• Tracy (8/5): - The location was excellent, all the beds were very comfortable and the staff at the main desk were very pleasant and friendly and very very agreeable to allow a slightly later check-out and luggage storage The furnishings were dated and the kitchen could use with a refresh but the whole unit functioned as we needed.

• Reema (10/5): Highly recommended - The appartment was on two levels, one living room in the G floor, and one large and one small rooms in the basement, and it was very clean with housekeeping twice a week. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. Special thanks to Ahmed, who was very helpful and cooperative. Even after we left, he contacted us about items we forgot and kept them safely for us. One of the best people we’ve dealt with. The only downside was that the apartment doesn’t have good sound insulation, so it can be noisy at times.

I’m truly impressed with the service and support provided. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality and willingness to accommodate any additional needs. Highly recommended! Because the properties at the corner during weekends you may hear people and car noises but that is not at all bothering.

Unit is tired and needs revamping. Photos were not a true reflection of the standard of the property.

I met a couple of times with the owner Mr. Ahmed he was trying to fetch the money asking 3 times if the price for everything we asked. Over priced and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

• Hazel (1/5): Disappointing & and unpleasant more of a motel, I left the hotel on first night. - Not at all a 5 or 4 star hotel, smelled, was old, and simply at best a 3 star hotel. What a disappointment. I am currently commencing litigation for lack of providing what was advertised as I handed them the keys back and left the next morning for an actual 5 star property. I do not write reviews but felt important for people to know and for me to keep as a record for my attorney. It was on the street, noisy, people smoking in front of door, staff included, was old everything, was smelly and more like a motel. Not at all what is represented.

• Ahmed (10/5): Premium location - The apartment in spacious and located in a premium location. The kitchen had all what you need for your stay. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place for the location and the staff. One of the bedrooms was very small, but still usable. The bed mattresses were not that comfy, and the furniture was old, but still in good condition. These issues did not effect our stay and will be coming back.

Beds were worn out and uncomfortable. All the appliances were very old. Cleaning service were supposed to do their job 4 times during our stay but only came twice AFTER having to remind them two times.
