• Maria (8/5): Sauber und ordentlich - Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber und gut. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Die Tiefgarage ist kostenlos. Eine Metro-Station liegt 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Lage an der Autobahn ist für Leute, die mit offenem Fenster schlafen sehr ungünstig. Aber deshalb kann man sich ja die Karte vorher anschauen. Ein Fahrstuhl war kaputt - es gibt zum Glück zwei. Aufgrund des Harry Styles-Konzerts war das Hotel mit 200€/Nacht unverhältnismäßig teuer. Frühstück kostet 18,25€. Wir haben es nicht genutzt.

Shower was a joke - drain clogged, water everywhere as the box doors didn’t seal to the floor, and there was no shelf for shampoo or soap. Really stupid design! Sink is tiny so hard to wash face. I didn’t have breakfast but they tried to charge me for it insisting I had. Overall not a great impression. Super pricey for the rubbish that it was.

• Bram & Karin (7/5): Voor één nachtje Amsterdam prima - Badkamer en dan met name de wastafel; die was zo smal en met een planchet erboven was het niet mogelijk normaal je tanden te poetsen en viel het spoelwater op de grond. Receptie personeel had geen telefoonnummers/visitekaartjes van taxi bedrijven, zodat we dit zelf moesten uitzoeken. Bij aankomst was lift buiten gebruik, dag erna nog steeds. We hadden niet het idee dat er actie op werd genomen.

• Anna-Lena (7/5): - Der kostenlose Tiefgaragenplatz. Ich fand es gut, dass man den Aufzug und in die Bereiche der Zimmer nur mit einer Hotelkarte benutzen konnte. Der Aufzug von der Tiefgarage ins Hotel hat nicht funktioniert. Ggf. mit mehr Gepäck umständlich. Man konnte wirklich erst ab Punkt 15:00 Uhr einchecken. Die Mitarbeiter haben auch gar nicht mit sich reden lassen, ob man vielleicht vorher ins Zimmerrein kann.
• Katharina (5/5): - Le personnel était très poli. Le lit était très confortable. La salle de bain et donc la chambre sentait les égouts. Pas de bouteille d’eau à disposition - on invite à boire l’eau du robinet, mais avec l’odeur de la salle de bain, ça ne donnait pas vraiment envie. Le check-out devait se faire à 11h - nous étions prêts à descendre à la réception à 10h50, mais la personne à la réception a procédé à notre Check-out sans nous prévenir une demi-heure avant avec la conséquence que notre badge / carte clé de la chambre ne commandait plus l’ascenseur. Nous avons dû descendre les 9 étages à pied avec nos bagages. Le prix était exorbitant à cause d’un événement qui a eu lieu ce week-end.

Ingen mørklægningsgardin på værelset, kun nogen røde gardiner som blev lyst helt op så snart det var lyst uden for. Pletter af insekter som var blevet kvast i loftet. Glas dør ud til badeværelset. Elevatoren var ude af drift. Personalet var ikke særlig service minded.

• Sandra (1/5): Schlechtest Hotel in dem ich je war. - Wenn ich etwas sagen muss, das mir gefallen hat, dann wäre es wohl das es eine Tiefgarage gab. Das Zimmer war dreckig (Toilette nicht geputzt, Boden dreckig, überall kleine Häärchen im Bett). Heruntergekommen. Meine ganzen Buchungsdaten waren nicht sicher. Auf E-Mails keine Antwort bekommen. Das Personal vor Ort war maximal mittelprächtig. Nachdem ich nicht am Check in warten wollte, nachdem ich den Zustand vom Zimmer bemängelt habe. Würde ich angemacht warum ich nicht ans Zimmertelefon gehen würde. Ich hätte schon mitgeteilt, dass dieses Wohl nicht funktioniert. Da das Zimmerpersonal nicht mehr vor Ort sei, könne man mir nur ein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Die hatte zwar keine Flecken auf der Klobrille, aber trotzdem mehrere Haare im Bett und war auch sonst genau so schäbig wie das Erste.

Bettwäsche dünn und mit Löcher. War auf dem Stuhl ein T-Shirt von andere Leute.Viel Staub.Decke ist dünn. Weit von Centrum 6km.

• Martina (2/5): Nie wieder - Das Restaurant Die Zimmer, sehr schmutzig,die Lage, man kommt mit der Hotelkarte nach 24 Uhr ohne Klopfen/Klingeln nicht ins Gebäude. Frühstück bis 9 Uhr.... Und dann hatte ich ein Hotel dieser Gruppe näher zum Zentrum ausgewählt, wurde jedoch im Anschluss zu diesem weiter außerhalb gebucht.

El servei de neteja de les habitacions no existeix, però el més greu és que un cop vaig tornar de les vacances uns (8 dies més tard) vaig veure un cobrament a la meva targeta provinent de l'hotel, d'un sopar i dues begudes pel valor d'uns 40 € que jo no havia consumit. Després de parlar diversos cops amb ells, i de tractar-me de mentider, vaig tornar a insistir, i gràcies a l'ajuda de Booking els he pogut recuperar. Espero que sigui un fet aïllat i no l'hi passi a ningú més. Imagineu-se si l'import inventat hagués sigut molt més alt... És normal cobrar a la teva targeta un suposat sopar 8 dies més tard? No es cobra al moment? Molt fraudulent em sembla a mi tot plegat.

• jodyf483 (2/5): Terrible experience - Vacationing in Europe, this was the second stop for us. So very dissapointed, the rooms where unclean, the bed linen dirty, the room smelt of smoke. Not a good first impression. We stayed 1hour, and booked another hotel on booking .com. The 2 ladies at reception, where kind and understanding. Unfortunately, they wouldnt give a refund on the room or the tax, that had been paid. I couldnt get out of there fast enough.

Er moet echt wat gedaan worden aan die deur van de ging want een kamer ernaar is drama vond zonde van het geld door de ligging van de kamer. Ben hier in december ook geweest en toen was het perfect Het was een mooie kamer maar naast de deur naar de gang dus schrok meerdere malen op de nacht wakker door de deur die dicht gegooid wordt omdat deze niet meer fatsoenlijk rustig sluiten. Er moet echt wat gedaan worden aan die deur van de ging want een kamer ernaar is drama vond zonde van het geld door de ligging van de kamer. Ben hier in december ook geweest en toen was het perfect. Zorg alsjeblieft dat die deuren gemaakt worden en niet meer keihard dicht kunnen slapen want ik wil nooit meer naast z’n deur zitten want slapen is niet te doen met die deuren

• Andreas (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen !!! - Dazu kann ich leider nichts positives berichten Kommunikation außerhalb der holländischen Sprache sehr schwierig. Bad/Toilette und Dusche extrem klein. Gebucht wurde für ca. 900 Euro, Mehrwertsteuererhöhung und Kurtaxe erhöhen die Kosten auf 1000 Euro. Am Ende wurden die Einzelübernachtungen mit zusätzlichen Kosten für Frühstück und eines Kaffees (3,50 Euro) ,der von uns weder bestellt noch getrunken wurde, zur Gesamtsumme von 1311 Euro abgebucht. Bezahlung beim Check in und Rechnung beim Check out lassen eine Kontrolle nur bedingt möglich. Der nächste Trip nach Amsterdam wird uns definitiv nicht in dieses Hotel führen !!!

• Kyriaki (5/5): - Lo único que nos gustó es que estaba relativamente cerca del centro. *No limpiaban la habitación a diario y nos quedamos 4 noches. *Queríamos una toalla extra para la niña porque eramos 3 y ni nos la dieron, incluso muy mal educado el recepcionista. *Bajamos nosotros mismos la basura y pedimos extra bolsas y ni siquiera querían darnoslas. Teniendo un bebé de 1,5 medio hay que cambiar varios pañales. La habitación era bastante pequeña para poder aguantar el olor de los pañales 4 noches. *Bajo la cama parecia que no se había limpiado nunca. *Puede ser que sea la cultura holandesa pero en el resto de Europa (España y Grecia ) que hemos viajado también, pagado casi 800 euros para 4 noches, te tratan mejor, te limpian la habitación diario y las instalaciones son mucho mejores. *Demásiado caro para lo que es el hotel y lo que ofrece. NO recomendable.

• Branislav (8/5): Very good location and polite staff. - We were able to check in even before our scheduled time, the staff at the counter were really polite. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes form metro station and around 20 minutes form the big supermarket. Our rooms weren't cleaned during our stay, since the hotel have the no everyday cleaning policy. I found it somewhat strange.

• Ana Karen (8/5): Agradable escapada y roadtrip en Amsterdam en buen hotel (con sus condiciones a anotar) - La habitación bastante bien para el precio, pude tener una junta de trabajo en el escritorio y el wifi funcionó muy bien. Tambien las camas eran separadas pero pudimos unirlas y estaban super cómodas. El mini frigo fue un plus que nos ayudó mucho para llevarnos snacks para el viaje. El baño estaba bien pero el lavabo era extra mini para lavarme la cara o lavar utensilios de cocina. La limpieza del hotel en general estaba bien (pero no leímos bien y era parte de sus reglas) EL ASEO NO SE HACE más que si lo pides en recepción, no basta poner el bastón en la puerta. Para la tercera noche ya no teníamos papel de baño y las toallas quisimos cambiarlas pero ya era el últim odia, así que mejor resolvimos nosotros. Igual vimos que podeiamos pedir todo en recepción pero no lo supimos hasta el fin de nuestro viaje. En general muy bien, si volvería ahora conociendo más el hotel.
• Befree79 (7/5): Viaggio in Olanda - Hotel posizionato fuori dal centro di Amsterdam che pero' e' raggiungibile con 15 minuti di metropolitana. La fermata piu' vicina e' Overamstel che dista circa 10 minuti a piedi. Presente un parcheggio sotterraneo nella struttura dell'hotel compreso nella tariffa della stanza. Personale alla reception abbastanza disponibile per le informazioni. Camera non tanto grande e con arredamento basico. Letto singolo comodo. Buona colazione con prodotti sia dolci che salati e con omlette preparate al momento. Problemi gia' in fase di prenotazione con i loro strumenti informatici hakerati e invio di mail truffa. Problemi con la richiesta del pagamento anticipato della stanza pena la perdita della prenotazione, in fase di prenotazione gli estremi erano altri. Bagno piccolissimo senza bidet e con un lavandio inutilizzabile a causa di una mensola proprio sopra di esso (la parete a SX e' tutta libera, la mensola spostatela li). Doccia con temperatura dell'acqua non costante, durante l'utilizzo ogni tanto arrivavano getti freddi o troppo caldi. Stanza mai toccata dal servizio pulizia in 5 gg di soggiorno. Va bene il "non inquinare" ma una pulita al pavimento con un'aspirapolvere ogni 2 gg si poteva dare..... Circa 200 euro al giorno, rapporto qualita'/prezzo scarso
