I plan to staying there again in June 2026. - The hotel is well positioned and very clean, the staff are friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was convenient having a Starbucks in the foyer to grab that morning coffee, for those that don't have the breakfast package. When I booked via booking.com the information stated that there was a pool, however, when we checked in, we were told that it was closed for renovation. Clearly it was too late because we were already at the hotel, and disappointing as a pool was something we really wanted. It would have been nice for the hotel to offer some kind of compensation for this inconvenience and wrongful information on booking.com. Even without the pool, I will definitely stay again but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

- André (7/5): Früher sehr schön, heute eher auf chinesische Gäste ausgelegt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits über die Jahre hinweg öfter besucht, weil die Lage für uns gut ist. Die Zimmer und Suiten sind gut, das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und auch das Putzteam war gründlich und nett. Zunehmend setzt das Hotel auf Reisebusse mit chinesischen Gästen, was leider recht laut ist - sowohl auf den Gängen, als auch im Frühstücksbereich. Auch das Frühstück wurde zunehmend auf die Bedürfnisse der chinesischen Gäste abgestimmt, so dass beispielsweise Rührei oder gebratener Speck gar nicht mehr angeboten wird. Die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksbereich gibt ALLES - so dass man wirklich geschlossene Schuhe, lange Hose und Jacke braucht. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich könnte freundlicher sein, um sich willkommen zu fühlen. Auch hat es uns sehr gestört, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes Baumaßnahmen liefen (teils auch im Frühstücksraum provisorische Wände gestellt wurden). DAS hätte man bei der Buchung bereits mitteilen müssen, dann hätten wir gleich ein anderes Hotel gewählt!!! Vermutlich war es das letzte Mal, dass wir dieses Hotel wählten, da die Auswahl in Bangkok riesengroß ist...

- HEO2 (4/5): Generally poor - Large clean room and easy check in. Room cards stop working and couldn't make the staff understand they required resetting. It took an exorbitant time to have the issue resolved. Even though I requested the room to be made up twice for whatever reason it never was. My girlfriend had a night flight and wanted to rest in the afternoon, however there was unrelenting banging going on above the room.

The staff is really helpful. The bathroom and the shower, i mean it's not bad but the sink is so small, I could not put anything on it like my toiletries etc. however, room was clean and staff was kind. The lift was so small and you cannot breath in there.

- Patrick (8/5): Guter und gemütlicher Aufenthalt und zufrieden mit dem Hotel welches eine gute Grösse hat und ein gutes Preis/Leistu - Schönes Hotel mit recht grossen Zimmern. Grosses Frühstücksbüffet. Freundliches Personal. Oft kommen Abends Reisegruppen an die dann alle einchecken wollen und den Lift entsprechend blockieren. Man muss jedoch verstehen, dass Hotels wohl auf solche Gruppen angewiesen sind.

- Jennifer (8/5): Comfortable stay with friendly staff - The reception area was amazing and well presented with up-to-date decor Generally, the property is well presented, particularly in the reception area. However, I would recommend investing in updates to the upper levels, as these appear somewhat outdated. On arrival, we were informed that the swimming pool was out of order, which should have been clearly stated in the property listing. This was disappointing, as the availability of a swimming pool was one of the key reasons we chose this property.

Hotel is near to hwai hwang market which is good for late night shopping. The only downside is the swimming pool which is rather poorly maintained and seen no one using it either.

My AC started leaking at 2am, they came and fixed it but some of my clothes were ruined. The bed was super hard like an ironing board. Unfortunate because the bedding was actually nice.

- Traveller_SGG (8/5): Comfortable suite room stay - We stayed at the suite room at the graph hotel. It was a new hotel. The hotel used to be the Bangkok cha da hotel. There is a starbuck beside the lobby area. The lobby is very aesthetically attractive and very Instagrammable. The suite comes with a separate living room and a sleeping room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. The suite room comes with a bathtub and a separate standing shower. The hotel is 12 minutes walk from the nearest mrt station. You can also walk to the central plaza shopping mall, or the big c extra supermarket. You can consider taking a taxi or a grab car to travel around. The price of the grab and taxi is around 350b to 400b from the survanburmi international airport.

- PAUL_HKT (2/5): ไม่เหมาะกับการเข้าพักและไม่ควรคิดจองโรงแรมนี้เด็ดขาด!! - ผมมาถึงโรงแรมตอน 14:20 ยืนรอเช็กอินอยู่ประมาณ 10 นาที เมื่อถึงคิวเช็คอินก็ดำเนินการเช็คอินตามปกติ โดยผมจองห้องพักมากับ Traveloka ซึ่งได้ดำเนินการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ทำการจอง แต่พนักงานแจ้งว่าการจองของผมยังไม่ได้มีการชำระเงินมาแต่อย่างใด ซึ่งต้องชำระเงินโดยตรงกับทางโรงแรมอีกครั้ง ทำให้มีการเก็บเงินซ้ำซ้อนเมื่อผมติงไปจึงมีการเช็ค booking กัน และสุดท้ายคือทางโรงแรมใส่รายละเอียดใน booking ผิดทำงานแบบ unprofessional มากๆ จากนั้นพนักงานยื่น key card ห้อง 412 ให้ผม เช็คอินก็ปรากฏว่าห้อง 412 ไม่เรียบร้อยเป็นสภาพห้องที่เละเทะมาก ไม่ได้มีการทำความสะอาดมีเศษผ้าเศษขยะกองอยู่เต็มในห้อง จากนั้นได้ลงมาแจ้งที่รีเซฟชั่น ได้ห้องใหม่มาคือ ห้อง 814 ผมเข้าไปในห้องได้ประมาณไม่ถึง 5 นาทีก็มีโทรศัพท์มาจากรีเซฟชั่นว่าห้อง 814 ที่ผมได้มานี้เป็นห้องสำหรับพักผ่อนก่อนในระหว่างที่รออีกห้องนึงแม่บ้านเช็คห้องอยู่ว่าห้องเรียบร้อยหรือไม่ โดยผมมาทราบทีหลังว่าห้อง 814 ที่ผมได้มานั้นเป็นคนละroom type กับห้องพักที่ผมทำการจองมา (ผมจองห้องประเภท Deluxe Twin with Breakfast) คาดว่าพนักงานรีเซฟชั่นน่าจะส่งห้องผิดประเภท เพราะเมื่อผมถามไปว่าทำไมต้องย้ายห้องอีก พนักงานผู้หญิงแจ้งผมมาทางปลายสายโทรศัพท์ว่าห้อง 814 คือห้องพักประเภท Superior Twin แต่ผมจองมาเป็น Deluxe Twin จึงไม่สามารถให้ห้อง 814 ได้ จึงโทรมาขอให้ผมสลับห้องอีกเป็นครั้งที่สาม (คำถามคือจะให้ผมขึ้นมารอที่ห้อง 814 เพื่อพักผ่อนรออีกห้องหนึ่งเพื่ออะไรไม่ทราบทำไมจึงไม่แจ้งตั้งแต่ด้านล่างว่าลูกค้ารออีกประมาณ 5 นาทีก็จะได้ห้องตามประเภทที่ลูกค้าจองมามันไม่ดีกว่าเหรอเสียเวลามากๆ ) โดยพนักงานยกกระเป๋าได้นำคีย์การ์ดห้องที่สามขึ้นมาให้คือห้อง 807 และได้เช็คอินเรียบร้อยสิริรวมแล้วใช้เวลาในการเช็คอินย้ายห้อง เจอเหตุการณ์ทั้งหมดไปประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง 20 นาทีซึ่งทำให้ผมผิดนัดกับเพื่อนในที่สุด เหตุการณ์วันที่ 5พฤศจิกายน 2566 • ผมลงมาทานอาหารเช้าตอน 08:45 พนักงานที่เช็คชื่อลูกค้าก่อนทางเข้าห้องอาหารที่ชั้น 3 โดยถามเบอร์ห้อง ผมแจ้งไปว่าเบอร์ห้องผมคือ 807 พนักงานตรวจรายชื่อดูปรากฏว่าไม่เจอห้องพักของผมใน List ที่สามารถทานอาหารเช้าได้ซึ่งผมซื้อห้องมาเป็นห้องพักรวมอาหารเช้าระบุไว้ชัดเจนใน voucher ของ Traveloka แต่กลับไม่เจอรายชื่อผมใน List ของห้องอาหารว่าห้องพักของผมรวมอาหารเช้า ผมจึงโต้แย้งไปและให้เช็คกับทาง front ด้านล่างพนักงานคนดังกล่าวจึงโทรหาพนักงานต้อนรับด้านล่างและทราบภายหลังว่าห้องพักของผมรวมอาหารเช้ามาแล้ว แต่แผนกรับจองห้องพัก key รายละเอียด booking ผิด ซึ่งผิดซ้ำผิดซ้อนผิดตั้งแต่การทำบุ๊คกิ้งแล้วระบุว่าผมยังไม่ได้จ่ายค่าห้อง ผิดต่อมาคือส่งห้องพักผมผิดประเภท ผิดต่อมาอีกคือลงมาทานอาหารเช้าแล้วปรากฏว่าห้องผมไม่รวมอาหารเช้าลองมาเป็นผมดูนะครับว่าเจอการที่โรงแรมทำผิด ซ้ำๆ แบบนี้ควรคิดเห็นเช่นไรกับโรงแรมระดับสี่ดาวแบบโรงแรมกราฟเช่นนี้ !! • สิ่งที่สยองที่สุดของผมวันนี้คือทานอาหารเช้าไปจนเกือบหมดและไปกดกาแฟจากเครื่องกดกาแฟอัตโนมัติซึ่งผมทานกาแฟแก้วแรกไปแล้วและเพื่อนผมไปกดแก้วแรกและผมตามไปกดแก้วที่สองโดยใช้แก้วใบเดิมสิ่งที่ผมเห็นในฟองนมีของเพื่อนผมที่กดคาปูชิโน่และผมกดลาเต้ในฟองนมดังกล่าวมีขาของแมลงซึ่งเมื่อรอให้ฟองนมจางลงจึงทราบได้ทันทีว่ามันเป็นเศษชิ้นส่วนของแมลงสาบทั้งตัวนี่คือความพีคที่สุดที่ทำให้ผมถึงขีดสุดแห่งความอดทนจึงแจ้งไปยัง Traveloka เพื่อขอ Refund ค่าห้องคืน 100% และขอ compensate จากทาง Traveloka และ ทางโรงแรมกราฟ ซึ่งต้องแสดงความรับผิดชอบกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นทั้ง 2 วัน 1 คืน ที่เข้าพัก มันไม่น่าเกิดเหตุการณ์เช่นนี้เกิดขึ้นเลยโดยเฉพาะเหตุการณ์ที่เจอแมลงสาบในอาหาร!!!! (ตามภาพประกอบ) • ผมจึงอยากนำเรียนเรื่องดังกล่าวให้กับทางผู้บริหารของโรงแรมรับทราบถึงปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและหาทางแก้ไขพร้อมทั้ง เสนอการ compensate and full refund สำหรับ booking ที่ผมจอง และ จ่ายไป ให้กับผม หลังจากเจอเศษชิ้นส่วนและซากของแมลงสาบในแก้วกาแฟทั้งสองแก้วของผมและของเพื่อนแล้วผมไม่ได้แจ้งให้ทางห้องอาหารทราบ เพราะในขณะนั้นมีลูกค้าท่านอื่นนั่งอยู่รายล้อม โต๊ะที่ผมนั่ง ถ้าไม่เชื่อสามารถดูจากกล้องวงจรปิดในห้องอาหารได้และเมื่อเจอเหตุการณ์เช่นนั้นผมกับเพื่อนได้กลับไปยังห้องเพื่อนล้วงคอตัวเองนำอาหารที่ทานไปออกมาทั้งหมดเพราะรับกับสภาพที่เกิดขึ้นไม่ได้จริงๆ พวกคุณลองคิดจินตนาการดูนะครับว่าถ้าเป็นพวกคุณทานแล้วเจอแบบผม พวกคุณจะทานกันลงหรือไม่กับสภาพเช่นนี้ !!!
- flybizornotatall (6/5): Great location, chic layout, poor service - A pretty good location with spacious rooms. The room layout and lobby design is chic and trendy. Bell service was excellent. The only significant downside was that the front desk/reception messed up the billing. We paid in cash but apparently they didn't properly record it.... thus causing the checkout procedure to appear as if we had a balance due. Other than that rather unprofessional point, I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
- K3649NVsashap (8/5): Amazing - This was such a good hotel. When you first enter the room, it’s clean and neat. The service is AMAZING. Wish I could’ve gave them all a tip. This one guy was definitely my favorite. We stayed here for BIDC dentist and overall we’re pleased. The only thing that could’ve been improved is the smell and food. When you turn on the AC, after a while, it starts smelling like a chemical was in it. There wasn’t much food options but it was good. Your room gets cleaned mostly every day, unless you put the do not disturb sign. The metro wasn’t far so it was easy getting around. Beds were comfy, tv was working good, doors closed good, amazing view, hot showers, shampoo and stuff like that were provided. There was also a slight problem where the lamp was broken and kept flipping over, but didn’t break.

- ToniJ515 (8/5): Good location, nice and modern but really hard beds - We recently stayed here and it is a nice modern hotel but unfortunately the beds are so hard it was very disappointing. If you are looking for a comfortable night's sleep then this place isn't for you. The reception area is lovely and the people are friendly so it's a shame their beds are so hard, you can feel the bed springs it's that uncomfortable.

- weepehngee (10/5): Great value for money - Brilliant location. Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds. Friendly hotel staff; will be back again. The beds formation is hollywood twins that can be configured into 2 single beds. The beds were of good sizes; definitely a great place to stay.
