• MARINA (8/5): В общем не плохо, но второй раз здесь не остановлюсь. - Понравилось расположение отеля, чистота, ежедневная уборка, персонал дружелюбный, стараются помочь а любом вопросе. Наш номер был крошечный, окна выходили на задний двор- вид никакой. Мало крючков в санузле, полотенца висят рядом с унитазом. Некоторые крепления сломаны, похоже не проверяли номер перед заселением. Завтраки не вкусные, от слова совсем, хотя есть разнообразие. Но яйца только в вареном виде, выпечки никакой, есть простой хлеб и 4 вида сладостей.

• Mehtab (9/5): Lovely, well located hotel. - Lovely hotel, clean, well located close to metro and close to commercial areas. Can accommodate for a few parking spots which is very rare for this location in Istanbul. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were very comfortable and i had a beautiful view of a mosque from my window.
• Matija Nikolić (9/5): Very comfortable hotel near the old city centre with very friendly staff - The hotel is near the M2 metro and the T1 tram line, so you can quickly go to any part of the city. The staff were super friendly and regularly checked if everything was fine. The room itself was nice and clean, bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and tidied up every day. The breakfast provided was superb, with plenty of options to choose from. All in all, it was very nice for my solo trip to Istanbul Noise isolation was not very good; you could sometimes hear the other guests talking and slamming doors from the other rooms. The wifi was not always working properly.

• 31Claudius (1/5): A fuir... - À la limite l'emplacement maison ́’a pas eu l'occasion. d’en profiter. Nous avons réservé une chambre lit king size. On est arrivé à 5h du matin et on nous a emmené dans une chambre semblant correspondre à notre achat, mais un appel de la réception au concierge et on nous a mis dans une petite chambre avec 2 lits séparés, qui puait la cigarette (la fenêtre était ouverte en arrivant) une clin réversible très bruyante et inefficace pour chauffer la pièce. On était trop fatigués pour batailler et on a passé la première nuit (ou ce qu'il en restait) à se cailler. On a demandé le lendemain matin une chambre correspondant à notre achat et on nous a mis dans une chambre encore plus petite avec un lit standard 140* 190 ... la salle de bain ne comportait aucune VMC ou autre type de circulation d'air, toute la vapeur des douches s'épanchait dans la chambre, le matin ça sentait les égouts et l'évier avait du mal à s'évacuer... le pire ce sont les murs qui ne sont absolument pas insonorisés et qui nous ont fait vivre jusqu'à minuit passé les discussions enflammées entre le voisin et son père au téléphone sans se soucier de savoir s'il e**erdait les voisins, et celles (toujours au téléphone) d'un réfugié Syrien qui parlait très très fort, qui occupait 2 chambres de part et d'autre du couloir, laissant les portes ouvertes et ses enfants jouer dans le couloir... jusqu'à minuit passé.... On s'est barré (pas d'autre mots) le deuxième jour pour un hotel plus clean et silencieux... Bref, expérience horrible, je ne recommande à personne c'est invivable... et en plus, hors tarif promo c'est extrêmement cher pour ce que c'est. ...C’est tout cela que nous n'avons pas apprécié.

• Mohammed (8/5): رحلة جميلة قصيرة - أعجبني موقع الفندق قريب إلى حد ما من محطة ترام اكسراي ومترو ينيكابي والمطاعم ومحلات متنوعة وقريب من بلدية إسطنبول ومقابله من الطرف الثاني جامع كبير، والموظفون رائعون خاصة السيد علي والسيد اتام وحقيقة كافة الموظفين بلا استثناء متفانون ويلبون أي خدمة تطلبها بصدر رحب وهم أحد أهم أسباب نجاح هذا الفندق، ونظافة الفندق تمام التمام والفطور حلو ومتنوع وتتغير بعض الأصناف يوميا وليس نفس الأصناف يوميا بلا تغيير مثل العديد من فنادق إسطنبول الأخرى. لم يعجبني فقط أنه على صعدة ( طلعة ) للقادم إليه مشيا من محطة الترام

The bathroom was smelling bad sometimes, from the ventilation.The wood floor was swollen in some parts oh the room. •From what I could tell, the heating was through the floor, but it only worked in 2/7 nights, and the rest we had to use air conditioning and it was kind of cold the first hour upon staying im the room.in those evenings. •The cleaning staff was kind of rude at times. In the first day, one of them entered our room without knocking or asking. Other times we asked them to come later after we left for the day for cleaning the room, but they told us it would not be possible (though they did cleam the room later). The beds were actually 2 separate put together to form a queen size, but we could feel the "rift". I would have expected for dpuble couple room to have different beds than singles im a 4*.

The location is great and close to all the major tourist attractions. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. Breakfast was nice overall, but on two of the three mornings there was no omelette available — only boiled eggs. I consider an omelette a breakfast staple, so this was slightly disappointing. The rooms could have been cleaner — the doors and window frames were smudged. There were no hooks in the bathroom, so there was nowhere to hang towels. The bed was also a bit squeaky.

Неплохие завтраки. Для семьи их 3 человек трехместный номер был маленький, окно-щелка, правда с видом куда просили, но если бы сообщили, что окна почти нет, бог с ним с видом)1 узкий одностворчатый шкаф, которого не хватило. С шумоизоляцией номеров тоже не очень. Завтраки с 7 до 10, в 9 горячего уже почти ничего нет...

L’établissement est très propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, à proximité du métro et du tramway, avec de nombreuses commodités autour, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus pratique et agréable. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 105, qui est spacieuse, très bien agencée et vraiment confortable. Franchement, tout était top, surtout avec un bébé de deux mois : l’espace, le calme et le confort nous ont permis de nous reposer sereinement. Le personnel est attentif, toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à aider à tout moment, même en pleine nuit. Leur accueil chaleureux fait vraiment la différence. Une mention toute particulière à Ayten, la femme de ménage, qui a été exceptionnelle durant tout notre séjour. D’une grande gentillesse et très professionnelle, elle a rendu notre chambre impeccable chaque jour, avec un soin et une attention remarquables. Étant une cliente très exigeante sur la propreté et l’organisation, j’ai particulièrement apprécié sa manière de travailler : elle faisait toujours le tour complet de la chambre, jusque dans les moindres coins, avec une rigueur impressionnante. On avait vraiment l’impression qu’un grand ménage était fait à chaque passage, ce qui est rare et extrêmement appréciable. Elle s’est également adaptée à notre rythme avec le bébé, avec beaucoup de discrétion et de bienveillance, ce qui nous a énormément facilité le séjour. Le jour où elle était en repos, nous avons immédiatement remarqué la différence dans l’entretien de la chambre, ce qui montre à quel point son travail est précieux. L’hôtel a vraiment de la chance de l’avoir dans son équipe. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour très agréable.

• Aliya (4/5): - Месторосположение, обслуживание на ресепшне, завтрак Было не чисто и я попросила все вытереть, они вытерли но все равно было не чисто, везде волосы чьи то, на кроватях, в уборной. Холодильник тоже грязный, в крошках, подставка деревяная под чайником и стаканами тоже был грязный. Я сама вымыла холодильник и эту подставку, волосы чьи то в душевой тоже сама убрала. В комнате постоянно присутствовал запах сигарет, из за этого у меня обострилась аллергия и я не могла нормально дышать, всю ночь спали с открытым окном чтобы хоть как то избавиться от запаха.
