- Marko (7/5): It is good value for money because it’s in a good location, staff is friendly and if you are visiting London touristical - Location is very good, close to Victoria and Pimlico stations and it is in a quiet part of the town. The rooms are very small and the bed is for one and a half people. There is a free breaksfast but you are better off skipping it.

The staff are very friendly and efficient I booked last minute and the price was probably under demand pricing, the only reason I slightly downvoted.

- Joanna (9/5): - Idealne miejsce na krótki wypad - bardzo dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica i bardzo miły, pomocny personel. Przystanek autobusowy pod samym hotelem, metro i dworzec niedaleko a wiele atrakcji w zasięgu 20-30 minutowego spaceru. Śniadanie (choć raczej skromne) było miłym zaskoczeniem.
- helene (8/5): Bra läge, rent, fräscht och tryggt. - Bra område utan för mycket trafik eller rörelse. Busshållsplats utanför dörren och två tunnelbanestationer med 5 resp 10 minuters promenad. Personalen var väldigt trevliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Rummen var små men fräscha, rena och precis vad man behövde. Bagageförvaringen var välorganiserad vilket kändes tryggt. Den enkla frukosten ingick vilket var lite trevligt :-) Det var lyhört och man hörde när andra gäster gick i trappan och korridoren. Badrummet var kanske lite trångt. Men det var ändå väldigt prisvärt!

Conclusão paguei 1 hospedagem sem usufruir. Fomos eu e minha filha de 9 anos e pedi para cancelarem 1 das hospedagens mas não fui atendida infelizmente mesmo eles tendo visto que foi duplicidade.

- Ian (9/5): Really most enjoyable and a great base to come home to after a day out in London. - Professional, friendly staff throughout. Very quiet room and very comfortable beds. Very fresh and modern. Bathroom spotless and shining. Maybe a round table as well as a second chair (plenty space for this in LG11). Perhaps coat and jacket pegs on the wall so as to free up the hanging space.

- David (9/5): Excellent location and brilliant staff. - The location was great for central London and Buckingham Palace. We were attending a garden party and the staff were exceptionally helpful with luggage storage and providing us with the opportunity to change into more formal clothes before travelling to the palace. nothing was too much trouble. Not really a complaint but the cooked breakfast of scrambled egg and beans was rather limited. No bacon/sausage/mushrooms/tomatoes or any of the other things that might have added to a better selection.

- Julia (7/5): Nice but watch out for charges for room equipment - The staff was very welcoming the first night and very nice dining room The toilet seat broke my first night. All I did was sit on it and it cracked. I forgot to report it the next morning and they blocked my card from using the lift when I came back to hotel and made me pay $75usd to fix it before they would let me back my room. Even though they had my credit card on file they made me pay it at the desk with Apple Pay. I am going back to London in December and liked hotel but will not return. I’ve never been charged for faulty equipment in a room before and it was so embarrassing the way they did it at the front desk. It made me wonder if it’s some kind of way for staff to make money. Why not just take it off my card? Plus I had five days total there. No need to lock me out and tell me I had to pay immediately. My daughter paid for my trip and was so upset.

The view from my room was excellent. I liked everything. The staff were courteous and very supportive. The breakfast was excellent.
