• Miyuki (10/5): またすぐにお世話になりたいホテルです - スタッフが気持ちよく迎えてくれました。滞在中出かける時も帰ってきた時も、いつも気持ちよく迎えてくれるので、安心して観光を楽しむことができました。 サンラザール駅のすぐそばなので、バスの便も多くどこにいくにも便利な立地でした。 部屋も毎日綺麗に掃除してくれるのも気持ちがよかったです。明るく広々とした部屋で、バスタブ付きなのもとても嬉しかったです。

• Zoran (8/5): As a summer hotel it is correct. But be aware that it does not have heating in the rooms. - We liked, location, quiet room, comfortable beds. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was helpful. We have expected room to have heating because during our stay it was very cold in Paris (4-5 degrees in the morning). But room is equipped with cooling only. On our request, staff has provided us with a portable heater so the problem was solved. But we ask ourselves, how is this hotel functioning during winter ? Is it closed during winter season? On booking page for this hotel there is no information that this hotel does not have heating. If we knew this information we would not reserve it.

• Janine (8/5): Small but comfortable - Location was good I didn’t like that we had to hand in the key each time we left. Mostly because they never checked who we were on return. We just said our room number and they handed us the keys. It was not always the same person, so I was concerned anyone could ask for our key. Plus we did have someone open the door one evening see us and retreat quickly.

• Elena (10/5): Сделать так, чтобы оплата сразу осуществлялась, без дополнительных блокировок. - Локация отеля потрясающая! Все в шаговой доступности. Рядом вкусные рестораны. Отель очень чистый, ухоженный и все новое. Уборка ежедневная. Удобные кровати и хороший санузел. Самое приятное - персонал отеля, большое спасибо работкам ресепшен! Система бронирования через блокировку средств на карте. Это неудобно.
• sevcan (5/5): I dont think i will stay again there - I like location , it is so close all metro I think the room is not so clear, everyday they want our room card while we are going out so i ask why it is ; about security they answered??? I dont think it is about security . When we put on the door’dont clean room, they always enter room and tidy up so why? I hate that system . Breakfast is not so super. Just one person is so smiley others are not. I think i wont stay there again

• Dawn (9/5): A perfect choice for a couple of days getaway in Paris - Close to stations and this easy to move around the city. Also close to some great restaurants. Staff were very helpful and attentive. I stayed with 2 other girlfriends so the room being able to accommodate 3 single beds was ideal. Tap pressure was poor but shower was good and hot so not really a problem.

• ATAK BİRCAN (8/5): fiyat performans açısından olur bir otel - konumu çok güzel. saint agustin ve saint lazare duraklarına hemen yürüme mesafesi bu yüzden tercih ettik zaten. temizlik de çok iyiydi housekeeping hanımefendiye teşekkür ederiz. kötü yönleri odada hiçbir ek ısıtma yoktu (klimada) o yorgunlukla lobby ile de görüşmedik çok soğuk olmadığından, onun dışında yalnızca ve yalnızcs sabun ve temiz havlu sağlıyorlar başkaca herhangi bir olanak yok. en önemlisi de oda küçük olduğundan sığmakta çok zorlandık, oda çatı katında olduğundan kafamızı sürekli çarptık ve duşa sığamadık:) söylersek belki çözüm bulunurdu ama paris’i keşfetme heyecanından açıkçası aklımıza gelmedi, ama o odayı bence vermemelier kimseye çünkü 175 boy üstü sığması zor. insan sesi gelmiyor ancak asansör sesi çok geliyordu odaya aşırı rahtsız etti gece. bir de yataklar çok küçük ve rahatsız. bunları resepsiyona da ilettik çıkışta. resepsiyon görevlileri güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. paris gibi bir yerde fiyat/fayda dengesi düşünüldüğünde bulabileceğiniz “okey” seviyesinde bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum. teşekkürler charing cross. asansör gürültüsü, çatı katı oda, küçük yataklar

• Silvana (10/5): Hotel con magnífica ubicación para disfrutar de París. - La ubicación es excelente ,a unos pasos de la estación de Saint Lazare con conexión de trenes de metro con cercanías (RER) que conecta el centro de París con aeropuertos (Charles de Gaulle ,Orly) y atracciones como Disneyland y Versalles. El vecindario es tranquilo y seguro para explorar la ciudad ,muy cerca de Centros Comerciales ,cafeterías y restaurantes. Las instalaciones limpias ,ordenadas y acogedoras. El personal es amable y educada. En definitiva,un hotel al cuál volvería muchas veces para disfrutar de París al máximo.

• kim (10/5): - Nous étions trois femmes à séjourner dans cet hébergement, et l’emplacement était idéal : nous pouvions faire presque tout notre programme soit à pied, soit avec une seule ligne de métro. Comme il y avait trois lits simples, nous avions peur de manquer d’espace pour ouvrir nos valises, mais l’un des lits était un peu à l’écart, ce qui nous a laissé suffisamment de place. C’était vraiment agréable. La salle de bain était également spacieuse et très confortable. Nous nous retrouvions après longtemps sans nous voir, et nous avons pu rire et discuter tard dans la nuit dans le logement. C’était possible grâce à la configuration des deux chambres séparées. La chambre et l’emplacement correspondaient exactement à ce que nous avions demandé à l’avance. De plus, ils ont gardé nos bagages après le check-out, ce qui nous a permis de profiter du voyage jusqu’à la fin en toute tranquillité. Enfin, il y avait toujours quelqu’un à la réception, même tard le soir, ce qui nous a fait sentir en sécurité. Globalement, c’était un séjour très satisfaisant. Je recommande ! Nous étions logées au rez-de-chaussée. À partir du deuxième jour, peut-être à cause de l’aération faite par le personnel de ménage, nous avons remarqué 6 à 7 petits papillons de nuit près du lit à l’intérieur de la chambre, posés ou en train de voler. De plus, le côté de la douche s’est fissuré (ou a cédé) après une journée. Nous entendions aussi de temps en temps un bruit régulier, probablement celui d’un train, sans en être totalement sûres. Cependant, cela n’a pas posé de gros problème pendant notre séjour. Enfin, la plupart des personnes à la réception étaient aimables, mais il vaut mieux garder à l’esprit que ce n’est pas le cas de tout le monde.

• nathalie (7/5): bien situé très propre et le personnel est très à l'écoute. - Très bien situé près de la gare St-Lazarre, la literie était bien, la chambre et l'hôtel était très propre SDB petite et la baignoire aussi (style sabot), et elle était assez haute, du coup il faut faire un peu de gymnastique en l'enjambant pour entrer et sortir.

Metieron las 3 camas en un espacio que no era apto para 3 camas...
