• Sachverständigenbüro (8/5): Es hatte Höhen und Tiefen. - Die Lage des Hotels des super. Die Heizung hat leider nicht funktioniert. Das Hotel hat reagiert und einen zusätzlichen Heizkörper installiert. Beim Frühstück konnte man auch weniger sportliche Menschen in engem Sportdress bewundern.

• Aleksander (10/5): Idealny hotel na wyjazd służbowy. - Zakończyłem weekendowy pobyt służbowy w The Ritz-Carlton Berlin i mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że jest to hotel godny polecenia. Lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna – hotel znajduje się przy Potsdamer Platz, dosłownie kilka minut pieszo od wielu siedzib firm. Codzienne dojazdy na spotkania były sprawne i bezstresowe. Pokój z widokiem na miasto był przestronny, elegancko urządzony i bardzo cichy – idealny do pracy wieczorem. Szybkie Wi-Fi, duże biurko, wygodne łóżko i doskonałe oświetlenie to elementy, które naprawdę doceniłem przygotowywania prezentacji. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – dyskretna, profesjonalna i zawsze chętna do pomocy. Śniadanie w The Restaurant były wyśmienite – szeroki wybór dań, świeże produkty i możliwość spokojnej pracy przy kawie. Kilka razy korzystałem też z Club Lounge – idealne miejsce na poranne spotkania lub wieczorne podsumowanie dnia. Hotel jest po prostu stworzony do tego, by goście biznesowi mogli skupić się na pracy, jednocześnie czując się wyjątkowo. Zdecydowanie polecam Ritz-Carlton Berlin każdemu, kto przyjeżdża do Berlina w celach służbowych.
• Igor (9/5): Perfecte locatie en fantastisch personeel. - Het personeel is de ruggengraad van dit hotel. Je voelt je er welkom en ze doen hun uiterste best om het je naar de zin te maken. En hard kussen en een zacht kussen had lekker geweest in plaats van 2 zachte kussens. Maar dat is al spijkers op laagwater zoeken. Eigenlijk was er niets dat tegenviel.

I’ve had happy stays at Marriott hotels in Budapest and London so not a habitual complainer

This property embodies those standards with precision, and then goes a step further. The location is a clear advantage — you are within walking distance of Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag Building, and the Tiergarten, making it an ideal base for both first-time visitors and repeat travellers who want efficiency without compromise. That said, the true differentiator is the Club Lounge. Access to the Club is not a marginal upgrade; it fundamentally elevates the entire stay. The level of service, the attention to detail, and the ability to rely on a dedicated team throughout the day create a materially superior experience compared to a standard luxury stay. A general thank you goes to the entire Club Lounge team — consistently present, precise, and genuinely focused on delivering at the highest level. In particular: - Louis, for his outstanding advice and for going above and beyond in supporting me through an unexpected back pain issue. His intervention was both practical and thoughtful. - Chuan, for impeccable breakfast service and for providing clear, well-structured recommendations on how to navigate and experience the city efficiently. - Domenico, for his proactive support even before arrival and his continued availability throughout the stay, always ensuring that every detail was handled properly. In summary, the hotel reflects the strength of the Ritz-Carlton brand, but the Club Lounge is what transforms a very good stay into an exceptional one. If you are booking here, access to the Club should be considered essential rather than optional.

In fact I was waiting for the waiter for 25min at the table - staff was going back and forth. We were robbed, and the theft occurred from one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel. What do you think happened when we reported the problem to the reception? Nothing. The hotel staff didn't respond at all. No one investigated, even though there's a 99.9% chance the thieves were hotel staff themselves, because no other outsiders entered the room. The worst part is that the Ritz Carlton Berlin team didn't even apologize for the incident, let alone conduct an investigation or even check the cameras or key system in the room. They didn’t call back or check whether everything is fine or not. Nothing at all. Nothing. Zero actions. As if that's how it should be. Complete indifference and disregard for guests. This is not top-class service from Ritz. I think the owners of the chain need to pay attention to the management of their Berlin hotel and the team working there – this hotel is not worthy of operating under the Ritz Carlton brand. Moreover, the hotel is in dire need of renovation. The cleaning service is very strange – the trash from the other guests is not taken out properly, the bed linens are not changed every day. And yes, the slippers. You should see them – even the cheapest hotels for 50 euros per night have better ones. Ritz Carlton Berlin, it's simply disgraceful! I will never set foot here again.

Ich glaube dort ist der Irrsinn ausgebrochen. Der ganze Betrag wurde meiner Debitkarte belastet, da ich nicht mit einer KK buchte. Bin gespannt ob die Rückvergütung klappt. Für mich ist dieses Hotel erledigt! Im Weiteren wurden unsere Koffer bei der Fluggesellschaft verloren und kamen erst 2 Tage später an. Hilfe vom Hotel? Nein und das bei einem 5* Hotel.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic: we would have loved some explanation (i think they forgot) so we were cluelessly trying to get hot beverages and egg-dishes. In the end it worked out well.

• H3040YEvirginiaf (6/5): Dissapointing - We were disappointed with our stay here. I wanted to celebrate my birthday in Berlin in a nice hotel but it was dissapointing for a 5 stars hotel. The room is ok, spacious and the bed is confortable. BUT: our room had a sink that wouldn't drain so we had to pulled out the stopper so it would drain, in the end we used one sink of two. This was not such a big problem, the big problem the clean service in the room. We mentioned 13 o'clock for cleaning on the note but, when we return in the room at 15 o'clock, no one cleaned the room so, what's the reason of mentioned a specific hour if no one cares? And the big "surprise": next day at 4 o'clock when we came back in the room, no one cleaned the room, we thought that is a mistake and left the room at 6 o'clock. When we returned at 23 o'clock, the trash was there, no one entered in the room altghough they mentioned on the door service turndown at 21, it was a lie. So we used wet towels, be careful with the toilet paper, washed our coffee cups, i cleaned even the sink myself etc. On my birthday i wanted to feel good but it was very disappointing!! We traveled a lot and never happened to find the room dirty when we came back. They pretend deposit 100 euro per day for guarantee, without tell us in advanced but they failed in guarantee a clean room. Not a five stars hotel in my opinion, we plan to return in Berlin but certainly not in this hotel.

• Gill (8/5): Very nice hotel and staff; good location - The room was fantastic and the staff lovely. I never heard anyone else through the wall, or walking along the corridor. It was very quiet. I particularly liked the amount of free bottled water provided daily in my room; it was generous. I liked the thoughtful provision of a plug adapter; very handy to be able to use mine + the one provided. The glass of fizz when checking in was a really nice gesture. 1)The price of breakfast at euros 55. 2)When I did not put my towels on the bathroom floor as per the ‘be environmentally friendly’ instructions they were anyway taken away and replaced. This first happened 2 hours after I arrived at ‘turn down.’ The next day the bathrobe i’d warn for 30 mins and hung back up was replaced. I care about the planet and natural resources such as water, so found this upsetting. I refrained from using a bathrobe after that for fear it would be removed again at ‘turn down’ and washed whilst barely worn thereby wasting more energy and water. Please Ritz Carlton, follow your own eco instructions!!

One of the Best Hotel Stays of Our Lives - Our stay at the The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin from March 5–7 was absolutely exceptional and one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. About a week before arrival, the hotel team reached out to ask how they could help elevate our stay. I mentioned that we were celebrating my husband’s early retirement and asked if a room upgrade might be possible since I am a Gold member and our booking was through the Chase Luxury Hotel & Resort Collection. Not only were our requests granted, but the team went far beyond our expectations. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful one bedroom suite, which was such a wonderful treat. Chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of red wine was waiting in our room with a personalized greeting card. Olivia Guest Experience Supervisor personalized all these for us. Having stayed at many 5 star hotels in the United States and internationally, we have rarely experienced this level of warmth and attention to detail. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel like true VIP guests. The suite was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean, and housekeeping did an outstanding job maintaining everything during our stay. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at POTS, and it was honestly one of the best breakfast experiences we have had at any hotel. The selection was excellent, everything was fresh and beautifully presented, An à la cart menu is included in the buffet menu.. The service was just as warm and attentive as the rest of the hotel. We took advantage of the $100 property credit and invited friends who were traveling with us to the Curtain Club where there was live music. We ordered several cocktails and were pleasantly surprised that the prices were very reasonable for a 5 star hotel bar. The drinks even came with olives and cheese crackers, which was a lovely touch. I also had the chance to enjoy the pool and sauna area. While it is on the smaller side, it felt peaceful and relaxing, and I loved having a quiet moment to myself there. The location cannot be beat, right by the train station with easy access around Berlin and quick travel to the airport. Most importantly, the service throughout the hotel was truly outstanding. It’s clear that the staff take great pride in what they do, and their genuine hospitality made our celebration feel incredibly special. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at the Ritz-Carlton Berlin for making our celebratory trip so memorable. It truly felt like a VIP experience from beginning to end, and we were honestly sad to leave. We truly look forward to returning and will gladly recommend the The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin to friends and family visiting Berlin
