A limpeza do quarto só é feita a cada 2 dias, ou seja paguei 5 diárias e o meu quarto só foi arrumado 1 vez! O hotel é antigo, carpete velho. A localização não é boa, perto de Winter Garden, o que é bom, mas sem nenhum atrativo, lugar feio.

The first room he gave me was stank as if a dog been in the room, even though this facility supposed to be pet free... But people still sneaking them up but any ways he changed my room and it was nice.... Great job!

- Joseph (1/5): - Not much Well let's start with the arrival in the room at 62 degrees yesterday 62. It's all about keeping house keeping cool at not the guests being comfortable upon arrival. Second the shower curtain was barely long enough to keep it in the bathtub. Then needed a jacket to eat breakfast that included potatoes that were nearly still frozen inside with some too loud music in the background. So ya not good.

The standing water caught insects that were in the room the next morning. I didn’t move while there because I wouldn’t know what other problem would occur in another choice. - ShankerB (8/5): Decent for a night - Stayed here 1 night for attending a team meeting nearby. A bunch of us from our company stayed here. Decent hotel but pretty old and shows it age in furniture, light switches, bathroom furnishings, etc. Check in was quick. they have coffee in the lobby but most times it was lukewarm - a small pantry to buy water, candy, etc. they have a pool and gym but i did not use it. Had a good night's sleep and the internet was good.

There were parts of the room that were run down. It looked like there was mold/mildew under the desk by the big mirror. The floor under the fridge looked like it was rotting also. Minor things that did not effect our stay, but worth fixing for future guests.

The toilet didn’t seem to work well from the beginning. We were able to change rooms and it was much better overall, but that toilet continued to run unless the handle was lifted. Needs repair.

Thank you for being so kind and having a well run hotel - It was well kept, the staff was very attentive and friendly and the value for the extra touches were amazing. I’ve traveled a lot in the past two years between Florida and Kentucky while relocating and staying at a Marriott hotel by far surpasses any other. The staff-from the GM to the kind woman at the breakfast bar-were all so kind. We stayed for almost a week during a stressful time; the kindness of the staff was A plus! The coffee could be keep up in the lobby.

- 480DebbieR (10/5): Everyone at the Fairfield was sooo kind and accommodating!! - We loved this hotel! Called and talked to Jonathan at front desk before checking in. He was very professional and willing to go the extra mile to help us! We had a few requests and he was soooo kind and made sure our request was met. Maryann at front desk when we arrived was beyond kind as well. We were traveling all over Florida and so we went out in the parking lot to our car and were trying to juggle some luggage and packages around in the car and the manager. Dan came outside and said ‘would you like a cart? Do you need some help with that?’ I mean, who does that?! The place was wonderful, our stay was great and everyone there was beyond kind! And our breakfast was delicious too and we just had such a perfect stay! We will definitely make sure to come back this way and come to this Fairfield whenever we are anywhere around Orlando!!! Great place, clean, quiet, and outstanding hospitality!
- paulwC7985ZD (10/5): Great Customer Service - We were in a bind last minute to get rooms for 6 employees for the following week. I attempted to book through the Marriott website, but it was giving me issues because of the number of rooms. I called the hotel directly and spoke to Dan Temkin. Not only did he take care of getting us he block of rooms in short order and making it possible for me to use a company credit card without being present, but he went over and above to ensure that everything was taken care of for the employees. We then had to book a following week and he made sure that we were taken care of again. Kudos to Dan and the entire staff at this hotel.
