El hotel está muy antiguo en todo, colchones antiguos, almohadas viejas, mantas antiguas y los balcones antiguos que no cierran bien y entra aire de la calle, frío y mucho ruido, que no repetiría este hotel nunca. Os aconsejo que no os quedéis hay más por la zona igual de ubicados y más renovados

The staff was very helpful and they have a lovely (free) breakfast with eggs, pastries, coffee, tea, and cereals. There are is also a small bar for appertivo later in the evening. The room is comfortable with a kettle, Nescafé, team, and a complimentary nonalcoholic minibar. The only two complaints were that the shower went all over the floor and no AC. We were able to just open a window to cool down but some may feel uncomfortable with this. We didn’t mind. We would highly recommend this hotel if you’re seeking good location and ambiance at a fair price.

Fourniture dans la salle de bain, coton-tige démaquillant, gel, douche, savon et sèche-cheveux. Petit déjeuner servi à partir de huit heures. Très bonne qualité de bons produits italien. Personnel, agréable et réactif. Position de l’hôtel fantastique Très bon quartier sécurité. À trois minutes à pied d’une descente de métro. Quatre minutes des arrêts pour le big bus visites. Petite supérette carrefour. Et juste à côté de la fontaine de Trévis et de toutes les commodités restaurant.

Rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy if your a lite sleeper like me but we ask to move with no issues. Bar drink were nice and freshly made. Bar space could be made a little more relaxing by softer lighting and asking the staff (bar and reception) to not talk loudly across the room. Just made it had to enjoy our drinks. We would come back and on the home a very nice hotel in a perfect location.

Central to everywhere you want to visit in Rome, the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, St Peter's Basilica, the Vatican City, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, and the Metro. The staff was exceptional, very friendly, and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. I'm very particular, but this met all my expectations. Coming from the United States, the room was a little small, but from what I understand, that's normal. But honestly, you don't go to Italy to hang out in a hotel room. I will book this hotel on my next visit to Rome. I highly recommend.

Jammer is dat de ontbijtzaal tevens gebruikt wordt om de nieuwe gasten te ontvangen. Daardoor verstoor je het ontbijt.

It is centrally located within 15 minutes walk to most locations. My single room was cozy but beautiful! The typical Roman breakfast was complimentary and so was the in-room mini bar which was stocked daily. I mentioned to my waiter at breakfast that it was my birthday and I was hoping they would have tiramisu. The next day they brought me a heart shaped tiramisu with a birthday candle on top! The front desk staff were very helpful with information about ways to get around. It’s small things like this that make Hotel Stendhal top notch! I hope to come back one day!

Room had a small balcony that overlooked the street. It was fun to watch the street traffic. Bed very comfortable. They kept our mini fridge stocked with beverages. Breakfast was great as well. Lots of choices. Waitress very attentive. Highly recommend this hotel

- Martin (7/5): Apart from some small hiccups we enjoyed our stay at the Stendhal Hotel. - The location is great and the breakfast was very good and the rooms cleaned well. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work at all and it was sometimes quite hot in the room. Also, the flatscreen TV was very small and hard to make out the small type. We were also disappointed not to have any English language stations apart from CNN as a choice - such as BBC or SKY News channels.

- jenurb (10/5): Great visit at the Hotel Stendhal - The Hotel Stendhal team was so accommodating and kind. They arranged reliable transportation for us from the port and to the airport. The Chef made an awesome breakfast and surprised us with a delicious panna cotta. The location was tops. We would definitely stay with the Hotel Stendhal again.
