Reception was helpful explaining a map of town As advertised my room had kettle, mini fridge (on the floor) safety deposit box. It is true that the hotel has a lift to upper floors but it must be mentioned that entering the hotel is up awkward steps without a ramp. I knew my single room would be small, but the window had frosted glass and the window catch was ancient and broken, so sadly it was effectively a window-less room. Poor sound insulation: my bed was badly located along the wall next to the neighbour's bathroom / toilet. Key access, not keycard. Constant (too) loud music at reception should be lower volume.

El personal súper amable, quien me recibió me mostró un mapa y me dio todas las recomendaciones de que visitar. Además es súper limpio y el desayuno muy variado. Lo súper recomiendo. Estás a 10 min de todo entonces es muy fácil. Y 2 min de la terminal. No necesitas taxi. La zona de noche también es muy segura porque hay muchos hoteles y restaurantes cerca.

A localização do Hotel é muito próxima a estação central de Florença, facilitando a logística para quem viaja com malas.

Due to the middle east war we have been unable to travel to Italy due to security concerns. We asked for a refund or postponement but to no avail. No concern or caring at all. Very cold hearted. I would not go within a mile of this hotel. If this is their attitude they are very uncaring and that would translate into the service you would receive.

If you have plans to see the Tuscany region, or other day trips planned, to nearby towns, meeting point is usually by the train station. You can go to Venice in the morning and come back in the evening with no hassle. The breakfast option was great, eggs, sandwiches and fruit included, besides the normal italian corrneto and cappuccino. The staff are very friendly.
