Wir würden dieses Hotel für einen erneuten Aufenthalt in - Besonders gefallen haben uns: 1. die Lage : (a) sehr gute Verkehrsverbindung mit dem Flughafen: Haltestelle der Tram in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels; aber auch für Bahnreisende zu empfehlen: Bahnhof rasch zu Fuß erreichbar; b) Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar 2. Frühstück: reiche Auswahl 3. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals Beim zweiten Aufenthalt gab es - nicht vom Hotel verschuldet - Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Das war, da wir ein großes Zimmer hatten (Dreibettzimmer für uns beide) von uns zu verschmerzen.

Moja mama miała urodziny w tym dniu ,Pani Julia zrobiła bardzo przyjemny prezencik w postaci Welkom drinku , mała rzecz a niesamowicie miło . Na śniadaniach cały personel był bardzo miły i uśmiechnięty. Zaczynajac od Pana przy wejściu w okularach imię na literę L( przepraszam nie zapamiętałam imię )który nas witał i sadzał przy stolach , i kończąc każdym uśmiechniętym kelnerem, naprzykład Pani Angelica. Wszystko było super , na pożegnanie dostałyśmy nawet paczkę macaron . Polecam ten hotel , blisko do wszystkiego, czysto , klimatycznie , bardzo miły personel i wysoki poziom obsługi

• Pongsatorn (3/5): ทำเลดี ห้องดี แต่บริการยังไม่ประทับใจ - ห้องสะอาดดี อุปกรณ์ใหม่และสะดวกสบายใช้ได้ ไม่มีสิ่งใดชำรุดเสียหาย พนักงานก็ช่วยเหลือ แก้ไขปัญหาให้ได้ในระดับพอใช้ มีการจัดเครื่องดื่มให้แทนคำขอโทษระหว่างนั่งรอดำเนินการแก้ไข การ check out ทำได้รวดเร็วถูกต้อง การติดต่อประสานงานกับ booking.com มีปัญหา ทำให้ห้องที่จองไว้เป็นเตียงแยกไม่ได้ตามต้องการ พนักงานมีความสับสน จัดห้องพักแล้วเปลี่ยนไปมาทำให้แขกผู้ใหญ่ หัวหน้าคณะต้องย้ายห้องหลังจากเข้าพักแล้ว ส่วนห้องพักที่บอกว่าแก้ไขแล้วเป็นเตียงแยก พอขึ้นไปแล้วยังเป็นเตียงเดี่ยว ต้องเสียเวลามาแยกเตียงอีกพักใหญ่ รวมถึงห้องพักบางห้องที่เข้าพักมีการฉีดน้ำหอมปรับอากาศจนฉุน กลิ่นหอมรุนแรงเกินไป

Right in front of the Firenze railway station, right behind of Firenze bus terminal. So convenient to move to other small cities around Firenze. Mateo at the check in counter was very kind and smart enough to upgrade my room with small amount of cost to the largest amount of satisfaction! The city view was really great and worth the money! Daniele at the check out counter was also super kind to help me with the luggage. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Firenze next time! The building was a little bit old, small elevator.

The room is well soundproof and very quite even through it is next to the train station. Their staffs, especially Daniele, were also very friendly and supportive.

• PRONI (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel ! - L'un des meilleurs hôtels que nous ayons pu découvrir lors de nos voyages. Un service irréprochable. Chambre immense, très confortable et d'une propreté impeccable. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions (cadeaux : chocolats, paquet de pâtes, minibar et verre de bienvenue avec buffet au Sweet Bar). Petit déjeuner également parfait : très copieux, varié et de grande qualité. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est aussi un énorme point fort : il est idéalement situé au cœur du centre historique à Florence. Tout peut se faire à pied en quelques minutes, ce qui est parfait pour découvrir la ville sereinement sans avoir besoin de transport. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux et ce séjour mémorable. Pour nous, c'est un vrai 10/10 sans hésitation. Rien. C'était parfait !

• LE HANG (10/5): Wonderful experience: Excellent staff service, perfect location, immaculate and comfortable room - We stayed at c-hotels Ambasciatori in Florence for 14 nights and had a wonderful experience, mainly due to Giulia B. at the front desk. We had a late check-in and was greeted by Giulia with a beautiful smile, she made us feel welcomed the moment we arrived. She arranged a room for us with a balcony and view of Florence which was quite nice. Giulia was extremely efficient, professional, courteous, kind, and helpful, I can’t say enough about her excellent service. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, she recommended a really good restaurant close to the hotel the night we checked-in, and ordered packed breakfast for us when we had early scheduled tours. c-hotels Ambasciatori was located across from the main train station Santa Maria Novella in Florence, perfect for us since we had a lot of tours that met near the train station. Even though it was so close to the train station, we did not hear any noise from the running trains, the room was quiet and we were able to sleep peacefully through the night. The room was clean, impeccable, the bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping also provided excellent service, they replaced all toiletries when they cleaned the room. When we called about the broken safe in our room, the hotel staff responded quickly and replaced it the next morning. Breakfast was excellent, it had a variety of selections of hot and cold foods, and Katy (staff) was very courteous and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend c-hotels Ambasciatori to anyone who wants a pleasant and convenient stay in Florence. None.
• Lisa (8/5): - Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, permettendomi di lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check-in per poter esplorare la città. Leone è stato gentilissimo e mi ha fatto un upgrade della camera, assegnandomi una camera con balcone e vista sul Duomo. La camera era abbastanza pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Trovandosi proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, si sentiva un po' di rumore fuori durante la notte, ma niente di insopportabile.

• Alessandro (10/5): Torno spesso in questo albergo, sempre volentieri. - Hall, camera, bar, staff: tutto perfetto. I drink di benvenuto gratuiti con la possibilità di mangiare diverse cose, in totale relax, sul divano, è uno dei motivi per cui continuiamo a scegliere questo albergo. Il letto è comodissimo. Ogni volta che facciamo una richiesta (tipo una vasca da bagno), ci accontentano sempre. Unica pecca (relativa solo a questa stanza; mai successo prima): la televisione non prendeva bene i canali (poco male) e la porta, se non chiusa bene a chiave, tendeva ad aprirsi (solo una volta si è aperta, poi chiusa meglio)

Emplacement idéal en face de la gare et de l’arrêt de tram qui vous mène à l’aéroport en moins de 25 minutes. Chambre bien équipée munie d’un frigo. Petit-déjeuner buffet très varié dans une salle spacieuse, donc pas d’attente pour y prendre place. Check-in et check-out très rapide.

• Henna (9/5): Viihdyimme hyvin - Erinomainen palvelu ja loistava sijainti junalla matkustavan kannalta. Hotelli oli siisti ja siitä löytyi hyvät palvelut. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja kattava, hotellissa on kuntohuone, jossa cardio-laitteita ja irtopainoja sekä viihtyisä baari. Sängyt olivat kovat, mutta kuitenkin miellyttävät nukkua myös pehmeämmän sängyn ystävälle. Meidän koko porukalle oli kahdeksan huonetta ja ainakin osassa oli hyvin vanha ja käyttökelvoton hiustenkuivaaja. Vastaanotosta olisi saanut kuivaajan lainaan tarvittaessa. Kadunpuoleisissa huoneissa häiritsevät raitiovaunujen, muun liikenteen ja ihmisten äänet, ja niissä huoneissa korvatulpat ovat tarpeen.
• Sadık (8/5): - Otelin kahvaltısı şahane, çok çok iyi bunu öncelikle belirtmek isterim… yol tarafında biraz gürültü olduğu için odayı değiştirdik, bunun için de hiç sorun çıkarmadılar… şehir konusunda bilgi verdiler, altında çok iyi bir etçi var mutlaka gidin
