Ingo (10/5): Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit ruhigen Zimmern und hilfsbereiten Personal - Nach einer kurzen Bitte wurde mir bereitwillig ein anderes Zimmer derselben Kategorie angeboten, das viel ruhiger und angenehmer war. Dass ich erst um ein neues, dann aber deutlich ruhigeres Zimmer bitten musste, obwohl der entsprechende Wunsch bereits bei der Buchung geäußert worden war.

Charge free complimentary minibar with nice choice. Good breakfast. Parking with reasonable price 20 eur. Bigger rooms are usually with better price than others 5 star hotels in Berlin. Location with about several euros everywhere in centre by Bolt taxi. So benefits are many to know and use

Jutta (9/5): Immer wieder sind wir gerne hier! - Gute Lage in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon, die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Die Ausstattung mit kleiner Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind prima. Auch wird täglich Mineralwasser nachgefüllt und die Getränke im Kühlschrank sind gratis. Das Bad war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ganz ruhige Zimmer nach hinten gelegen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel und fühlen uns sehr wohl. Parken im Parkhaus war früher einfacher, da wurde die Parkgebühr direkt im Hotel abgerechnet. Jetzt ist der Prozess etwas komplizierter. Aber wir haben stattdessen auf der Straße geparkt, mit Parkapp eine gute Alternative!

Sara (8/5): Super Hotel mit allem was das Herz begeehrt. - Das Hotel liegt ruhig so dass man das Fenster offen lassen kann ohne lärm. Mit den ÖV ist man sehr schnell überall. Der KU-Damm ist zu Fuss in ca 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausserdem ist das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Die Minibar im Zimmer ist inkl. was wir sehr schätzten. Die Auswahl im Hotel Restaurant war sehr klein. Da es aber rund um den Prager Platz diverse Restaurants hatte konnte man gut ausweichen.

Es gab sogar einen kleinen Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln. Es gab keine Körperlotion auf dem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies aber vom Personal gelöst.

Valeriia (8/5): - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed, which made the stay comfortable. Despite the small issues, I would still recommend this hotel. There were just a couple of minor downsides. I was surprised that the bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation, and it wasn’t possible to leave the door open to air it out, which felt a bit unusual. The hairdryer was also a bit inconvenient — it had a retractable cord that kept pulling back, making it awkward to use. On the positive side, the shower was absolutely amazing — really high quality and one of the best I’ve experienced.
Larissa (9/5): Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würde es auch wieder buchen. Vorausgesetzt, das The - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch das Reinigungspersonal. Soweit alles ordentlich und sauber (Allerdings gibt es da eine Sache, die man noch besser machen sollte siehe was hat mir nicht gefallen.). Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war die Anbindung an den Lieferservice. Wenn man keine Lust hat, loszugehen alles relativ nah. Ansonsten ist der Kudamm und die Kantstraße in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar oder 30 Minuten zu Fuß hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Hund war auch erlaubt auf dem Zimmer allerdings gegen Gebühren. Parkplätze vor der Tür allerdings auch mit Gebühren. Also eigentlich kann ich zu dem Thema Sauberkeit nichts bemängeln, denn das Zimmer war ordentlich sauber und alles so, wie es eigentlich sein soll außer das Bett… Also als aller erstes ist mir erst mal ein Loch in der Bettdecke aufgefallen ist jetzt kein Drama. Ich hatte die Bettdecke angehoben und da hab ich gesehen, dass unter dem Laken leider alles voller schwarze Haare waren. Das schimmerte durch das Laken durch. Ich hatte das Laken angehoben und siehe da es war alles voll auf dem Topper. Also da sollte das Personal doch wirklich drauf achten, dass das alles sauber ist und wenn man das einmal absaugt, bevor man das frische Laken drüber zieht Und wenn wir schon dabei sind, ist für mich jetzt kein Drama, aber wenn man ein frisches Laken drauf zieht, sollte es auch Fleck frei sein. Ich denke nicht, dass es der Standard und die Regel ist. Auch wenn wir das Hotel das erste Mal besucht haben, würde ich es wieder buchen.. :)

Rosário (9/5): sehr schön! - Insgesamt ein zentral, aber ruhig gelegenes Hotel, großes Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr höfliches, freundliches und zugewandtes Personal. Zwar war das Frühstück sehr gut, aber 29,-€ ist völlig übertrieben.
