• Roxanne (8/5): For my first experience at Wyndham, it was pleasant and would not deter me from choosing it again - The property is conveniently located and easily accessible from the airport and right in the middle of where there are many different food options, regular shopping. Some of the front desk, individuals aren’t as polite as they should be some of them were quite dismissive the only way I can explain that is in their actual attitude that’s projected, but this is normal I guess in the times that we are in … i don’t want to say that it is a color thing, however don’t underestimate people just because of their skin tone. You have no idea what walk of life they are from and you are doing a job and you need to prevent professionally and represent that company with a certain level of customer service professionalism and just being a nice human being like having a snarky attitude like I’m better than you attitude is just overwhelming in these current times and this is not all of the individuals at the front desk because there were some very sweet professional individuals at the front desk that did not look like they were being forced to smile and act like they cared about your actual stay

• Claudio (10/5): A estadia foi tranquila , apenas um overnight para voltar ao Brasil - Especialmente da localização para quem está de passagem por Orlando Em frente , tem o restaurante LOUIE que fica aberto até mais tarde , sendo bem conveniente Chuveiro na banheira com cortina de plástico , mas isso é bem comum por lá .

The USB ports by the bed were not functional. the shower valve had to be worked hard to et it to stop leaking, The A/C unit was a bit noisy.

• Carolyn (9/5): Overall liked everything about the hotel, except the lack of AC and non-supportive staff to help remedy the situation - Very convenient location with walking distance to several restaurants. Super quick with no traffic to get to the airport. Breakfast was very good and extensive and well stocked until the end. Room was very clean and spacious with a microwave and decent size refrigerator. The AC was next to the hot tub area and not working in the exercise room. Made it very difficult to exercise and the staff was not helpful as they said it could not be adjusted. The AC never came on in the exercise room and was about 80° in the room.
• Randall (5/5): Not the nicest. - Close to airport and restaurants. Front desk staff not the most friendliest or even welcomes you. The room jacuzzi tub was very old and and discolored yellowing. Then there were closet doors to open or shut where jacuzzi tub was. The bathroom over all was wasn’t cleaned the best and shower grout wasn’t very clean.
