• Hanae (9/5): - フィレンツェの中心駅からトラムで移動でき、トラム駅からも比較的近いので便利でした。チェックイン前の荷物預けもスムーズで、チェックイン時に帰ってきた時には荷物を部屋に運んでおいてくれました。 部屋は二人滞在にぴったりの大きさで、ケトル・ティーセット・簡単なバスアメニティ・ドライヤーなど欲しい物がほぼ揃っていて助かりました。周辺は落ち着いた住宅街らしく静かで、ベランダに出て景色を眺めることもできました。少し歩いたところにスーパーもありますし、一階には簡易的なレストランがあるので朝食や夕食、バー利用もできました。 鍵はナンバーを入力する形式で、建物自体に入る時と部屋に入る時の2回必要なので、セキュリティも万全だと思います。 市税の支払いがpaypalのみだったのが若干不便でした。

Possibilité de navette quelque soit l'heure du vol (pour nous c'était à 5h du matin, moyennant 15 € par chambre). Conciergerie pour déposer vos bagages si vous arrivez tôt le matin. Restauration sur place si besoin. Hôtel parfait pour votre dernier jour avant le départ.

Bus access from the central train station was easy and we used it to spend the afternoon in the center after we checked in. For 3 travelers, with phones, hearing aids and other items to charge there weren't many electric outlets

Good mattress. Great shower. Nice bar. We were there on a Monday night and most restaurants were closed. Hotel was a lifesaver as they serve food. Not staffed overnight.

• Andrea (10/5): Hidden Gem Near The Airport - This is a hidden gem of a hotel near the airport. We loved it. The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the outdoor space and the dinner options were delicious. Great shuttle to the airport at 4:15 am. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing in our opinion. All was great and hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

• Omri (9/5): I would reccomend to anyone looking for a place to rest close to the airport - The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was comfy. There is a bar at the lobby to buy food, snacks and drinks which was nice and also a vending machine to buy bottled water in just in case. The hotel itself is about 8 minutes walk from the tram that can take you to either the city or the airport (1 stop away). The location is a little bit weird but other then that it was ok.
• Rooh (9/5): Convenient, clean, and comfortable - The hotel is convenient to the airport and the T2 tram line (Guidoni stop, one stop from the FLR airport), the room was quiet and comfortable. Coffee provided was instant which is not the best but understandable. Sadly, the hot water kettle did not plug into ANY outlet in the room and we couldn’t make the coffee! When you’re getting up at 4am to get an early flight, that’s a real bummer!

• Laura (8/5): Muy bien. - Está muy cerca del aeropuerto, y el tranvía lo tiene bastante cerca para poder moverte. La habitación está limpia y es cómoda. Tiene cafetería para poder desayunar y dan comida y cena si no es demasiado tarde. Perfecto para lo que necesitábamos.

• Serena (8/5): Great place to stay before an early morning flight. - Very convenient for getting to the airport the next morning (a few minute's walk from the tram), and very kind about holding onto our luggage. It's not a fancy place, and breakfast isn't included. But it was perfect for our needs.

Hotel was able to arrange a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. Our room had a very bad sewage smell. If we had have been there longer we would have been requesting another room.

• Catherine (7/5): Functional - The staff was lovely, the bed was comfortable and we had a surprisingly good dinner despite the lack of obvious restaurant facilities. The outside terrace was really nice. It was about as bland and boring a facility as it could be. Square room, discount store-quality furniture, not a piece of decor to be seen. It was functional, and if that's all you want, it was fine. We were there for a night to catch an early flight, so it worked. For a longer stay... you might want something a bit more elaborate. One beef... why oh why do hotels make up the beds like this one does??? There was a flat sheet only on the bottom (not a fitted), then the remaining bed clothes were tucked in so that when you pull them out to get in the bed, you essentially unmake the whole bed. It is so customer-unfriendly, I will never get it!

• Andreas (9/5): Sehr angenehme Unterkunft gleich am Flughafen. - Super Lage nahe am Flughafen, trotzdem ruhig, sehr sauber und gräumig. Freundliches Personal. Das Essen an der Bar war zwar aus der Mikrowelle, aber trotzdem lecker. Leckeres Frühstück. Die Kissen waren äußerst unbequem.

È già la terza volta che alloggio lì ed è diventato il mio hotel di riferimento quando devo venire a Firenze. L' accoglienza è sempre cordiale e le stanze molto confortevoli.

• Aneta (2/5): Stay away from this hotel! - Vi valde hotell Franchi på grund av närheten till flygplatsen. Väl inne på rummet visade det sig att det luktade starkt cigarettrök i badrummet och dessutom var det otroligt smutsigt på golvet. Vi erbjöds att byta rum men det var samma lukt i det andra rummet. Ventilationen fungerade inte särskilt bra så det blev alldeles för varmt i rummet. Vi rekommenderar inte det här hotellet, inte ens för en natt🙁. Det mesta!
