Das Personal war allerdings sehr unfreundlich und das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber. Insgesamt würden wir es wieder buchen, aber wir haben uns etwas mehr erhofft. My room had a nice view facing the street. The room itself was clean and comfortable, housekeeping did a good job every day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant stay. Nothing major.

- Sharon (10/5): - Had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn! From the moment we arrived on 21 April, the service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The front desk was more than happy to answer all of our questions (apps, how tos), and when we had 3 different bookings, Lily from front desk made sure we stayed in the same room for the entire stay—such a thoughtful gesture, thank you Lily! The hotel room was clean and windows you can open to air the room, you could tell they really care about keeping everything welcoming. The location is perfect...right near the metro and bus stops, so getting around the city was a breeze. It's also near a lot of the good food places. And the night view from the hotel was awesome. Definitely recommend!

- Rami (10/5): Amazing Value for money hotel with a superb location across the street from Nanjing Road. - The location was superb, the room very spacious, the breakfast out of this world. But what makes the place is the unbelievably super attentive and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sameer Khan went out of his way to ensure that we are well served and taken care of. He paid attention to every detail. Elio was also super helpful, he assisted us with the printing of a document and personally took us to the printer shop backdoor to the hotel and stayed with us until we got our job dome. Nothing at all. Everything was superb.

- Iuliia (10/5): Идеальное место для остановки на несколько дней - Идеальное местоположение - в конце пешеходной улицы, шум не доносится. Метро, все магазины - все рядом, до набережной 12 минут. Чистый просторный номер. Вода из душа сразу горячая) персонал дружелюбный. В холле вода, кофе. Но сам холл не слишком большой. Уборка каждый день (новые полотенца). Отличный вид с 20 этажа на город. В апреле было комфортно (не замерзли). Удивила раковина посреди комнаты). В номере есть доска и утюг, вода, холодильник, чайник. Розетки евро! 1. Платная стирка (за одну вещь 30-60 юаней, дорого) 2. завтрак на тройку - десертов два вида, хлеб один вид, мало овощей, фруктов. Каши и супы вы тут не увидите. Из горячего в основном все китайской направленности (есть норм рис, иногда утка, иногда картошка). Зато есть станция где можно сделать омлет

Ejemplo: en el restaurante SAMMER y en la recepción BELLA. no tengo que decir todo fue claro y armonioso la comida, las personas, la ubicación, los servicios como presar sombrillas ha sido magnífico.

- Pia (10/5): Som vanligt bra! - Försöker alltid bo här, och tycker det är toppenbra. Läget outstanding, och väldigt bra frukost. Gillar också att det inte är heltäckningsmatta, som ofta är lite ofräscht på hotell... Man hade önskat att personalen i reception kunde mer engelska. Blir lätt missförstånd ibland, men de försöker. Hade också önskat att aircond var igång, för även om de tycker det är vinter i mars så var det väldigt varmt på rummet denna gång.

- Prafulla (10/5): - Fantastic hotel at superb location, just 50 steps from the famous pedestrian street and 10 mins walk to the bund. My initial stay was for 2 nights, extended for 3 more nights as they had given free upgrade to the suite room for all 5 nights. Obviously will stay here when in Shanghai.

- ALHARBI (10/5): - The staff member at the lobby, Mr. Sameer Khan, was extremely kind and professional. He treated us with great respect and friendliness. As we are Muslims, he went out of his way to help us identify halal food options and guided us accordingly, which made our stay much more comfortable. He was very well-mannered and truly deserves appreciation for his excellent service.
