• Wai Yeen (7/5): - not disability accessibilities facilities available. especially at front door. very difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs entering the hotel. And no staffs available to assist the hotel guests
• IOANNA KYRIAKI (8/5): - The beds are comfortable and the room was quite large. The location is good, close to subway stations and bus stops and some restaurants. There was a massive construction site right next door that was quite noisy until late at night and from quite early morning, and is quite unsightly. Not the hotel’s fault per se, but still, for the price of the room I did not expect to be looking at and listening to a construction.

• Arev T. (10/5): - We had a wonderful time at the hotel! The biggest advantage was the location! Seriously, all the main attractions are within walking distance, the hotel itself is in an area with tons of cafes and shops, everything is clean, the staff is wonderful, and, of course, I can't help but mention the price/quality ratio—everything was just amazing! We'll definitely stay here our next times in Shanghai!

• Sheila (7/5): Een hotel voor een kort verblijf - Hotel is op loopafstand van winkels/restaurants etc. Dat 1 medewerker niet zo behulpzaam was de rest wel. De toilet/douche is krap.

• Vanessa (8/5): - Le personnel était adorable. Le petit déjeuner super bon. Un emplacement au top. Tout à proximité à pied. Bon rapport qualité prix. Les odeurs des toilettes c'était un peu désagréable. Et dommage qu'il y avait des travaux en cours à côté de l'hôtel. Néanmoins il y avait des travaux partout dans la ville de Shanghaï.

• MAKIKO (8/5): 快適な宿泊 - 白を基調とした素敵な部屋で、広さも十分でした。毎日掃除をしてくれ、水のペットボトルも補充してくれます。充電器もありました。 メトロの駅から少し歩きますが、立地もよく、近くに新天地の飲食店があります。 駅にはマックやファミマがあり便利でした。 朝ごはんは予約なしでも当日お金を払って食べることができました。 シャワーの温度調整が難しく、水圧が弱かった。

• valeria (1/5): Fatal - Nos hemos alojado en varios hoteles de China y este ha sido sin duda el peor. El hotel está en medio de una obra, por lo que olvídate de dormir a partir de las 5:00. Cuando llegamos el pasillo apestaba. Lo peor sin duda la falta de amabilidad y eficiencia del personal, tenías que esperar más de media hora para algo tan simple como dejar el equipaje sin haber nada de cola en recepción. Todos super bordes y además no hablan inglés.

• Natalia (1/5): A setback to 50 years ago, terrible hygiene and cleanliness. - Great location, close to the Bund, gardens, malls, metro and so on. EXTREMELY dirty. Random hairs on the walls and floors. Dirty carpet and overall floors. Stains on some of the towels- not really sure if they gave us new ones after cleaning or just folded them. Dirty walls with black marks, wallpaper falling off and decaying woodwork on some of the windowtrims. We paid 50 RMB per person (3 people) for breakfast, which was an insane price to pay to begin with. Overall poor variety, EXTREMELY dirty. We saw the staff clean a table, lift some dirty napkins up to wipe the table down, and then PUT THE DIRTY NAPKINS BACK ON THE TABLE. Dirty plastic cups, chopsticks and plates to use. Coffee and tea tasted like pipe water or dust- I dont even know how to explain it. DO NOT STAY HERE!

• Kimi (8/5): You pay what you get - The location is convenient, close to Laoximen Station and only a few stops away from popular attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious enough for two people, with room for one large, two medium, and one small suitcase. There are also two mirrors in the room, so we didn’t have to take turns while getting ready. The walkway to the room is narrow and can only fit one person with luggage at a time. The lift also takes a while to arrive, possibly because it is quite small.

If I knew this was the scenario, i would not book it. I found the room not clean. Even after room cleaning services by the staff, I found the room dirty.

• Nikolaos Ioannis (8/5): Great value for money, but quite noisy - Great value for money and excellent location close to peoples' square and yu garden. Rooms and the hotel overall was a bit dated, but beds were quite comfortable, bottles of water and tea was provide daily and staff was very helpful. Overall quite clean as well, even though I wouldn't call it spotless. The windows have almost no noise proofing, so you practically hear everything from outside. There was construction happening next to the hotel and we were up from 6am as soon as they started - and even when the weather was windy, we could hear the wind whistling all night!

• Lana (7/5): - The room was bright and spacious. The towels were changed every day and gave us fresh water bottles which was nice. You could hear people in the hallway. When we first entered the room, bathroom was full of long black hairs. We are both blonde so it wasn't ours. I understand it is probably from cleaning personnel but I advise then tying the hair because I didn't feel so good when taking a shower and finding black hairs all over the tub.

• Pedro (5/5): There are plenty good options around Shanghai - The clean staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Love them all, great location very central and close to the metro line 8 and 10. Room needs an upgrade, shower is not really good, reception staff are not really helpful, breakfast is not very good, value for money is not worth at all.
• Siti Nurkhadijah Hanim (5/5): Easy to find, okay for the price. - The stay is otherwise okay for the price. I put up the sign for do not disturb, but the cleaning staff come in anyway into our room. My glasses got thrown away (It’s in a Starbucks paperbag) due to this. We stay during Spring though sometimes it can be a bit stifling with the lack of air circulation (Can only use heater). No iron for clothes so bring your own (My brother asked the receptionist already).

The girl at the reception doesn't speak English and communication was complicated. They had taken a deposit from my bank card which they didn't want to deduct upon check-in and after an argument I only paid the difference.

Nearest Metro Station is : Laoximen Station ( Gate No. 1 ) - Line No. 10 Family Mart, Mc Donald's is 2 Mins. walking distance from Hotel. Nearby Attraction : People's Square - 10 - 12 Mins. walk and further connecting to Nanjing Road ( the Main Shopping Attraction for Shopping and Food ).
• Elena (9/5): - Понравилось всё! В первую очередь расположение . Пешком доходила и до набережной, до Сада Юй Юань. Банки рядом, особо понадобилось поменять деньги и Bank of China недалеко. Есть собственный маленький зеленый дворик. Номер большой. Недостатком можно было бы назвать отсутствие шкафа как такового, но я была проездом, останавливалась всего на три ночи и открытого места с плечиками било достаточно. Персонал доброжелательный и готовый помочь в любом вопросе.
