versus 29 for one. A 2-euro difference. I suggested I simply cancel and rebook at the correct rate, but they flat-out refused, claiming it would hurt the hotel. After lengthy negotiation, they settled on 25 euros, still wildly inflated and clearly designed to exploit the situation. To make matters worse, we received zero confirmation that our room was actually updated for two occupants. I have a strong feeling the adjustment was never processed and the extra charge simply disappeared into someone’s pocket. As for the room itself: it was uncomfortably cold with no heating solution offered. We had requested bedding for two in advance, ignored. The noise level was surprising for what was supposed to be early season; we barely got any sleep. I dread to think what peak season sounds like. The on-site restaurant was empty for a reason: the food quality was poor. Meanwhile, every restaurant in the surrounding area was full, which tells you everything. We tried to escalate to a manager but were told none was available. What struck me most was how the entire staff demeanor flipped the moment money was involved. Friendly and welcoming on arrival, cold and dismissive the second we questioned the charge. Other guests we spoke with had booked better hotels at similar prices. Given all this, the high ratings here seem questionable at best. I genuinely recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel prioritizes squeezing extra euros out of guests over providing a decent experience.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• robert (8/5): Great little hotel - The staff were all pleasant. The hotel was very basic but clean and tidy. The food was ok plenty of choice on the breakfast buffet if that's your thing.. it is in an excellent location. Small ants kept appearing now and again that was a bit annoying.

Уронила сережку, пока шарили на полу с фонариком от сотки, такую пылищу не вымытую я не видела давно, уборщица явно не утруждалась. Из-за влажности постель былая сырая, мы даже не могли принять душ, чтобы не заболеть.

• Christine (10/5): Wunderbarere Aufenthalt! GErn wieder! - Das Hotel ist ein kleiner Juwel! Von aussen wenig erkennbar, dass sich im Innenbereich ein kleines Erholungsrefugium öffnet! Man erkennt, dass es ein ehemaliges Herrenhaus war, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail in ein (gefühlt) 4-Sterne-Hotel verwandelt wurde. Schöne begrünte Innenhöfe mit Bar/Restaurant und Tische unter Orangenbäumen. Den Pool konnten wir -der Jahreszeit entsprechend- nicht nutzen. Die Zimmer sind groß und entsprechen einem 4-Sterne-Standard. Das Personal: alle sehr freundlich und kompetent! Das Frühstück und Dinner: türkisch "angehaucht" und köstlich! Die Lage: ausgezeichnet! Inmitten der wunderschönen Altstadt! Vielen Dank - wir kommen gern wieder! Alles hat gefallen!

• Ronald (1/5): I wouldn't have spent another hour in room 149, as there were so many lumps on my head. - The breakfast was good (1) The location was bad. It was so difficult to find. (2) My main complaint was the room (number 149). As a tall man I was constantly banging my head on the low beams. I was continually stooping but sometimes instinct takes over and it was very painful.

En hiver c'est l'idéal température autour de 20 degrés, le soir prévoir une petite laine pour la fraîcheur nocturne. Quel plaisir de rentrer à l'hôtel douillet et cosy. La fermeture des portes de chambres qui sont un peu bruyantes.
• Andrea (8/5): Simply Charming Hotel - It was a sweet, cozy little hotel. Nothing fancy, but it was comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My daughter got food poisoning, but not from the hotel. We had to have a doctor come to the hotel, and they were very nice and caring. The breakfast was very good. A nice little selection. It was a good way to start the day. We ate dinner in the restaurant once, and it was good too. The location is great. It is right in the old town area, close to all the shops and cafes. If you enjoy cats, you will love it. There are cute cats everywhere! Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because it wasn't filled up yet. The weather was nice enough. I think they were getting it ready. You could tell people wanted to use it because they were sitting on the loungers. The street noise gets a little annoying. But that is just part of the great location.

• Luz (9/5): Excellent stay - Great location, the place is quite peaceful and pleasant during the night. The staff very attentive, helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable, everything tidy and clean, with minibar, kettle, coffee and tea. They offered breakfast buffet for a fee (I didn’t eat there but was great had the option), also drinks and beverages. Definitely recommend! Soundproofing in the rooms could be improved; I could hear every movement of the guests in the floor above and next door from 5am onwards. It was a bit annoying because I needed to rest as much as possible. However, the place is quite peaceful and pleasant during the night.

Tentamos trocar mas o quarto alternativo era muito menor. Acabamos ficando no mesmo. O nome do hotel na entrada não batia exatamente com o anunciado

People with mobility issues should take caution because there are a lot of stairs on the property. Since the buildings are old, you can hear some noise from other rooms and floors, but nothing critical

• Nour (10/5): Great stay! - It is exactly as mentioned on the site. I loved my stay as it is right in the center of the old city, so everything was walking distance. I enjoyed my walks, sunset and sunrise. It is walking distance from the Marina and the park nearby. Also, tons of close by shops and restaurants. Breakfast was varying everyday and was really good. Room was clean. Wifi was working. I checked in at 2 a.m. quickly. As its winter, swimming pool wasn't opened. They let me checkout and leave my luggage there. Also, I was anxious about other reviews from different hotels in the same area regarding noise from the nearby bars, but I didn't hear any. Also, there is a door seperating rooms from the restaurant, so never woke up to any noise. Outdoor seating area is very cozy and nice too, again, not functiong due to winter, but there were tons of options a foot away. Room is clean, but not spottless. It could use some more cleanilness, like there was dust under my bed, for example. Bathroom was clean but bathroom's basket's lid was broken. But nothing crazy.
