Property is elegantly decorated. breakfast and afternoon happy hour offers good choices of food and drinks. Staffs are very attentive, Special thanks to Kyoto who checked us in. Sweet and friendly. Will stay again in the future. Much better than the Le Suites Da An. I stayed at the other location a few years ago and did not like the hotel or the services. Room is not big but nicely decorated.

- Yu Chi (8/5): 扣除馬桶問題，其他一切很好。 - 很乾淨，裝潢很多巧思，走路去小巨蛋十分鐘，附近很多店。早餐跟下午happy hour都很好。 317號房，馬桶有問題，按壓到底沒有沖水，櫃檯人員來看過兩次，說是補水比較慢，但晚上再觀察發現補水速度快，是沖水把手跟裡面連桿角度有問題。這是專業人員才能處理的。

- Fabio (10/5): - Old style atmosphere of the lounge and bedroom. Nice furniture and comfortable single beds. It is a bit dim but that is part of the particular atomosphere that makes it cosy. After coming back from Taiwan downtown this hotel is an oasis of tranquility. Room is spacious and the bathroom too. Amenities are provided alongside plenty of towels and bathrobes. Buffet breakfast has plenty of Western and Chinese food options. Fruit was fresh and tasty. Free tea from the lounge throughout the day and very rich happy hour at 5 PM including wine. Staff was very kind and we are thankful that they kept something for us that my wife had left behind. None

Die MRT Station ist nur 100 m entfernt. Zum Airport benötigt für zwei Haltstellen nur 4 Minuten. Da wir aus Zeitgründen nicht am Frühstück teilnehmen konnten, wurde für uns ein Sandwichpaket und ein Kaffee To Go vorbereitet. Der Teppichboden in unserem Zimmer war verschlissen und gehört ausgetauscht. Ansonsten war die Einrichtung sauber und gepflegt.

- Richard (10/5): A very good hotel option in Taipei. - Food services are exceptional. Morning breakfast buffet is very, very good. The selection included a custom egg station, hot Asian food with dim sum and some local specialties, plus cold Western food options such as cheese and sausage, rare in Asia. Evening "Happy Hour" constitutes almost the same level of food service plus an open wine/beer bar. The quality of wine served was unusually good, California and Portugal. Staff service around food and drink is impeccable; evening and day shift desk staff and managers very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bedroom and housekeeping met all expectations. A very minor point: the hotel faces a one-way lane which some drivers seem reluctant to enter.

- GarlumL (8/5): Great city hotel, more to improve to make it even more pleasant - It is a great hotel overall. Design is practical and elegant. My room comes with a Japanese style bath tub which is very pleasant to have. Given the unbeatable location, it is a great city hotel. Only two suggestions to the hotel: 1. The lift area is very dark which is not very welcoming 2. The breakfast closing time is 10, though hotel guests were still getting some fruit at 10.01 the staff are ignoring them and keep putting all the food away which made the vibe unpleasant. Rule is rule but guest are guests too. It was just 10.01...Minor area to improve to show more hospitality. Thanks Les suites the most for the location and the outdoor smoke/tea area.

- Meilin (10/5): Exceeded our expectations! - Les Suites Ching Cheng exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is amazing with both Asian and Western options, and the room price includes an afternoon/evening buffet from 5 to 7pm, which includes cooked food and even alcoholic drinks. Tea, coffee and tasty cookies are provided throughout the day. All their food options are very well prepared and of high quality. It's a smallish hotel with very attentive staff and service - my mom was was feeling a bit under the weather after a very long flight and when she asked for some lemon (not a common fruit in Taiwan) for her tea during breakfast, the chef personally came out and even went back to the kitchen to chop up some ginger to add to her tea. We also want to thank Alex from the front desk who spoke English like a native and was always helpful. Hotel and rooms are very clean and the dining area, which can be used all day, is bright and has a nice view into a small garden. Location is very good, just behind an MRT entrance.

- Jacqueline (9/5): A very good stay! - Perfectly located in the center of the city and 2 min walk to subway station, but remains a quiet location. The decor is in a retro style, nice taste! Room is with good size. F&B offers are very generous and delicious. I also had a staff (or a hotel manager) who went out of his way to offer assistance. I think the hotel has been opened for quite some years. Even though very well maintained, some refreshments would be even better. The bed is also a little too soft to my preference.

It saves us the hassle of going out for dinner if we do not want to. All the hotel staff were very friendly and gave excellent customer service. Hotel is also conveniently located next to a MRT station which makes it very easy to take public transport. The hotel also had a string quartet performed in the hotel during X'mas day and guest could enjoy the wonderful performance while enjoying the happy hour. Nothing.
- KENICHI (9/5): もう一度滞在したいホテルのひとつ。 - 駅から直ぐ、スタッフの何人かは日本語も話す、朝食そしてハッピーアワー時の充実した食事と満足のいくサービスが受けられます。 滞在二日目、寒いのでエアーコンディショナーの温度を上げても暖かくならず、フロントに伝えたら全館冷房設定になっている、必要なら暖房器具を貸しますと言われ、台湾は年中温暖なのか、と妙に納得しました。
- alexsfish (10/5): Lovely boutique stay with character, but some practical gaps - Les Suites Taipei is a charming boutique hotel with a warm, intimate feel, almost like staying in a friend’s oriental-themed mansion. The furnishings are cozy and tastefully done, with lovely oriental touches and parquet flooring in the rooms. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. That said, the lighting is a major drawback, especially for women. The room lighting is very dim and not practical - putting on makeup was difficult due to the lack of proper, well-placed lighting. This is something that could be easily improved and would make a big difference to the guest experience. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean, and the bathroom amenities were thoughtful, including items like plasters and dental floss, which were appreciated. There is some confusion around the complimentary beverages. This should be clarified more clearly on the reservation portal or booking platforms. Complimentary beverages are only available during cocktail hour from 5pm to 7pm daily. Outside of this window, water, tea, and the coffee machine are available throughout the day. Hors d’oeuvres are served during cocktail hours — decent but nothing extraordinary. It would be helpful if food labels were provided, and warmers used, as most items (including breakfast) were served at room temperature when they are typically expected to be hot. At times, it was also unclear what certain dishes were. Staff were generally good and helpful, with a special mention to Shawn of Front Office, who stood out for his service and friendliness. Good location. Overall, a pleasant stay with strong character and service, but improvements in lighting, food presentation, and clarity of inclusions would elevate the experience significantly.

- Liang-Ni Wu (8/5): Clean, comfortable accommodation with excellent customer service - Excellent customer service (from doormen, receptionists to breakfast waiters/waitresses) and very well-done room-cleaning jobs. I am very impressed by these two strengths offered by Les Suites during our 5 nights of stay. The room facilities were also well-maintained, although furniture is a bit old. We felt relaxed and comfortable during the stay. The location (despite parking difficulties) is great - easily accessible to nice restaurants, shops and MRT station. Parking at the hotel is not easy due to very limited parking space on site (there is a contracted parking garage in the neighborhood - you would need to check with the receptionist to find out). The bed is a little bit too bouncy. It does not impact the sleeping quality, but it would have been our perfect stay if the bed was more comfortable.
