Mi llegada Una recepcionista realice la fila y me dijo que me fuera a otra fila debido a que ella estaba atendiendo a un grupo , el cual no tenía a nadie y los que llegaban tarde del supuesto grupo los atendían primero y la única fila que estaba para atender al personal en general estaba demorada y ella no quería atender , otra fue que en el restaurante el mirador fui a desayunar con mi grupo que me Encontraba y la señorita de la entrada me dijo que no podía entrar debido a que tenía reservado la terraza para un grupo el cual ese restaurante no hay reserva me pareció de mal gusto que me negara desayunar donde no se realiza reservación y guardar al grupo que no estaba en el momento que yo iba a desayunar. Algunos del bar en la noche se les pedía bebidas y demoraban y no prestaba atención. En las reservaciones de los restaurantes para la cena ponían mucho problema a mi esposo una señora le dijo que solo tenía derecho a una reservación por la 3 noches me parece una falta de respeto pagar por 3 noches y tener solo derecho a una reserva , al día siguiente me acerqué con un chico muy amable y me la realizó sin ningún problema. Demoras en realizar aseo en la habitación .Yo pagué por un servicio el cual por haber otro grupo negaban servicios a otros . Me pareció una falta respeto ver prioridades para algunos .

Les prestations des repas proposés et des équipements et installations à disposition des vacanciers sont de très bonnes qualités, sans oublier l'ensemble du personnel qui a été très aimable et attentionné. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Yocelin Garcia qui a toujours été attentive et engagée envers le bon déroulement de notre séjour, en étant toujours souriante et disponible! Nous recommandons cet hôtel !!

- Tatiana (10/5): Estadía inolvidable entre amigos. - Viajamos con varios amigos y nuestra experiencia fue increíble. La comida estuvo deliciosa, las instalaciones impecables y la atención del personal fue excelente. Disfrutamos mucho la zona de snacks, los diferentes bares y, por supuesto, la playa y el mar, que son simplemente espectaculares. Todo superó por completo nuestras expectativas. ¡Totalmente recomendado! Como aspecto a mejorar, sería ideal contar con sombrillas en la playa, ya que el sol es bastante fuerte y esto haría la experiencia mucho más cómoda para los huéspedes.

Also, Francisco, at the mid-level pool bar, is fantastic! Everything else was underwhelming at best. If you do book one of the suites, be aware you HAVE to check-in and out in the VIP area, and check-in took over an hour due to one person working there vs. the 5 people that were not busy at the main desk. The water in the shower took over 5 minutes to get lukewarm, and if you wanted hot, it needed to run for closer to 10 minutes. The microwave wasn't plugged in, the phone didn't work (and when we did get one that did, literally nobody answers the other end for any department except the bellboy, so you have to end up leaving the room anyway). The food in the buffet is so bland that its honestly not worth bothering with. There are several restaurants nearby that know what seasonings are and how to use them, and they aren't expensive. If you do eat on property, the themed restaurants are the only ones with decent options (only open for dinner and require reservations). While they can do currency exchange, dont expect them to have big bills, expect all $50's, which is very inconvenient when getting the pesos equivalent of $100. They also dont refill the fridge drinks daily, which is part of every other all-inclusive I've ever been to, so you have to ration your waters/sodas/beers, or physically go down the desk to request the service (because they wont answer the phone when it does work). They also only have 2 sm9king areas, and are militant about it. Definitely non-plussed with the overall experience. Best part of the trip was leaving the resort for a full day.

Cuando llegue la recepcionista no me atendió amablemente, le pregunté si había una posibilidad de mejorar algo ya que solo veníamos dos de tres personas y me dijo que no, sin ofertar nada extra, ninguna opción. Además, fue muy cortante. Buffet rico, pero podría ser más variado y más mexicano. Tres restaurantes, que debes reservar haciendo fila, podría ser más moderno y hacerlo online. La charla de oferta al hotel es demasiado larga, podría ser más corto.

Минибар пополняется ежедневно, выдается вода. Удобная территория и выход на пляж. 1. Персонал на стойке регистрации плохо говорит по-английски и их трудно понять. Они толком не могут объяснить некоторые организационные вопросы. 2. Не понравилась система бронирования столиков в ресторане мексиканской и итальянской кухни. Мне указывали несколько разных мест, где бронируют, нужно стоять в очереди, есть квота на количество резерваций и в результате оно просто не стоит того, чтобы поесть обычных спагетти и тако. 3. Сотрудник отеля потратил почти час моего времени предлагая мне какой-то тур по комнатам и требуя предоставить данные банковской карты. Я долго не могла понять, почему для резервации столика в ресторане мне нужно полтора часа ходить по отелю с экскурсией и почему для этого нужные данные банковской карты. Это было очень неприятно. Не делайте так с гостями, которые не хотят быть невежливыми с сотрудниками и вынуждены терпеть попытки навязать им какой-то рекламный тур, вместо 1 минуты на бронь ужина. 4. Отель достаточно старый и номера тоже выглядят старыми. 5. Нет ни тапочек, ни халатов. 6. Отель не предоставляет трансфер в аэропорт или на/со станции поезда.

The staff are amazingly friendly.It's not exaggerated.It feels like family, and they want you to have a good time.And relax and be carefree. The beach is amazing.This location is in the right spot! When we checked in, we were upgraded to ocean view Room. Because the room that we reserved was not available. And they were 99% full. We were completely grateful for the upgrade. However, upon getting to the room, the room was not clean. The room also had mold in the bathroom. It also had a hole in the bathroom ceiling where some bugs were crawling out. And the phone did not work. And a couple of the lights were out in the ceiling and the track lighting, and also one lamp at the bed had no light bulb. So once I did get ahold of someone at the front desk by calling on my cellphone., they sent someone up to fix a phone which they took a phone from another room. And brought it to our room. But as far as the bugs and whatnot, they said they could not help me because they had no other room to send me to, and we had to sleep there that night. And so we just went to a store and got some bug spray and started killing the bugs in the bathroom. So and we went and bought extra sheets because the room actually looked like they meant to clean it. But they missed it, there was still some person's deodorant in the bathroom. As well as a towel on the bed. So we did not end up changing rooms. The next morning, we did go to the front desk and let them know again that something was wrong with our room and they said that they had to wait until people checked out. In order to move us, so we just decided to enjoy our vacation and just go buy some extra sheets. And just deal with it because the location is beautiful and the people I could tell that it was not their fault and I didn't want to get anyone in trouble for missing cleaning the room.

Las opciones gastronómica se repetían constantemente y la oferta de proteínas se limitaba a pollo y cerdo, con una ausencia total de cortes de res. Además, el sistema de reservas para los restaurantes especializados es ineficiente, ya que los cupos se agotan de inmediato y se percibe una clara discriminación a favor de los socios de la membresía. Por otro lado, la presión por la venta de dichas membresías resultó agobiante. El personal de ventas es excesivamente insistente, lo que transforma la estancia en una experiencia ingrata en ese momento.

Drinks on the pool bar are useless, no alcohol, all ice. The bartenders have so much attitude. We had 4 cocktails, zero impact. They do not even make it passionately, they act like they are doing a favour on you. 2. The food and even ala carte restaurant are pretty low quality. The food is not at all interesting. Desserts are so bad. 3. Some of the staff are racist. They only take care of white skin and do not even bother or talk to non white skin people. 4. No umbrella on the beach. While other all inclusive resorts have much better on the beach infrastructure for their people.

You've been warned, don't make the same mistake. As other negative reviews say the food was atrocious. Even if you book a premium, ocean facing suite - you will be disappointed if you paid more than $200 per night. It's not worth it. I don't know how this hotel has a 8.0 rating, even 5 would be too generous.

Granted, I only went to the buffets, but not a lot of healthy options. And it didn’t taste good. The service could have been 100% better. I was asked how I was enjoying my stay, one time, and that was when I checked out. When I came to the hotel, the Bell boy in the elevator with me, opened his hand and showed me some Quarters that somebody had tipped him. He told me this was useless and what was he supposed to do with this? I had been checked in for a total of three minutes at that point. This is my third trip to Cancun and hands-down. It’s the worst service in the dining room, the front desk. The section I stayed in was very old, the furniture in the room and in the lobby is dirty. I am saddened to tell you it was an absolutely horrible experience.

I tend to be a picky eater, and the buffet still had so many delicious options, pushing me to branch out. I Can’t emphasize enough how friendly and hard working the staff are. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Lots of entertainment at the pool throughout the day, and fun shows at night. Rooms were a little hot, would’ve liked a fan or some kind of air conditioning. Beach had some seaweed build up along the sand and in the shallow water, kind of had to jump over it to get to the water lol. If you don’t mind the seaweed, the beach is still a great option! (I acknowledge that this is mostly out of their control.)
