Тапочки, халаты, шампунь, мыло, бальзам, крем все было. Вода питьевая в бутылках пополнялась каждый день. В день заезда был вкусный презент к в холодильнике, за что отдельное спасибо. Расположение отеля очень удобное, рядом много кафе и магазинов. В целом такси по ценам доступное. Персонал в отеле очень вежливый и всегда помогали с любыми вопросами. Завтраки хорошие. В лобби очень сильно дует кондиционер, но летом это наверно будет даже лучше

- zack (10/5): - 今次住上海古井假日酒店，整體幾滿意。先講個實際的——酒店有自己的停車場，自駕嚟講真係好省心，唔使周圍搵車位。位置都唔錯，出去邊度都幾順路。 最令我驚喜嘅係周邊食飯嘅地方，隨便行吓就有好多小館子，味道地道，價錢又平，連食兩餐都無中伏，比起喺商場食抵好多。 另外一定要提吓前台Judy，真係好專業，人亦好nice。Check-in時見我拎住行李，主動幫我協調樓層，我問多幾句周邊交通，佢都好有耐性講得好清楚，無敷衍嘅感覺。呢種有人情味嘅服務，令人覺得好溫暖。 下次嚟上海都會考慮住呢度～

La chambre était prête plus tôt pour nous permettre de nous reposer après le voyage. L’eau remise chaque jour (car l’eau n’est pas potable) Attention : prenez votre bonnet sinon vous serez facturés de plus de 15€ (c’est pas une arnaque mais pas loin). Deux cafards se sont promenés dans ma chambre. Même parler anglais est compliqué. Les chambres pas hyper bien insonorisées, on entendait tout et la clim bloquée par l’hôtel à la générale.

- 夏禹 (10/5): - The hotel is in a great location, directly accessible by subway. It's very close to the Bund. The staff also tell us how to take the subway. Judy, the front desk staff, was very capable and helped us solve many problems. The hotel's restaurant is very good, and there are many dining options nearby, including Chinese, Western, hot pot, and halal food. Our room is large and very clean. For a hotel at this price, we are very satisfied. The breakfast also caters well to our tastes.

- Bauyrzhan (8/5): A wonderful stay with great staff and location, though better soundproofing and Halal breakfast options would make it tr - All in all, I had a lovely stay. The location was brilliant. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and always happy to help. They even let us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out, which was ever so handy on our last day. That said, there are a couple of things that could do with some improvement. The walls are rather thin, I could hear the person next door snoring quite clearly, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Also, it would be lovely if the breakfast menu included some Halal options, as the current selection doesn’t really cater for guests with Halal dietary needs.

- Dmitriy (9/5): - Неплохой завтрак, есть что выбрать. Есть бассейн наверху, а также джакузи с горячей водой, и сауны в раздевалках (хотя я сауной не пользовался). Нам повысили уровень номера до семейного сьюта с отдельной спальней, за что спасибо персоналу! Сам номер большой, с 2х уровневой детской кроватью. Бесплатно пополняли каждый день напитки в холодильнике, что для Китая как я понял редкость. Санузел большой с ванной и отдельно душевой. Оценку за проживание до 9 повысил из-за повышение уровня номера + горячего джакузи, где приятно можно было расслабиться Дизайн номера морально устарел, ремонт тоже требует обновления. Планировка номера по моему мнению не самая оптимальная - сдвижная дверь в спальню не закрывается на замок, она сделана из стекла, сверху со 2го уровня детской кровати можно внутрь спальни подглядывать. Также дети могут пройти в санузел только через спальню - хотя наверно стоило бы сделать вход в санузел из коридора или гостиной. Бассейн требует ремонта, вода 28 градусов, нужна шапочка для купания, еще в бассейне проводятся занятия тренеров с детьми, что не очень удобно, когда они занимают дорожки для плавания, которых не так уж и много

- Kai Chong (7/5): Holiday Inn assurance in the heart of Shanghai - Location is close to bund and Nanjing. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel. Lots of Family Marts nearby. Hotel room was acceptable. The swimming pool is good but its used by locals who bring their kids, not a bad thing but would be nicer just for guests. Good self service washer and dryer. The labels for the lights should have english translation. Better guide on what the hotel had to offer. I wanted to try the resturants in the hotel but didn't know about any of it.

- Ardiles (6/5): No volvería a alojar en este lugar - Habitación con buenos espacios, buena distribución y equipamiento tanto del baño como de la habitación (tenía plancha de ropa, bebidas y té gratis) No me gustó mucho en general porque era un hotel algo viejo sin mucha mantención (ventanas de la habitación muy sucias, hongo en las siliconas de la ducha), camas muy duras, el salón para desayunar muy pequeño, algunas de las mesas estaban ubicadas en el pasillo porque en el salón no cabían más, poca variedad de desayuno para extranjeros. Y el personal muy poco amable en general. Relación precio calidad… precio muy elevado, además que estaba alejado del centro de la ciudad.

Breakfast had good variety and changed every day. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Location was very good, bus stop in front of the hotel, short walking distance to MTR. Bathroom was a little small but nothing is prefect. I will book the hotel again.

Les clients d a côté qui fumait dans leur chambre et dont la fumée de cigarette rentrait dans la mienne et qui parlait comme s'il etait chez eux : la réception de l hôtel est intervenue 2 fois (23h30) pour réprimander le mécréant 🙂et avec de la bombe parfumée... mais il a continué le lendemain.... Le jaccuzzi ne fonctionne pas. Mais le personnel a été au top pour tout le reste.

Sugiro que dêem sempre um print da página onde mostra o que foi escolhido na reserva!

I had to add more nights before checking in and they conveniently add the nights in, didn't make a fuss about it. the key didn't work on the day when I asked the front desk, she mentioned rudely because I added more nights, but she took care of the problem right away. On the day of check in, staff was really nice, gave map and directions to all the different attractions. Recommended some good food around. when we checked out, our wifi automatically got disconnected but we had to order didi taxi so one of the front desk staff, gave us another wifi access. Location wasn't conveniently located to any major attractions but there are small restaurants all around, so food wasn't any problem. Family Mart is next to the lobby so whenever we were hungry, we can just grab any food or drink. It's not on the cheaper side but we did get what we paid for. Location wasn't close to any attractions. That one staff that was rude but everybody else was really nice.

- Chris (9/5): nice stay! central location, walkable/bikeable to good restaurants, many good services - We had a great stay: the staff are welcoming and professional; the breakfast was amazing; and we used the laundromat, gym, swimming pool, and luggage storage service -- all free of charge. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center. We used the pay-per-ride bikes to get to every place we wanted to visit, and it was surrounded by good restaurants where we could meet up with friends. The walk by the river was very nice! The facilities are a bit dated - new towels and a new treadmill would be nice, and the restaurant could use some new chairs.
- Chee Kiat (6/5): - Convenient for food options, walkable to metro and nearby malls. Room was bigger than most hotels but the flooring and kids bunk bed were creaky to walk and sleep on. Lighting in room can be a tad brighter. Mattress were hard and not of hotel standard. Housekeeping was great and clean. Staff are very helpful esp housekeeping and door concierge.
