• GUSTAVO ANDRES (10/5): Excepcional. - Todo excelente, estuve hace unos años y si bien era muy bueno ahora está fabuloso. Las habitaciones (reservamos dos) una mejor que la otra. El personal por demás amable. Hay un local de Havanna integrado. Es mi lugar. Nada. Todo genial.

• Eche (9/5): Excelente. El mejor hotel para alojarse en el centro de la ciudad. - Todo excelente, Muy recomendable. Se puede ir desde ahi caminando a la costanera, la basilica y el la plaza principal. Solo que no tenian servicio de bar en la pileta.

• Gomez (6/5): No fue una buena experuencia, esperaba mas. - La ubicacion, la cochera, La cafeteria Havanna dentro del hotel. Destaco el gran trabajo de Mateo, mozo del hotel, que gracias a el y a la encargada gral. Lograron resolver una situacion que en el lobbie no quisieron resolver. La habitacion que nos ofrecieron al final, en 5to piso, era muy linda. No me gusto la atencion de las chicas del Lobbie. Me cambiaron el precio pactado. Al quejarnos y terminar de resolver el problema, no nos dio la bienvenida la encargada Sasha, como si lo hizo con el resto de los huespedes que se alojaban. La habitacion inicial que nos dieron, era una habitaciin de hotel 2 a 3 estrellas. La habitacion no tenia frigabar, ni secador de pelo. Shampoo y enjuague, no acordes a la categoria del hotel. La pileta que en pagina figura, justo estaba en reparaciin, lo cual no fue informado a la hora de la reserva.

• Jorge Alfredo (4/5): No voy más a ese hotel - El desayuno regular , nada del otro mundo para pagar 190.000- la habitación muy modesta para semejante tarifa. El baño un desastre, el agua caliente había que esperar 5 min. la grifería vieja. No tenía ni ventana , ni estractor, ni respiradero, totalmente fuera de toda reglamentación. La puerta no cerraba…. Un lamento.

• Joao (7/5): Good location - decent hotel- staff needs training - Great location, decent hotel. Staff is a real Hit And Miss, as some people were friendly and helpful, but most were quite unhelpful. Room is ok, though soundproofing isn't great, Overall a decent 7-8 in a great location, that needs to train their staff better. The Cleaning team are very friendly ! Most staff at reception are never able to provide a smile, a "good morning" back, or generally trying to even be nice. One night staff member questioned one of us was an "unregistered guess for the night" was awckward enough and not an ideal experience

• vilar30 (8/5): Overall a good choice - Very good facility with a great location in the center of town. Breakfast which was included is of a good quality and the service is friendly. Front desk staff is attentive; However, they called me a taxi used by the hotel, which ripped me of. When I told the person that called the taxi company, he did not seem at all concerned!!

• pepitopulpito (6/5): Overpriced but good hotel - Hotel located in the city center, with nice, large rooms with air conditioning. Good breakfast and friendly service. However, it is quite expensive for being in a small town such as San Nicolás. Rooms were not that tidy.

• 936ramanap (8/5): Hotel is in good location and good peopel... - Rooms are good but internet some times work and some times not. All other facilities i think OK like breakfast room cleaning and health clum etc... Hotel staff is good and co-operative all the time in the hotel
• Harm_D_052015 (6/5): average hotel - The hotel is perfectly located close ( just a 5 min walk) from the city park where you can find several restaurants . The rooms are simple but ok . If you need more space make sure you ask for a mini suite instead of the regular rooms. The staff is very friendly and speaks reasonable well English. The pool on the first floor is not very clean and the deck chairs and chair pillows are old and dirty this realy needs an upgrade. There is a whirlpool but it’s almost always empty. There is a gym and sauna available also on the first floor I have not checked them yet.
• satisha2013 (8/5): Quite Good - The hotel is OK, the staffs are very friendly and good. Rooms are OK. The only problem with this hotel is the Internet facility. They have internet facility only in the lobby , that too does not work 60-70% of the time.
• rc20xv (8/5): **** - The san nicolas plaza hotel is one of the few hotels in town. The hotel has good service and "ok" breakfast. Hotel also offers parking. Rooms are relative fine. Has small fridge, air conditioning. Has a small pool but it is outside so during winter it is closed. Has spa - although I didn't use it.

I didn't have much time to explore but it seemed like there was a lot of places to shop. I was exhausted from the long flight (from Houston, TX) that after dinner I slept so I don't know if there was wifi or what TV programming.
• VanhattumGuido (4/5): Reasonable hotel in San Nicolas - The Plaza hotel is well locate din the 'centre' of San Nicolas. A perfect spot hit downtown. The hotel is reasonable ok. The room are small but clean, bathroom is dated but there is are powerful shower and soap (stick). The main point of improvement to me is the WIFI network every odd minute you need to register and register and register. If you move to the lobby all changes again, not from this time anymore. The breakfast is solid with fresh juice but without any boilled or fried egg

• Verified traveler (6/5): Apuntes breves - Buen hotel, excesivamente caro por lo servicios que brinda. Por ej, en el desayuno faltaban cubiertos y servilletas y no se entendia porque habia que estar pidiendo cada cosa por separado y nadie venia a preguntar que mas faltaba. No se nos habia informado que no funcionaba la pileta siendo que se decia climatizada. En el cuarto no se habia chequeado que una lamparita de la mesa de luz no funcionaba -el hotel cobra 750 pesos diarios!!!!- y habia mucho olor a tabaco. Los pasillos de noche no tienen luz en muchas zonas hasta que uno da con algun lugar donde si puede encenderse. . El resto es razonable pero no mucho mas que eso. Estuve hace tres años alli mismo y esta vez me parecio que el hotel habia decaido y que sus tarifas son muy desproporcionadas desproporcionadas.

• Vale (8/5): Falta cumplir para llegar a la perfeccion - Se reservo una habitación doble matrimonial. Se pidió que fuera no fumadores. Al llegar les dijeron que solo tenían doble con 2 camas individuales (fue un regalo de aniversario de bodas, así que esta opción pésima!) Luego de que indicaran que era su aniversario les dijeron que solo disponían matrimoniales en piso fumadores. (para que se reserva, si después se hace cualquier cosa?)..Así que, a pesar de molestarles mucho el cigarrillo tomaron esta opción. Recién a la tarde siguiente, un único empleado, responsable y atento (lamentablemente no conozco su nombre, pero si que estaba el domingo por la tarde en recepción) les ofreció cambiarlos a la habitación con las características acordes a lo reservado. A ese punto ya tenían todo acomodado y era mucho trabajo mudarse.... Lo que hubiese esperado de un hotel de categoría, es que,al cometer un error, se subsane, con algo igual a lo ofrecido/aceptado o en su defecto algo mejor ya que la culpa fue del hotel y no de los pasajeros. Lamentablemente, se opto por una mala opción y a pesar de que los huéspedes estuvieron conformes, bajo mucho la categoría del regaol.

• Osvaldo (8/5): Confortable. Bien ubicado. - Es la segunda vez que utilizo el hotel. Las deficiencias son: escasa cantidad de cocheras, piscina muy pequeña y con poco sol,y el restaurante. De todos modos volveria al lugar.-

El único problema fue que Hoteles.com no había notificado al hotel de la reserva y llevó un buen rato y esfuerzo convencer al personal de la recepción que lo verificara, ya que argumentaban que no tenían acuerdo con Hoteles.com. Finalmente se comunicaron con un superior, quien a su vez hizo otra llamada y validó la reserva. De todas formas, la situación fue muy incómoda y desconcertante.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and very well located but the room was small.The breakfast, continental only, was very good with freshly squeezed juice. The place is quiet, as is the whole town. Nice to get out of Buenos Aires.
