• Marie (4/5): Décevant - « Hôtel idéal si votre rêve est de découvrir Amsterdam… sans jamais dormir. Le seul vrai point positif : la localisation, parfaite pour tout faire à pied. Pour le reste, l’expérience est immersive : bruit de la rue jusqu’à 5h du matin, fenêtre qui refuse catégoriquement de se fermer pour mieux profiter de l’ambiance sonore, salle de bain vintage tendance “musée de la plomberie”, et escalier tellement raide que chaque montée à l’accueil ressemble à une étape du Tour de France. Quant au personnel, disons qu’ils excellent dans l’art de vous faire sentir que vous dérangez simplement en existant. En résumé : emplacement 10/10, sommeil 0/10, accueil 1/10, cardio 11/10. »

The partucular Receptionist on my arrrival was not rude, but was not at all welcoming. Other Receptionists during the stay were friendly and helpful however. No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom .

• Ejnar (8/5): Centralt ældre hotel. - Fantastisk beliggenhed med gode samfærdselsmidler. Meget stejle trapper. En elevator ville være dejligt, men så er vi også ovre i en anden prisklasse. Morgenmaden var ikke særligt spændende,menn der var fin udsigt over pladsen.

• Ciro (8/5): Meraviglioso - Personale gentile, informazioni datemi anche in lingua italiana cosa fantastica per me che non parlo inglese. Colazione buona, solo la stanza era di modeste dimensioni, ma ben tenuta. Ingresso con le scale un po' ripide.
• Mustic (8/5): Har inte mycket att klaga på, allting är precis som man förväntat sig på ett så centralt läge. - Enklare frukost med toast och kokt ägg, yoghurt och flingor, man blev mätt och belåten. Bra med städning varje dag och byte av handdukar. Branta trappor, men det är normalt för så centralt i Amsterdam.

• Sara (8/5): Consiglio nonostante qualche difetto - Posizione super centrale, comoda per andare ovunque con la fermata davanti all’hotel, cibo e servizi tutti attorno, davvero comodo, il ragazzo italiano alla hall dell’albergo molto bravo e gentile Una ragazza dello staff mai un saluto o un sorriso, pulizia discreta molto discreta, scale alte e ripide 3 piani più l’entrata e sono 4 piani, ma quello è normale, e poi il rumore delle camere affianco si sente come se siete assieme nella stanza, qualsiasi cosa.

• Juan Pablo (4/5): Good location, but hell no. - The only thing I liked was the very central location. The hotel and room is apparently clean, but at a closer look it is evident it lacks regular deep cleanings. The few interactions I had with the staff I found them a little bit rude, but most importantly I had a very bad experience regarding safety and quality of sleep. But I think I know what happened... As soon as I checked in the room, I saw someone has forgetten a plastic bag with clothes and a beauty case in it. First thing I did was bring it immediately to the reception so that if anyone claimed it back it would be readily available there, without the need of enetering the room. Turns out, in the middle of the night around 1-2 A.M. I hear someone trying multiple times to enter my room, and when he finally succeeds (maybe with the help of the staff?) I see someone disappointed in seeing me there and he says something about his stuff not being there. A few minutes later, the same happens with another guy... He opens my room and seems surprised to see me there. This should never happen. Especially without prior notification.... Staff should have called my room and ask me or at least warn me that someone wanted to check something. But no... I panicked a bit also! It was by all means extremely disrespectful.

• Fadi (2/5): Very bad stay. Run away - The location is the only thing I liked about this hotel as it is close to all attractions The room was much smaller than expected. The bed was also very tiny. The worst part was the hot water. There was no hot water in the morning. I kept asking and they kept saying in 30 minutes. Eventually I had to take a super cold shower. I would never come back to this place at any cost.

• Delia (8/5): Strategico e funzionale - La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, non solo per il tram che ferma proprio nella piazza ma anche locali, bar, caffè e supermercati. Staff gentile e disponibile. Buona pulizia generale. Camera matrimoniale un po’ piccola per due persone ma con tutto il necessario. Colazione non particolarmente ricca per il prezzo.

• Larsen (4/5): Overpriced, poor value. - Location Overall lack of cleanliness. Rooms smelled bad, floor was sticky, dust and dirt on surfaces. Rooms need a deep clean. Bed was old and lumpy and uncomfortable. Towels would disappear during the day and not be replaced by the cleaning staff, they'd leave floor mats and I had to use those instead of a bath towel when I showered.

• Christiane (6/5): - Direkt im Geschehen am Rembrandtsplein. Nette Mitarbeiter. Gestank und Geräusch der Restaurant-Abluft am Fenster, später nachts dann Ruhe. Geteiltes Klo absurd klein und recht schmutzig. Die steilen Treppen sind irre, aber in Amsterdam keine Seltenheit.

• Katja C. (9/5): Hotel in super zentraler Lage - Die Lage ist top! Super zentral, sämtliche Spots in Amsterdam sind zu Fuß erreichen, abgesehen davon, fährt die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel weg und die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist auch in wenige Gehminuten zu erreichen. Nichts- es war alles bestens!
• Chen (6/5): 交通很方便，適合喜歡市中心夜生活的人。但同時卻能夠隔絕外界的聲音，出奇的安靜。問題在於旅館內部的隔音效果非常差，所以是否安靜要看其他房客的素質。床單棉被等等都不太乾淨，這部分無法令人滿意。 - 交通位子非常分別，很市中心 清潔不夠，床單跟棉被都有很明顯的灰塵

• Pavlo (7/5): - Готель загалом непоганий, але в моєму досвіді були й кращі варіанти. Звісно, це Амстердам, тому очікувати низьких цін не варто. Водночас сам готель уже трохи застарілий і потребує оновлення. Ми проживали на верхньому поверсі — фактично під самим дахом. Сходи дуже круті й вузькі, тому добре, що в нас були лише рюкзаки. З валізами піднятися було б майже нереально. Усе досить скромно. Ми бронювали три номери: у двох з них зручності були на поверсі, і лише один мав власний санвузол у кімнаті. Єдина суттєва перевага — розташування поруч із Площа Рембрандта. Це дуже жваве місце, яке буквально живе й кипить цілодобово. Загалом перебування було нормальним, але без особливих вражень чи “вау”-ефекту.

• YUMIKO (6/5): - スタッフは皆さん感じが良かったです。バス、トイレは共用ですが、室内に洗面台があり便利でした。冷蔵庫もありミニバーは私は使わなかったが買ってきた食べ物を入れる事が出来て良かった。 トイレに紙がなかった。せめて予備を何個か置いておいて欲しい。立地が良いので仕方ないが夜中3時すぎまで外が騒がしかった。

• Agnese (4/5): Pessimo - La posizione ottima, è in una piazzettina molto carina, velocissimo arrivare a piedi o in tram sia verso piazza Dam che verso i musei. Ho prenotato una singola e mi hanno dato quella che si vede in foto. Molto meno accogliente di come sembrava in foto, bellissima la grande finestra che dà sulla piazza, mi sarebbe andata bene se non fosse che la tazza del bagno era completamente sporca di piscio nella parte esterna, letteralmente gocce gialle di chissà quando come nei peggiori autogrill. Ho chiesto quindi che me la cambiassero e mi hanno dato quella che credo sia la matrimoniale piccola; il bagno minuscolo ma decisamente più pulito (ci voleva poco a esserlo), comunque pieno di capelli non miei qua e là, doccia a pavimento invece della vasca dell'altra camera, due asciugamani ma niente tappetino, il primo giorno ho usato una federa allora i giorni seguenti me l'hanno messo. La nuova camera era molto meno spaziosa, dalle finestre vedevo i tetti a letteralmente mezzo metro da me invece che la bella piazzettina. Sotto il letto c'erano un paio di ciabatte di chissà chi. È presente uno specchio grande, sporco. Non fate il mio errore di addormentarvi lasciando cibo aperto perché la mattina dopo troverete questi mini insettini forse formiche bho.. La colazione non conviene, solo l'ultimo giorno l'ho fatta in hotel ma mi sono limitata al cappuccino, era rimasto poco e nulla dal buffet (forse dovevo arrivare prima), ho giusto assaggiato un waffle, duro e insapore. Fuori con la metà del prezzo mangiate decisamente meglio. In generale palazzo vecchio e parecchio trasandato, camere lasciate andare, si sa che a Amsterdam a livello di pulizia ci si può aspettare il giusto, però almeno il minimo indispensabile.. Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò. Per quelli che si lamentano delle scale ripide, sì sono ovviamente presenti come ovunque a Amsterdam, se per voi è un problema, avete sbagliato città.

Baño muy pequeño. Solo nos dieron toallas, pero no cepillo de dientes, ni dentífrico, ni vaso para enjuagarse, ni kit de afeitado, ni gel, ni champú.

• Michael (5/5): Adequate - Location was very good. Staff were nice Shower and bathroom general to floor. Room was hot fan was insufficient do to location nights were uncomfortable do to heat. It did not look like room service changed sheets even once.
• Rifikdim (5/5): مرحاض ضيق و الطاقم رائع - احلى شيء بالفندق الطاقم وخصوصا السيدة المحجبة فعلا وجهها مبشوش ومؤدبة كثير هذا لا يعني ان كل طاقم رائع بس هي اللي التقيت بيها بالوصول والمغادرة اشياء ازعجتني اامرحاض ضيييييييييق ضيييق للغاية و الدرج كثير متعب خصوصا لكبار سن بس على العموم مقبول وقبولو بمكانو وطاقمو اكثر من هيك لا كيف يقولو اخوتنا سوريين
