- Jean Bernard (8/5): Fonctionnel et très bien pour un long weekend. - Le SPA est très bien avec une belle piscine intérieur, un hammam et sauna très propre. La literie est très confortable ainsi que l'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité de la gare centrale pour rejoindre l'aéroport avec un bus express direct. Le personnel est accueillant et très à l'écoute. La propreté de l'hôtel est aussi à soulignée. Les rideaux ne fermaient pas complétement la fenêtre et la chambre était assez petite avec la salle de bain sinon globalement c'était bien.

Le personnel est nombreux, toujours quelqu’un pour ouvrir gentiment la grande porte ou alors pour nous répondre en cas de besoin.

Очень красиво и величественное, красивое лобби. Персонал отзывчивый и клиентоориентированный. Изо всех сил пытались решить проблему с кондиционером, предоставили завтраки как комплимент, бутылку шампанского и небольшой сувенир. Очень хороший спа: бассейн 20 метром комфортной температуры, большие сауна и паровая баня. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки: неплохой выбор на шведском столе плюс возможность заказать по меню. Есть возможность заказать нужные вещи через приложение (полотенца, халаты, расходники) Все мои претензии только к номеру, так все остальное было выше всяких похвал. В нашем номере сильно шумел кондиционер. Нам предложили заменить комнату, но и в других номерах тоже шумел кондиционер и не было смысла перевозить вещи и менять шило на мыло. В итоге мы его просто выключили и спали с открытым окном (взяло время его открыть), благо погода позволяла. Слабый напор воды в душе. Не представляю, как можно помыть голову человеку с длинными густыми волосами Мебель устаревшая: двери в шкафу били покосившиеся Уборка в менее доступных местах оставляет желать лучшего: муж проверял все ли забрали и нашел под кроватью и в углу за столом орешки, на текстиле (шторы, обивка стен) много пыли

- Nikhil (8/5): Beautiful setting and grand building, situated in a useful location to explore Prague - The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a premium room (we had booked superior) and the bed was a great size and made for comfortable sleeping. The curtains were entirely blackout and covered beyond the area of the windows, so the room was completely black during sleeping, which helped us sleep well throughout the night. The spa was nice but we found the pool and jacuzzi to be a bit on the cooler side. However, the team and sauna rooms were very good and very hot! The staff were very friendly and were always polite and kind. It is well-located, not too busy in the surrounding area and well connected to everywhere else to visit and explore. The pool and jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer, but this is only a minor feedback.

La colazione incredibilmente varia e tutto freschissimo, accompagnato anche da una fantastica musicista che suonava l’arpa. Spa, bagno turco e sauna sono stati l’ideale per riprendersi la sera dopo i km macinati durante la giornata. Anche il massaggio è stato eccezionale. Lo staff gentile, sorridente e molto attento.

- AnnHLon (10/5): Superb Hotel in a Central Location - For a first visit to Prague we could not have picked a better hotel. The location is ideal for exploring the city. The staff are delightful, breakfasts excellent and everything about the room (upgraded to a suite) spot on.

Free wi-fi was a real plus. My only suggestion would be to replace the room carpeting with laminate or tile. The location is ideal for access to trams, restaurants, and sightseeing spots.

- Amy (9/5): Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing - We absolutely loved this hotel. The harpist at breakfast was fantastic and it felt very surreal to see live music first thing in the morning. Food was delicious too. Lobby and hotel in general was beautiful. Spa was a dream! Water was a big too cold for my preference but I still loved it I wish we had stayed in the older part of the hotel though as our room wasn’t as pretty as some of the others. Very comfortable and a great stay regardless. The water in the pool was too cold for my liking

- Ello_26 (10/5): Business summit March'26 - Place is great both for business meetings and private stay, perfectly located with great amenities and excellent service. Breakfasts - they offer a variety of choices and will meet everyone's diet restrictions. Hotel has it's own vibe and atmosphere that I liked a lot. There is a SPA & gym (i didn't use, however people say it is great). Please avoid their tiny rooms under the roof (420sh ) - very little space for 1 person, couple will struggle in it, windows in the ceiling - you'll be disturbed by birds & sun in the morning.
- Hanane Ri (9/5): Super! - Personnel très aimable dont une qui a fait un gros effort pour parler français. L'hôtel est incroyablement bien situé. Nous faisions tout à pied. Le hall d'entrée est magnifique. Les chambres étaient propres. Le spa très bien et très propre. Petites choses à améliorer : La moquette dans la chambre avait mdes tâches, il faudrait un rafraîchissementou même l'enlever car nie à microbe. . La clim dans la chambre faisait énormément de bruit et la chambre n'était pas bien insonorisée car nous entendions ce qui se passait dans le couloir. La chambre donnait sur le toit et non cour intérieure comme stipulé dans la réservation.
- maria1919763 (10/5): Surprising, beautiful and so king - We went for a 48 hrs weekend get-away and were surprised upon arrival by an upgrade to an amazing room with walk in closet and a marble bathroom. We had sparkling whine and chocolate strawberries in the room, complimentary breakfast and parking and the friendliest staff you can imagine. The hotel is very well located to walk everywhere but also quick to drive in and out of the city. Highly recommend choosing the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV
