Lo staff cordiale. La stanza piccolissima, il materasso scomodissimo che sprofondava. La moquette non era stata pulita durante il nostro soggiorno. I mobili non venivano spolverati. Scarsa insonorizzazione.

• Anna Miriam (9/5): Ottima posizione, albergo molto curato - L'albergo si trova in una zona eccezionale, sei in centro ma non in mezzo alla parte affollata. Inoltre, si trova vicino a una zona residenziale molto bella e al meraviglioso Vondelpark. La camera, sebbene piccola, l'ho trovata molto curata, con finiture di livello e soprattutto pulita. Inoltre, in albergo era sempre disponibile l'acqua e il caffè. Staff molto disponibile. Sicuramente ci tornerei. La camera era molto piccola e il rapporto qualità prezzo non era dei migliori. Mi rendo però conto che il prezzo poteva essere condizionato dal weekend selezionato (ponte del 1 maggio).

• Niina (8/5): Location, location, location - Excellent location close to attractions. Room was clean and breakfast was surprisingly good. We had a room in the basement and the stairs down required a bit of effort with suitcases. There was also a lot of humidity downstairs, which you could smell in the hallways.

• Courtney (8/5): Room for Improvement - The location of this hotel was good, it was central and close to tram lines. The rooms are incredibly small, but I guess that is the norm for Amsterdam. On the weekends it can be quite noisey as there is a bar across the road open until 3am. The aircons switched off every 2 hours which couldn’t be controlled so at night it got very warm. An additional pillow would have been nice as well.

• risingsloth (9/5): Cozy place in great location - perfect for somewhere to rest after a packed day - It has the perfect location and room was cozy. Always available free coffe is nice and makes great smell in the lobby. The heating was a bit off - for the first 2 days it was either full throttle or turned off - made the first night a bit bumpy and a bit tricky to manage the room temperature but nothing hard to solve.

• Violetta (10/5): We really enjoyed the stay here! - The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a good variety of foods, as well as the complementary coffee/tea in the lounge zone. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. There is a slight problem with the sound from outside as well as from the rooms above. For example when the people in the room above were coughing we could hear them. But it was not very big of a problem for us and did not affect the sleep at night.

Con of staying on a "below street level room": Breakfast area is on the floor above the rooms, so guests moving chairs can be loud.

Müze için internette sadece satış olduğu ve bilet kalmadığı yazıyordu ancak onun yönlendirmesiyle gidip alabildik. Şehri gezebilmek için bavullarımızın çıkış sonrası otelde kalması için rica ettik. Kabul etti üstelik almaya gittiğinizde kahve ikram etti. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz keşke hep böyle insanlarla karşılaşsak (kalmadığımız için içten yazıyorum).Otel temiz, merkezi, güvenli.

• Carla Leticia (10/5): Aconchego com localização excelente! - De tudo! A começar pela localização, perto de tudo! O nosso quarto era aconchegante com todas facilidades disponíveis. Staff muito educado. Quarto estava muito limpo. Não tem.
• Silva (8/5): Boa relação qualidade/preço - Tivemos um upgrade e o quarto era bastante espaçoso. A cama era muito confortável e o ar condicionado funcionava muito bem. Tínhamos sempre disponível café e água na sala de pequena almoço, gratuitamente. Gostámos muito do serviço prestado na recepção e foi em geral uma boa estadia. O quarto era um pouco escuro e a carpete e as portas eram de menos qualidade mas isso não afetou em nada a estadia. Ouvia-se um pouco o barulho de outros quartos e entrava luz por de baixo da porta mas nada de mais. Este hotel fica um pouco longe do centro mas conseguimos andar para todo o lado e era uma boa zona.
