• Paolo (10/5): Comfort e tranquillità ad un passo dal centro - Ottima struttura collocata appena fuori dal centro città in una zona residenziale tranquilla ma anche ricca di locali e ristoranti. Comoda per raggiungere la metro e muoversi facilmente in città. Staff cordiale e pronto a darvi consigli.

• Heike (10/5): Super Basis um Prag zu entdecken - Geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Apartment im Hotel. Ein nettes kleines Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee und toller Auswahl an Müsli und Toppings. Gute Lage in einem netten Viertel, mit ÖPNV ist man günstig und schnell überall. In die Stadt spazieren funktioniert auch wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig. Es war alles super. Maximal eine Garderobe oder Hakenleiste wäre noch praktisch gewesen.

The curtains in the room are not big enough and do not completely cover the windows. The hairdryer is only a travel size one and is not very powerful

There was no hot water on first morning and again on our second morning. I was disappointed we weren't communicated to about this and staff were not available. Our in room phone didn't work and no-one at reception. I would have appreciated more be done to compensate or help with the inconvenience. I have written to management but a week later have had no reply! Hotel has a small gym which was good for a simple workout with up to 10kg dumbbells.

• jsN3469WP (6/5): For € 142.00 per night, mamaison didn"t live up to our expectations. - We arrived on a thursday and Pitr welcomed us, and advised us that we had been upgraded to a larger suite on the main floor. We were told it would be quiet and a good value. The apartment style room was very nice, but the street wasn't visible as the windows were frosted for privacy, and people walking past were sometimes loud and disruptive. As for the bedroom courtyard view, they use the courtyard as a smoking area, and so you had people talking at all hours of the day and evening out there and smoking just outside our windows and at times the smell of smoke wasn't pleasant. We were under the impression that yes we were having a continental style breakfast but many web sources said a hot option of at least egg would be offered. No eggs to be seen. Just 3 days of the same thing and fruit was limited to apples and nectarines, no bananas, and no pastries of any kind were available. We went out the first day for our touring, and when we got back, our room was unmade. When we inquired as to why, the front desk told us that room service was only every 3 days unless we paid for it. I showed him a photo of a long hair that was left from the previous guests and he said he would have housekeeping clean the tub again. There was no heat in the unit and we always felt cold. They offerred 2 extra blankets which we took, no other alternative. The next morning we woke up, next problem, no hot water. The plumber was apparantly trying to resolve the problem but wasn't repaired so we couldn't shower that day. When we got back late that afternoon, hot water was back on. The room only had 2 coffee capsules per person (so 4 total) for the coffee machine, and when I asked for more they said it was 20 Koruna each. I asked if he could give us more as compensation for no heat and no hot water but he said he couldn't do that. I thought that value for the money spent wasn't warranted. The location was ok, Prague 2 is supposed to be the gay area but we didn't find any gay specific establishments. Luckily Prague itself is very beautiful and extremely clean, with great transportation. The people are very respectful.

Upgrade to larger room was good but with surprises Upgrade to courtyard view but used as a smoking room, which brings people talking and smoking outside your bedroom windows, noise and smoke smell bothersome to us. Some web searches state his hotel offers a continental breakfast with a warm option. We were expecting eggs at least but basic continental breakfast with no eggs, and no pasties at all, as well fruit was limited to apples and clementines. At least a banana with breakfast would've been nice. I found long black hair in the bathtub upon arrival, and the front desk had to have housekeeping clean the bathtub area again. No heat in rooms although we extra blankets were supplied. One day wasn't able to shower due to hot water not available. On Friday we woke up to no hot water and couldn't shower to prepare for our day. Not restored until afternoon and no compensation was offered. No room service unless you pay extra. For € 142.00 per night I would expect room service but only available at a charge. Coffee machine in room, only 4 coffee capsules provided. Extra each 20 Koruna.

• Q6027AXamandab (10/5): Brilliant Belgicka - Brilliant find tucked away in the lovely Prague 2 area. Very quiet and upmarket street. Felt safe wandering round on my own at times. We had Apt 4 which was a corner suite with double room and sofa bed. It was really big! More than enough space for the 3 of us. Kitchen was well equipped. Sofa bed was very easy to get out and put away which made a real difference to us. Beds were comfortable. Only little issue was the shower - it was in the bath and the bath was a little too high for one of us to step out of unaided. There were no grab rails (or anything to help you in and out) but we managed. There was a little dressing room which was a bit weird. It was a bit of wasted space really and could easily have had a small bed in it. The place was brilliantly clean and we had no noise issues. We didn't really have much to do with the staff, more often than not there was no-one on the front desk as we came and went (but that was okay with us) There are some fab restaurants and cafes really close by which was just what was needed after a long day out. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Prague

Mimo średniej znajomości języka angielskiego zameldowanie przebiegło bezproblemowo. Jakość do ceny naprawdę super i liczę, że jeszcze tutaj wrócimy.

Die Parksituation, man parkt 300-400 Meter entfernt... Bedeutet man kann sein Auto nicht mal eben zwischenparken zum Einchecken, sehr unkomfortabel, aber wohl normal.

O pequeno-almoço foi suficiente, mas para quem é português faltou ali o queijo e o fiambre. A máquina de café que tirava café com leite não adorei. • Tiffany (9/5): Amazing stay, great staff and would stay again! - The staff was very friendly and helpful, shout out to Peter who gave us such a great first impression of Prague! The location is nice with cafes nearby and a walking distance to the tram stop. The room is nice and clean, I had a very good stay and would recommend! We were able to leave our bags after check out and explore a bit before coming back to get them. Really appreciate that. If you are a light sleeper, you maybe could hear the birds singing in the morning from outside? I don't think it's a dealbreaker but just a heads up!

• eva (9/5): - Mycket trevligt lägenhetshotell, bra lägge med gångavstånd till centrum, spårvagn, lungt. Hjälpsam och mycket trevlig personal. Det fans bastu, biljard, och littet gym. Åker gärna tillbaka. Saknade några saker som skohorn, kapsylöppnare, korköpnare, temuggar, sax (för att kunna öppna mjölkpaket) , korköpnare och större kniv (brödkniv). Lite jobbigt att vara tvungen att springa till receptionen varje gång för att låna dessa.

• Georg (9/5): - Grosszügiges Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Es lohnt sich sehr das Frühstück in einem Kaffee in der Nachbarschaft zu nehmen und nicht im Hotel, das es im Hotel doch etwas arg karg ist. Das Personal hat aber gute Empfehlungen abgegeben.

• Roman (8/5): - Výborná lokalita, pohodlné a dobře vybavené pokoje, příjemná a ochotná obsluha. Snídaně - chápu, že nemají kuchyň pro přípravu teplé snídaně, ale alespoň nabídka studené kuchyně by mohla být na této úrovni ubytování o něco kvalitnější. Májka s houskou nás moc neuspokojila.

• Entison (9/5): - Very nice place—comfortable, clean, and with an amazing sauna. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t completely happy with was that my flat wasn’t cleaned daily like a typical hotel. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.

• Svitlana (7/5): Номер и персонал отличные - Чистая постель, прекрасный приветливый персонал. Помогают во всем. Было очень холодно, из деревянных окон очень дует. батареи на максимум и грелись кондиционером😢 Завтрак. Есть нечего совсем. Гранола, кофе, сок, хлеб , масло, плавленый сыо. Как объяснили в отеле-это континентальный завтрак. Лучше готовить в номере самому.

• Terhi (8/5): Rauhallinen sijainti - Sijainti oli hyvä; paikallista asutusta, kaunis ympäristö ja hyviä ravintoloita (muista pöytävaraus), edullisiakin. Aamupala paikat hyviä, tosin moni vaati pöytävarauksen. Ei ollut turisti tungosta. 4 x Prahassa ja nyt tutustui eri kaupunginosaan Biljardihuone oli kiva. Henkilökunta ystävällinen. Tosi hyvät sängyt. ihanaa reippailua kävellen keskustaan vain 20 min. Aamupalaa emme ottaneet, koska luettiin, että se ei ollut paras ja kävin silmin todistamassa asian. Meillä oli kattohuoneisto, oli kiva kun sai ikkunat auki, mutta "ahtaanpaikan tuntua" tuli, kun ei ollut normi seinä ikkunoita. Hinta-laatu ei kohdannut 1400 € 6 yötä.
• Robert (9/5): Großzügige, ruhige Zimmer in Nähe zur Altstadt. - Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und ordentlich, wenn auch insgesamt das Hotel schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Lobend ist zu erwähnen, dass auf den täglichen Handtuchwechsel verzichtet wurde. Der Roomservice wurde nur nach Bedarf aktiv. Der Frühstücksraum war leider sehr kühl und wenig attraktiv gestaltet. Leider war auch die Frühstücksauswahl sehr dürftig. Darauf kann man getrost verzichten. Insbesondere da die Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet sind.
• Stefan (8/5): - besonders schön war das Eck-Appartement mit schönem Licht trotz der Wintertage. Frühstück hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können, Kaffee-Automat dauernd kaputt.
