• bartk725 (2/5): The First One Star Rating I Have Ever Written - This is the first one star rating I have ever written. One of the most uncomfortable stays I have ever had in a hotel in 35 years of traveling. The walls are paper thin and hallways echo LOUDLY with every sound. I heard noise coming from the room above me and on both sides throughout the night. Conversations, walking in heels on the hard floors, and T.V. sounds kept us up until late in the night. None of the hotel staff appeared to be happy. No one smiled or seemed like they wanted to be there. I got a negative energy vibe.

• Flyer29298390301 (10/5): Excellent service, location and cost. - After visiting, Venice, Florence, and Pisa we arrived in Roma at B&B Roma Tuscolana; this was our second best stay in Italy! The hotel was conveniently located off of Tuscolana a main avenue. The best experience was the genuine and warm welcome of the front desk staff, you feel at home the moment you arrive; their English language skills was top notch. The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the room we had was quiet. They offer a really nice breakfast to start off your day; you can even get fresh squeezed orange juice if you want one!. There were three people that went above and beyond their reach to help you in your needs (Marguerita and Juliana -or Julia- during the day and Yabi during the night shift) they are incredibly well-trained and multilingual. If you need a taxi they can call one for you and the wait time is less than 5 minutes, also they know the appropriate cost; 12-18 Euro from Roma Termini station, for example. There are two bus stops on the main avenue (Assisi) and you don't need to buy a ticket, you can pay with you credit card tapping on their system for each ride. There are also two Metro stations near by, but I never used it; I preferred the bus. I plan to return to this hotel in my next visit to Rome! :)

• Ripponfamily (10/5): Clean, local and great breakfast - Stayed here with my 10 year old daughter for 3 nights. It was a lovely clean hotel, all staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The room was great for what we needed, it was very clean, bathroom was a bit dated but clean and functional. the actual room was more modern than the photos we had seen online. We had a lovely size terrace. Bed was super comfortable! The trains are close by so the first night I struggled to sleep but by night 2 I didn’t even notice, my 10 year old slept through it. The internet is great, no lagging for my daughter’s online games in the evening and clear video calls. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice, pastries, meats, cheese, yogurts, toast & breads, cereals, scrambled egg, sausages and fruits + more. The train station is 5 minutes away, metro was more like 10 minutes away. After checkout we sat in the reception area for just over an hour before making our way to the airport, there are snacks and drinks available there and it’s a comfy spot to wait around in if you need to for any reason. Lovely hotel, would stay again.

• madrnlnc2026 (4/5): A lot to be desired - Afternoon reception staff quite pleasant. Unfortunately, little else to recommend this location. One of two elevators was loud & shook on ascent. Room was not clean: floor was dirty and dusty based upon the dirt that had to be wiped off of our suitcase, and the dust under the bed. The bathroom shower had hair on the wall and on the floor. The buffet breakfast staff was unable to keep up with the volume of guests seeking scrambled eggs and wurst.

• 007_lindsey (6/5): Meh, it was mid! - Went on a couples trip for 3 nights. This place is very close to the train station and the metro. Lots of places to eat nearby within walking distance and located in a safe neighborhood. The room and hotel itself were very average. Decor was modern and in decent shape and the room was clean, there were areas where the pain was bubbling and peeling off the walls to what looked like moisture damage. Shower was very very small but bathroom size decent overall. Bed was just okay, not too hard and not too soft but worked great after a day of doing 25k steps. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Strangely enough we did not have any issue with the outside noise aside from rain noise. The breakfast was super mid. Had an arrangement of pastries, yogurt and cereal along with hot foods like eggs & hot dogs and also had a juice machine and oranges to make fresh squeezed OJ. Service a the hotel was just average. Overall this B&B has a decent atmosphere but we would not stay here again. It was very affordable but not worth it in our opinion.

Breakfast was not the best compared to other hotels (highlight for me were fresh tiny bread rolls and fresh orange juice if you showed up early enough!). Overall it was a good experience.

Üç farklı ülkede B&B otelde kaldım standartları ve konforu aynı ve bundan çok memnunum. Otel konum olarak havaalanına tek tren ile 30-35 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bilet ( 8 EUR), tren istasyonu ile otel arası çok yakın(200-250 MT- 5 dakika). 100 Mt yakınında Roma merkez veya birçok lokasyona gidebilceginiz otobüs durağı var.( Bilet1.5 EUR- durağın arkasında ki mağazada bilet satılıyor).çevre güvenli günün her saati için güvelik problemi yok. İki cadde ilerisinde (500-700mt) mesafede global marka fastfood yerleri var. 200-400MT mesafede Süper market ve bakkal var. B&B otellerin bu ulaşım konfor ve olanaklarından dolayı seyehatlerimde kalmaya devam edeceğim. Olumsuz bir şey ile karşılaşmadım. Benim beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı.

• KimASmith97 (10/5): No tissue box - Uhm, excuse me. Let me tell you a lil story about this here B&B. My friend and I finally made it out of the group chat after a decade of casually talking about going to Italy. And let me tell ya, getting off the train at Tuscolana station and walking towards the B&B had us quaking in our boots! The area looks a bit rundown, but is actually just a quiet spot about 20-30 minutes south of Centro Roma. The evening we arrived, we judged the area by its cover, but by the next morning when we were out and about, we realized very quickly that the area is just quietly bustling with life (and bubble tea!). ALL of the B&B staff were amazing from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We especially adored the glasses wearing gentleman who manned the front desk during the wee hours. He was hands down our favourite staff at the B&B. Extremely kind, helpful, down to earth and just real. He helped us have an even better time in Roma than we already were! The room we stayed in had a view of the very near train station and we could hear the trains coming and going throughout the days and nights. When we arrived, the two beds were pushed together and we could separate them with ease. We slept as comfortably as we could. If there were two things we wished were different, it was these: 1. a tissue box in the room would have been so appreciated, and 2. a nice vacuuming or brooming during the mornings when the house maids came through. Unless you're hellbent on staying in Centro Roma, I totally think you should stay outside the center so that you can experience what it's like traveling into and out of the Centro. It's a beautiful trip by bus or scooter from the B&B. Also, nearby the B&B you can find all sorts of trattorias, cafes, a cocktail bar a few minutes up the street, a couple of supermarkets and pharmacies within 10 minutes walk, the bus stop and metro also. All within very reasonable walking distance! Honestly, just stay here unless you don't like train noise, public transport, or potentially small beds and no tissue box in your room. But seriously, we super enjoyed our stay here after arriving that first day.

Ho soggiornato al piano terra, stanza pulita, ben arredata. Bagno ristrutturato da poco. In doccia cosi come vicino al bidet e lavabo ci sono i dispenser col sapone liquido. Due rotoli di carta igienica . Bicchieri di carta. Due tetrapak in camera con l'acqua. TV enorme con collegamento a Netflix. La mattina ottima colazione, latte e caffè con dispenser. Colazione sia italiana che internazionale.

• Chris (7/5): A basic, but clean and comfortable hotel with great staff. - Hotel was basic but clean and comfortable. Aircon in room was moderately noisy and was not able to drop the room temperature too low. As Brits not used to too much heat, we found it room slightly warm, but still managed to sleep well. Location is ok. 5 minute walk to Tuscolana train stop and 10 minute walk to Ponte Lungo metro station, which gets you into the centre of Rome. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and genuinely nice. Breakfast was continental buffet style with a decent degree of offerings including fresh fruit and cakes. We would come back at the current price point. The room aircon could be quieter and cooler.

Przyjemna obsługa. Oprócz śniadania dostępne przez całą dobę mikrofalówka i gorąca woda z warnika, dodatkowo na miejscu można kupić herbatę w torebkach i dania do przygotowania. W styczniu temperatura w restauracji poniżej normy, krzesła były nieprzyjemne do siedzenia z powodu zimna. Śniadanie dość monotonne i ubogie.

• Liliana (10/5): - Scriu această recenzie când încă nu sunt ajunsă acasă, iar gândul meu a rămas la Roma, unde și datorită cazării la acest hotel am avut o vacanță de Crăciun reușită! 😊 Personalul este foarte amabil și disponibil să ofere orice informații, micul dejun a fost foarte bun și suficient în fiecare dimineață, curățenie în cameră și prosoape schimbate în fiecare zi, patul și pernele foarte confortabile, sistem de climatizare, recepția hotelului a fost foarte primitoare și amenajată frumos de Crăciun. Hotelul este la câteva minute de mers pe jos de Gara Roma Tuscolana. De asemenea, tot la câteva minute de mers pe jos este stația de autobuz Tuscolana/Assisi. Stația de metrou este puțin mai departe, dar pentru noi trenul și autobuzul au fost suficiente. Chiar am avut emoții în ceea ce privește cazarea pentru că am citit multe recenzii negative, dar nouă ne-a plăcut și ne-am simțit foarte bine.

The staff made things very easy and there was someone available at all times to answer questions and help with anything I needed to get taken care of. Getting around was made easy by how close the hotel was to major bus and train lines. It also was a quiet neighborhood and that made it easy to sleep.

• mary (10/5): Fantastic hotel with great staff. - Clean friendly staff that will answer any question. Close to public transportation, easy to use and get to all attractions. Great local restaurants. Great variety for breakfast.
• Alexis (7/5): Entancia correcta en Roma - Desayuno correcto con detalles como el zumo de naranja naturpal que se agradece bastante. La ubicacion no es la mejor pero esta bien conectado. No tuvieron reparos a la hora de guardarme las maletas el ultimo dia durante la mañana. La ducha dd la habitacion no estaba dn buenas condiciones. A pesar de solicitarlo con antelacion y por escrito, tuve que dormir en cama compartida en vez de tres individuales. Solo fue la primera noche
