• Karen Lakritz (10/5): Real Venetian Charm - Staff were welcoming and helpful. Towels were big, There are excellent restaurants practically next door. Really well located right in the heart of Venice. We were coming from a cruise ship about 2 hours away and they were helpful in arranging private transportation. Just be warned that there are stairs up to the room. Venice as a whole is not easy for anyone with any kind of mobility issues
• stephie (9/5): Good spot in Venice! - Great location! Easy walk to the main areas! The hotel was easy to find and easy to check into. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! I was pleased to find they actually had an elevator too, very convenient with luggage! The doors are very noisy latching and unlatching. I had a detached bathroom so I felt like I was waking people up early by just trying to get ready. It is an older style hotel so not much sound proofing. The water pressure also wasn’t great in the shower.

• Kim (10/5): Pleasant - The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs of which I was grateful for. It's not easy getting around Venice. Shower was like a capsule, you had to be very careful getting in and out. But , in fairness, I had an unusual room bathroom was outside the bedroom

• Cathy (9/5): Beautiful authentic Venetian hotel! - If you are looking for a modern hotel, then this is not for you, but luckily for us, we were ready to dive into the culture of Venice in this hotel was perfect. The rooms were vintage styled, but very comfortable and clean and the bathroom bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was included and you had to pick your time slot. We chose 830 to 10 but by the time we got down there at 9:15 a lot of the food was gone, & the staff were starting to clean up. They were however quick to bring us anything we asked for.

Nella doccia manca la porta. Quando fai la doccia si allaga il bagno. Si sentiva rumore intero nel corridoio., quando aprivano e chiudevano la porta di tualet durante la notte.,quale posizionava vicino camera nostra…il rumore si svolgeva ogni volta.

• Nancy (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt - Die Lage war toll, direkt in der Altstadt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Tolle Einrichtung, nicht muffig. Heizung war im März notwendig und hat gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück war super, Früchte, Ei, Brötchen, Croissants, Kuchen. Perfekt gelegen um überall schnell hinzukommen, entweder per Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es gab Fußläufig einige Restaurants und günstige Take Away Pizza / Bürger / Pasta Läden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ganz unten, und das Reinigungspersonal hatte ihren Schrank direkt neben uns. Sie waren nicht gerade leise.

• Kristina (10/5): Very pleasant stay near San Marco - The location is perfect! I liked the style of the rooms, interiors was nice and authentic. Breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs and warm brioche. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Claudio on the front desk was great! We will come back here for sure! There could be more space in the wardrobe.

• Elsa (5/5): Μεγάλη η απόκλιση από την περιγραφή και τις φωτογραφίες. Τουλάχιστον στο δικό μου δωμάτιο. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη. Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εκτός του βασικού κτιρίου του ξενοδοχείου στον τελευταίο όροφο μια κοντινής σε αυτό οικοδομής όπου η είσοδος στο δωμάτιο ήταν σαν να επρόκειτο να μπεις στην αποθήκη του ξενοδοχείου με κλειδί μιας άλλης εποχής! Η τιμή όμως ήταν η ίδια με τα δωμάτια του βασικού κτιρίου τα οποία είχαν σύγχρονο εξοπλισμό και είσοδο στο δωμάτιο με κάρτα.

They are so helpful and friendly amd told us some of the - It’s right in the middle of everything,mic you open your windows you can hear the the people on the street enjoying the day. The staff is so friendly and gave us great restaurant suggestions and they booked our transportation to your ship. Our breakfast was included and we enjoyed that as well. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was a bit of a walk with our luggage from the port but part of that was our fault as we got lost.
