- Marina (6/5): Average for the hotel price. - Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The pillows were absolutly hard and horrible. We had headache everytime we woke up.
- Jamestraveller (9/5): - Lovely big spacious room with a powerful shower and we had a nice but small balcony. Plenty of storage space, also had a small fridge, coffee maker and a safe. Our large bed was very comfortable. We had a good selection of hot and cold buffet food for breakfast which was delicious. The hotel is in a good location with a train station just 15 minute walk and bus options but found the roads very busy. The staff are really friendly, everyone made our stay enjoyable, thank you. The walls are quite thin so we could hear when other rooms were taking a shower, using the toilet or walking above, this only affected us on our last night when the room occupancy went up.

- Suzanne T (10/5): I chose this hotel because of its "wonderful" rating. It lived up to that rating. - The hotel was charming, clean, fresh and modern and the staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. We were able to store our luggage prior to checking in as well as the next day as we explored Florence. The parking situation. The street is very narrow and parking is limited. There really isn't a place to stop or park to check-in, etc. I knew there was a parking garage provided by the hotel but couldn't find it. You have to have them direct you. However, the front desk staff explained the situation, personally walked us to the private parking garage and showed us what to do. I should have asked for instructions prior to arrival but I didn't know what to expect. It all worked out though!

- Álvaro (10/5): Excelente - El hotel está entero reformado y las habitaciones son muy amplias y todo súper limpio. El desayuno muy completo y están atentos en todo momento por si necesitas algo. El hotel aunque sea de 2 estrellas ofrecen servicios como si fuera de 4 estrellas. Lo recomiendo 100% Está un poco retirado del centro pero es una zona residencial tranquila y en un cómodo paseo de 15-20min se llega andando al centro.

La chambre etait assez spacieuse et confortable, bien équipé. C'était propre et calme. C'est possible de se garer à proximité. Le personnel agréable. La wifi etait moyenne. Il serait bien de mettre des moustiquaires. Florence est une ville rempli de moustiques et nous en avions beaucoup dans la chambre. Donc prévoir de quoi se protéger

- kmac (9/5): Quaint, clean, comfortable hotel with great breakfast - Hotel Orcagna is quaint, clean, and comfortable, just outside the busy part of Florence but still very walkable for anywhere you need to go. Noise from the streets was not an issue at all. Our family of four stayed for three nights. Breakfasts are great, and the women who run it truly want to make it the best. Highly recommend! Keep in mind that for the quadruple room, only the shower and toilet are in a separate area, and the door is made of frosted glass. The sink is in the main part of the room. Just some things to be aware of, based on your privacy needs.

Hôtel vivement recommandé. - l'accueil, la chambre (vue sur le Diomo), la propreté, le changement de linge, la disponibilité du personnel, malgré la barrière de la langue parfois, le petit déjeuner (copieux et varié, l'accès aux transports en commun facile à 5mn , malgré les travaux énormes du Tram... la douche: peut-être la fermer un peu plus pour éviter les éclaboussures. Sinon rien à dire sur les équipements sanitaires

- FABIEN (9/5): Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel confortable. - Légèrement à l’écart du centre historique (30 min de marche). Quartier calme. L’hôtel est très propre. Nous avions la chambre du 5eme étage avec terrasse, jaccuzi et vue sur le Duomo. Côté petit dej, ras sans être le mieux qu’on ait eu de notre vie. Personnel très souriant et agréable.

From the photos, I thought there was a hot tub we would have access to. However, it's only for the people who stay in apartments there. I would remove it from the pictures so as to not create false expectations.

Segnalo anche che al momento del check-in mi è stato fatto un upgrade di camera e mi è stata assegnata una bellissima camera molto spaziosa con vasca idromassaggio! L'unica cosa che posso consigliare è di fare in modo di oscurare maggiormente le finestre perché chi ha il sonno debole potrebbe essere un problema la luce che filtra dalle tende già dalle prime ore del mattino

Pulizia impeccabile, stanza dotata di tutti i comfort, materassi e cuscini molto comodi, insonorizzata, TV a grande schermo.Bagno funzionale con doccia spaziosa e detergenti disponibili in quantità. Tutto il personale incontrato è stato molto gentile e professionale. Colazione abbondante e ricca con prodotti di qualità, opzioni salate e disponibilità di frutta fresca. Disponibilità di libri negli spazi comuni. Nulla da segnalare.

- Manuela (9/5): - Wir waren total begeistert über die Freundlichkeit und den netten Service im Hotel. Frühstück war super ! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Bus und auch zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum . Gerne wieder !
- Intilla (10/5): Un bel anniversaire pour mon petit-fils et un merveilleux moment de partage pour nous trois. - Tout d'abord l'accueil a été parfait, la chambre, malgré que nous soyons arrivés très en avance, était déjà prête. Nous avons bénéficié de l'appartement situé en rez de jardin. Livré dans un état impeccable avec une grande salle de bain et un équipement cuisine tout neuf. l'hotel est situé à la limite du centre historique que l'on atteint en une 1/2 heure de marche ce qui est préférable car la circulation y est très difficile et cela permet de visiter calmement. Je dois ajouter que la rue située à 50 m de l'hôtel est très commerçante et enfin un grand parking à environ 200 m permet de remiser à peu de frais ( 32 € pour 3 jours) la voiture.Il est préférable de prendre la sortie Firenze sud pour atteindre facilement l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner parfait. Le séjour trop court, car l'école commençait 3 jours plus tard pour mon petit-fils. La montée du Duomo (463 marches)à 69 ans ça devient problématique mais ça vaut le coup.

- K. (9/5): Fijne kamers, heel vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt! - Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, lekker en goed verzorgd. Verder reisden wij met de auto en was het heel fijn dat het hotel een eigen en betaalbare parkeerfaciliteit had. Iets minder fijn was dat de wasbak in de kamer zelf was en niet in de badkamer.

- Bruno (10/5): Florence déjà visitée et à redécouvrir - Accueil et la disponibilité de l'équipe de l'hôtel. Le calme et les prestations et attentions à l'égard des hôtes. Petit déjeuner complet et varié . Cafetière et jus de fruit à disposition gracieusement dans la journée . Quartier calme la nuit mais vivant les soirées . Pas grand chose . Une fois que vous avez maîtrisé les transports les trajets et horaires tout devient facile . N'oubliez pas de télécharger l'application At des transports collectifs extrêmement bien fait et indispensable . La distance par rapport au centre de Florence n'est pas un handicap au contraire cela permet de souffler un peu en fin de journée .

Clean hotel. 20 mins walk into town. A few local shops / restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Not much choice and all “hot” food was cold (eggs on toast). Staff were helpful though and made a fresh cappuccino when asked so that was nice.

We had a two bedroom room on a top floor with a large terrace - view of the Duomo from the terrace! Rooms were clean and modern. There was very little privacy in the bathroom. It was in the middle between the two bedrooms and open to both.

Klein und familiär mit sehr nettem Personal. Schlechte WLAN Verbindung, in unserem Zimmer befand sich das Waschbecken im Zimmer, es wäre besser gewesen, wenn es im Badezimmer integriert gewesen wäre, um die anderen Personen im Raum nicht aufzuwecken. Beleuchtung am Waschbecken beziehungsweise Spiegel hat gefehlt, teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, was die Wände betraf.
