The staff was incredibly kind, responsible, and went above and beyond to create a comfortable environment for us. A huge plus was their flexibility—when we checked out, they allowed us to store our luggage in their storage room completely free of cost! This is incredibly helpful and a fantastic vibe for travelers. Highly recommended!

- Maike (6/5): Preis-Leistung OK - Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Betten nicht durchgelegten. Das Personal war durchgehend nett und bemüht. Der Frühstücksraum war bei der grosse des Hotels ausreichend, allerdings war die Sauberkeit nicht immer gegeben. Zwischen den sauberen Tellern oder dem Besteck waren auch immer noch schmutzige Teile, die vom versonal stupide einfach mit hingestellt wurden. Beim Frühstücksbüfett fehlte mir persönlich due Beschriftung der angebotenen Lebensmittel. Es war nicht immer klar ersichtlich was es war. Bei der grosse des Frühstücksraumes fehlte auch ein Tablett um das Geschirr zu transportieren, es wäre dadurch für für Hotelgäste auch einfacher für Teller und Tassen sicher zwischen den Stühlen hindurch zu transportieren.

- Rafaela (7/5): - É confortável, limpo. O jantar não achei que valesse o preço pago. Muitos grupos de excursão, os elevadores não são suficientes pra atender a quantidade de hóspedes. É um hostel bem grande com muitos andares. A localização é bem distante, tem que andar um pouco pra pegar o Tram, do Tram vai até a estação de metrô. Ônibus é mais demorado. A limpeza tem que ser solicitada. Não tem a opção de comprar sabão pra usar a máquina, no supermercado só tinha embalagens grandes. Deveriam vender sachês pra lavar a roupa no hostel. A equipe não é muito simpática.

- Andrea (3/5): - Objednávala jsem přes Booking, kde byl pokoj popsaný jinak - 2 ložnice, TV, povlečení, ručníky. Nic z toho na pokoji nebylo. Muset si vyzvedávát ručníky a povlečení na recepci a nést je přes celý hotel a následně si povlíkat postel - s tím jsem se ještě nesetkala. Na recepci v českém hotelu se domluvím pouze anglicky? Vážně? Velké zklamání.

- Tom-Lou (8/5): Très bien - Convivial et agréable, rencontres faciles, prises partout sûres tables et près des lits, propres, confortables, sécurités présentes, ascenseurs rapides, Lidl à 100m Bières onéreuses (4.17€ la Stella Artois) parfois bruyant en bas avec de grands groupes (écoles), terrasse ferme à 22:00. Pas de métro à proximité, il faut prendre le tram ou le bus qui va vers Zelivského (ligne A) Si vous sortez le soir tard il n’y aura que des tram de nuits.

- Marta (8/5): Celková spokojenost až na nedostupnost českých TV programů. - Čistota, na přespání nám to vyhovovalo. K dispozici TV, ale velké zklamání byly pouze německé programy. Vadilo mi, že jsme v ČR a nejdou české programy. I v Egyptě jde alespoň čt24!

- Renata (6/5): - Do tohoto ubytování jezdím pravidelně, protože mi vyhovuje klidná lokalita ale se skvělou dostupností do centra. Ubytování je relativně tiché Bohužel letos neuklizený pokoj.. buď jsme měli smůlu na personál nebo se v rychlosti připravil po jiných ubytování. Ale všude byl prach, koupelna jen na oko otřená. Během snídaní by bylo dobré častěji otírat stoly. Myslím že by bylo fajn projít všechny pokoje a vyzkoušet funkčnost světel a zásuvek. Na pokoji 1501 nefunguje nic okolo manželské postele. Zbytečně to kazí dojem z jinak fajn ubytování.

- Pavlína (4/5): Jedná se o velikánský hotel, který je využíván především studenty na různých pobytech. - Hotel odpovídá ceně, na přenocování je to ideální volba. Personál se snažil být milý, avšak jedná se především o cizojazyčné pracovníky. Hotel měl již přes Booking požadavek na fakturu, tu jsme nedostali, na recepci nás odkázali na email hotelu. Na ten opět nikdo nereagoval. Další urgent přes Booking. Stále se nic neděje. Ještě se mi nikdy nic takového v jiném zařízení nestalo, vždy je vše připraveno předem. Takže snad se povede.

- Zryka (1/5): - My experience at this hotel was very bad and completely unacceptable. After checking in and placing my belongings on my assigned bed, I went out for a while. When I returned at night to sleep, I found another person sleeping in my bed with the exact same bed number and access card as mine. When I went to the reception around 6 AM, the staff handled the situation very poorly. They told me there was no manager available and they could not open another room for me. Instead, they asked me to find another bed in the room and sleep there until morning. This was extremely unprofessional and made me feel unsafe and disrespected as a guest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bed bugs, changed room 2 times in 4 days,still bitten all over. Rashes everywhere on my body. Crowd is usually teenage groups in excess of 30, 40. Too noisy. No dinner options for hostel guests, only for groups. Guests can only have breakfast at hostel.

- Olena (7/5): Все добре, але можно на нічний час найняти охоронця на паркінг. - Ввічливий персонал. Гарне розташування. Чисто та комфортно. Вранці коли вже виселились і пішли до своєї автівки ( готельний паркінг був оплачений) виявили , що в автівку влізли вночі, бо все було перевернуто. Вкрали набір ключів для ремонту авто вартістю 100 євро. Усе коштовне було з собою, то вирішили не гаяти часу і не сповіщали адміністрацію. Пишемо для того , щоб власники автівок були уважні, так як територія не огороджена та не охороняється.
