- Nadine (7/5): Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Preis-Leistung stimmt allerdings nicht - Schönes Hotel in sehr toller Lage. Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Urlaub zu dritt als Familie: Wir hatten ein Doppelbettzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein. Beim Einzelzimmer war eine verschlossene Verbindungstüre zu einem anderen Zimmer aber nicht zu unserem Doppelbettzimmer. Das wäre ideal gewesen, hätten wir diese zwei Zimmer, die Verbindung gehabt hätten bekommen. So war das Einzelzimmer mit der verschlossenen Verbindungstüre eher unangenehm, da alles gehört wurde, was im Nebenzimmer gesagt und getan wurde. Viel zu wenig Schallisolierung und zu klein, man konnte sich kaum bewegen. Der Preis für diese zwei Zimmer war somit für zuwenig Komfort insgesamt viel zu hoch auch wenn die Lage top war.

Preis-Leistung stimmt, es gibt halt grössere und kleinere Zimmer, die grösseren sind besser! Wir hatten auch schon einige male ein upgrade. Alle sind sehr freundlich für uns perfekt. Die kleinen Zimmer können unter Unständen sehr klein sein !

It was such a beautiful experience on the water in beautiful Venice.and help - It was modern and the water taxi was right next to it making it very convenient if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. The room was a little compact, but nicely decorated.

Everything felt elegant and thoughtfully designed. The staff was attentive and wonderful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Just one small heads-up: at check-in, they may hold your room a little longer than necessary, encouraging you to relax, eat, and enjoy a drink at the restaurant before handing over the room key. After a long international flight, you might just want to rest in your room first. Still, it was a lovely experience overall! I can't think of one thing I didn't like.

It is located right on the Grand Canal, but not so close to the major tourist attractions that it feels overwhelming. Most tourist attractions were about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. If you would like to be close to attractions without being right in the center of it all, this is a great location. There is also food options and shopping nearby. Be sure to ask the receptionist for their local recommendations- they did not disappoint!

- AME (10/5): - Das Hotel hat einen sehr guten Standort. Das Personal war aussergewöhmlich fteundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und mit vielen frischen Obstsorten. Das Hotel sehr ruhig und die Zimmer sehr stillvoll eingerichtet. Ein sehr gepflegtes und gut geführtes Hotel.

- RAPHAELA (10/5): COMPLEANNO DA SOGNO A VENEZIA - La bellezza della posizione dell'hotel sul Canal Grande è impagabile, soprattutto per la vista dal balconcino della junior suite che si affaccia sul canal Grande. Siamo arrivati con il taxi acqueo ed è stato subito sogno. Dall'attracco si vedevano già le decorazioni natalizie dell'Hotel e l'accoglienza dello staff è stata all'altezza di tutto l'ambiente. La Junior suite molto spaziosa, con zona relax e vasca dorata a vista ci ha permesso di viziarci un po e godere della superba vista. Staff e servizi veramente all'altezza.

- Robert (8/5): sehr zentrales und gut angebundenes Hotel der Oberklasse - Sehr sehr gutes Frühstück, auch seit Jahren dasselbe Personal,sehr höflich und zuvorkommend! Kommen schon länger hierher,die Zimmern werden nun älter und renovierungsbedürftiger, aber trotzdem großer Komfort! Allerdings ist nun das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis etwas zum Ungunsten verschoben.

- James (9/5): Location, comfort and staff are all excellent- we would stay at Palazzo Barocci again. - Great location, very comfortable, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient ‘boat stop’ right outside the hotel. Excellent view of the Grand Canal from Junior Suite balcony. Bar snack options were quite limited but well served.

- thiagohcardoso (7/5): Esperava mais - O hotel se localiza em frente a uma estação do Vaporetto. O café da manhã era bom com uma equipe atenciosa e eficiente. Apesar do hotel ser localizado em frente a uma estação de Vaporetto, o que facilita esse tipo de locomoção, poderia ser melhor localizada para quem busca se locomover a pé. O hotel fica localizado a cerca de 10min dos pontos de maior movimento, o que não seria um problema se não estivesse em Veneza com muitas escadas. Achei o hotel caro para o que ofereceu.

- Claas (10/5): Alles war perfekt! - Wir hatten die Juniorsuite mit Terrasse gebucht, das Zimmer mit Bad gemütlich, modern mit venezianischem Charme, aber die Terrasse einfach nur grandios, riesig mit Blick auf die Rialtobrücke und die verschneiten Berge. Traumhaft ! Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und obendrauf eine Geburtstagsüberraschung mit 1 Flasche Prosecco und kleinen Naschereien. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Venedig.
