• Christoph (7/5): Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. - Das Frühstück zum Preis-/Leistungverhältniss hat gepasst und die Lage ist gut, man ist mit dem Bus oder Tram in 20 Minuten bei Central Station in Amsterdam. Das Frühstückbuffet befindet sich im Untergeschoss.

• Libuše (8/5): - S ubytováním i snídaní jsme byli spokojeni. Doprava z nádraží do hotelu je velmi rychlá a bez přestupů. Doprava z hotelu do centra města je bez problémů a pohodlná. Personál byl velmi milý a vycházeli nám vstříc. Uložení zavazadel před registrací i po odhlášení z hotelu nám dost usnadnilo pohyb po městě.

Con uber 15 minuti dal centro e 15 minuti dalla fiera Rai Buona pasticceria /caffetteria, a 100 metri l inquilino del piano sopra un po rumoroso, come anche gli avventori dei locali al piano sottostante. Sala colazioni non molto invitante al piano interrato.

• Pruginić (6/5): Für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück und für zwei Personen etwas zu teuer. - Sehr nettes Personal Das um 23Uhr kein Warmwasser zum Duschen vorhanden war. Das war wirklich sehr ärgerlich! Das Personal tröstete uns damit, dass zu viele gerade das Wasser brauchen aber selbst nach einer Stunde war es immer noch kalt. Somit war es für mich abends duschen unmöglich.

• MARILIA (7/5): Good price value if you are not too picky. - Well connected! The breakfast staff was extremely polite. Bathrooms seemed recently renovated. My room in particular was in a “weird” part of the building. Many people passing by the window all the time. The curtain had a whole from burning (?) and next to the bed, there was a stain that I want to believe it was coffee.

Ich bin mit einem Kleinkind angekommen, sehr aufgewühlt - weil die Ferienwohnung die ich zuvor gebucht habe, aufgelöst wurde die Buchungen wurden aber nicht storniert! Stress 😬 pur mit einem Kleinkind!!! X.o Hotel war eine tolle Alternative auch wenn um einiges teurer als geplant. Die Infrastruktur um d.Hotel ist super 👍 Der junge Mann an der Rezeption, hat erklärt wie Check in digital bei Ihnen funktioniert, hat meinem Kind einen Kuscheltier -Panda 🐼 geschenkt. Ich hätte mir eine Minibar bzw. Minikühlschrank gewünscht!

Le monsieur à l'accueil qui s'occupait du check out a été très désagréable et impoli!!! On arrivait pas a effectuer le check out sur la machine car il demandait d'introduire les 3 premières lettres du nom de famille qui est ELM et cela ne fonctionne pas. On lui demande de l'aide et il a soufflé et est venu brusquement mettre EL et effectue le check out et part sans nous dire que c'est fait et qu'on peut partir!!!

AC did not work had to have the window open which is fine but sometimes annoying. Whole place could do with a re vamp looking very tired, clean but tired. Was a good 30 minutes to the city via bus

Nous avons donc manqué de papier de toilette et de serviettes - nous devions aller en chercher tous les jours. La dernière journée, il a manqué d’eau chaude. On m’a d’abord dit que c’était trop de gens en même temps et plus tard, que c’était un problème mécanique. J’ai tenté d’appeler 5x à la réception, sans jamais qu’on me réponde.

• Robert (3/5): Pouze se špunty do uší. - Velmi pohodlná postel a ložní prádlo, přátelský personál. Bohužel je hotel situován u velmi rušné silnice s tramvajemi, přímo pod hotelem je promenáda tureckých občerstvení a restaurací. Celou noc jsem si připadal na jedné velké párty. Bydleli jsme v 1.patře a hluk byl opravdu nesnesitelný. Proto hodnotíme nízko.

• Amanda (8/5): Good value of money - It is a nice and good value for money in Amsterdam. Good access to tram to Amsterdam city centre and there is a direct bus (30 mins) to Schiphol airport. The corridor to the room is reflected by the name of the hotel: infinity.

• Gunar (10/5): Nice hotel in the middle of location with many immigrants. - the hotel is really good. I really like the room. the staff were super friendly. Our kids got presents from the staff as check in gift which is a pleasant surprise (Thank you very much!). The supermarket Jumbo and Albert Heijn are near. And there are lots of restaurants around. This is not something that the hotel can do. But the location is in a place with lots of Turkish immigrant. We stayed when turkiye won and went through the world cup. They celebrated by driving around in front of the hotels honking their cars, threw fireworks from 11PM to 1 AM. I have nothing againts any races, but honking cars for 2 hours in the middle of the night is stupid. There could be babies or old peoples. So, yeah. Do anything with this info.

• Möllers (8/5): Preis Leistung stimmt. Wir würden wieder kommen - Das Zimmer ging nach hinten. Das war gut, denn vor ist eine laute Straße. Aber hinten war leider eine Baustelle. Außerdem brummte die Lüftung sehr laut.
• Guillaume (8/5): Un bel hotel au coeur du quartier musulman d'Amsterdam - La qualité des lits, de la chambre, de la salle de bain, et tout est beau. Le monsieur de la réception le matin. Le quartier extrêmement bruyant le jour et la nuit. Et le carrefour avec des beaufs qui font ronfler leurs moteurs à tout moment.

• talha29 (3/5): - Die Lage war Top, wenn man komplett Amsterdam bzw. rundum sich anschauen will, dann ist das Hotel die richtige Wahl. Unkomplizierter Check in am Schalter. Wenn man nicht weiter wusste, haben die Mitarbeiter geholten. Unkomplizierter Check Out am Schalter. Wenn man nicht weiter wusste, haben die Mitarbeiter geholten. Vorausgesetzt, man ist damit fine, dass man über einer Essensmeile schläft, die abends/nachts sehr laut ist. Fenster sind nicht dicht. Rauch Geruch von außen gelang hinein. Abluft im WC ebenfalls keine Filter oder ähnliches vorhanden, sodass man den Geruch aus den entweder Nebenräumen oder oben bzw. untenliegenden Räumen wahrgenommen hat. Klimagerät war entweder ausgeschaltet oder hat nicht funktioniert. 2 Tage unseres Aufenthaltes waren sehr warm. Dies konnten wir nicht dem Klimaanlage nicht kompensieren.

• Mika (10/5): Absolutely very nice place to stay in Amsterdam! - Breakfast was good. Maybe more fruits would be nice. Coffee was very good although from coffee machine. Location was very good. From Schiphol airport to hotel in single bus. Also connections to downtown brilliant. The room was nice and very quiet and beds comfortable. The service was very friendly.

• Rafał (8/5): - The hotel is quite conveniently located. It’s easy to get there from the airport by bus, and traveling from the hotel to the city center is also hassle-free — both a bus and a tram stop almost right in front of the entrance. The staff is very friendly, the room had a large, comfortable bed, a safe, and tea and coffee making facilities. The housekeeping lady replaces the towels daily. On the downside, while the room is generally clean, it’s not spotless — you can tell the cleaning is done rather quickly. It’s also a pity that there is no fridge in the room, especially since there are several grocery stores nearby where you can buy food.
• Leana (6/5): - Von außen sah das Hotel wenig ansprechend aus, aber von Innen hatte es eine gute Ausstattung. Vor allem das Bad war schön. Der selbstständige Check-in war auch top. Die Lage war in Ordnung. Man brauchte knapp 30 min in die Innenstadt, was total fair ist, da die Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel gehalten hat. Leider bekamen wir aber ein Zimmer direkt im ersten Stock. Nachts strahlten uns die Lichter der Fastfoodshops total an. Außerdem standen dauerhaft Männer vor unserem Fenster. Da es keine verspiegelten Fenster waren, fühlte man sich nicht ganz wohl. Außerdem konnte man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Es gab zwar eine Klima, aber frische Luft wäre auch angenehm gewesen.
