- Deborah (8/5): Fancy, nice staff, but not the best value for money. - The staff are really helpful and were some of the best points of this hotel. The facilities are also good, they feel quite new and very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was quite small, and we were upgraded so we were not in the most standard room. For the price I’d hope it was larger. Also, I was expecting there would be a common area with a view to the Eiffel Tower, but it’s only their best rooms that have the view, so the property itself has no view. The spa is beautiful but costs 60€ per person for 90 minutes, also feels a bit excessive when you are already paying their rate.

Customer service appears to work on a strict “pretend it didn’t happen” policy. For anyone wondering what the issue was — arriving at 9pm to find the room hadn’t even been cleaned or prepared was a lovely surprise. Four phone calls and an hour later, it was finally sorted, 5 star hotel?? They offered me a refund on my room service, a spaghetti bolognaise, and glass of wine as an apology! It’s impressive really — most places at least attempt damage control, but the silence here is consistent. If responsiveness matters to you after your stay, manage your expectations accordingly. Would’ve preferred a reply over being ghosted, but apparently that’s part of the experience too.

- Florence (10/5): I enjoyed my self, it was a weekend get way for my birthday. - Breakfast was great and location was wonderful I didn't like the fact that I had to ask for the champagne and birthday decorations I pre- paid for when I arrived, I was expecting everything to be there before my arrival, thanks to Diana from the bar who contacted the manager on my behalf to have things set up.
- Eman (3/5): غير جيد والسعر مبالغ فيه .. الاثاث قديم جدا - لا شيء ولا يستحق المبلغ ابداً السعر مبالغ فيه مقابل الخدمات والجوده الموقع غير جيد بعيد ومافيه شي جنبه مقاهي ،مطاعم، سوبرماركت، صيدليه…. الاثاث والفندق قديييم جدا رائحة الفندق غير جيده النظافه متوسطه الخدمه بطييييئه جدا مايتسحق المبلغ ابداً جيت على توصيه ان الغرف كبيره بس اخذ في فندق ثاني غرفه صغيره بخدمات وسعر افضل ولا اخذ غرفه كبيره والخدمات والروائح سيئه وبعيد عن الاماكن السياحيه يوجد شطاف ولكنه لايعمل بشكل جيد لاتوجد ثلاجه لايوجد ميني بار

- Antonio (10/5): La perfezione - L’albergo in generale è davvero molto bello, la Hall è imponente e curata e si avverte un profumo molto gradevole, credo sia Ambra. Siamo stati in occasione del nostro anniversario di matrimonio e ci hanno riservato una bella sorpresa( upgrade della camera vista torre eiffel e champagne e frutta in camera con tanto di palloncini ). Il personale gentile ed attento alle nostre esigenze. Tt perfetto ! Nulla

- LovesholidaysLondon (6/5): Overpriced - I did find this hotel a little disappointing for the money. The location is good and door staff very helpful and welcoming. Check in was slow . There is not a proper restaurant for dinner and the menu that is available in the bar is very limited.
- covert_db (2/5): Poor service, would not return - The service was pretty atrocious. Over 50 dollars was fraudulently but unapologetically added in charges. Housekeeping made noise in the halls, socializing. I was given a late checkout, but still a number of staff came knocking, hours in advance: "Are you leaving?" Each time, the 'do not disturb' button had been on.

- AtozM (10/5): Pampering customer service - My comment is regarding the reservation process with Mia Blanchard with the hotel. I needed to extend a reservation for a client staying in Paris on a river cruise. Mia has been a wonderful gift! She linked the reservations and helped with early morning transfers to CDG. Thank you! I am confident that my guests will be pampered. I managed resort hotels for my entire life and her customer service has been exemplary of a team member who deserves recognition. I need to share her genuine sense of hospitality. It is people like Mia that have a passion for this industry and senior management needs to be aware of your message. Mia made her entire company look FABULOUS!!

- Muhammad (8/5): - ארוחת הבוקר לא עשירה במיוחד, ובהחלט שאפשר לגוון ולשפר אותה. in the last day, sunday , after we did check out, we waited in the hotel loby for out taxi to ariive for more than 45 minutes and we did not understand why he is not arriving , then we decided to go out and check what is happening around, we were suprised to find out that there is a marathon is being held and the streets near the hotel were blocked for cars, so we started to walk away from the hotel for more than one kilometer in a rainy day untill we find a steet that is available for cars and then we contact again taxi driver to come. we were late for the airport for one hour and we almost miss out plane. we still can not understand why when we did check out in the hotel receiption, they did not tell us that there is a marathon being held and all the streets are blocked and there is no way that a taxi can arrive to the hotel, they saw that we come with packages and it was obvious that we are leaving the hotel to the airport. please make the receiption workes more alert for this situatuions! thanks a lot, muhammad
- Brian (9/5): Prachtig hotel in het hartje van Parijs! - Prachtig hotel in het hartje van Parijs met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis upgrade van de kamer. De kamer was mooi en heel ruim met twee badkamers inclusief twee toiletten, en twee ruimtes met elk een tweepersoonsbed en tv. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid en zeer lekker! We vonden het een beetje jammer dat één van de twee tweepersoonsbedden een sofabed was. Het sliep wel prima, maar voor zo'n grote en luxueuze kamer hadden wel 2 volwaardige tweepersoonsbedden gemogen.
