- AMY (8/5): A budget friendly stay in a great location with only a few inconveniences. - The location is fantastic. The room was spacious and well appointed. Most of the desk staff was friendly and helpful. The shower heads have been installed at a great height and are not adjustable, causing the shower water to hit the wall opposite (in a tub/shower combo!). Great for rinsing your hair, not so much for rinsing your body. Additionally there was long hair on our bathroom floor that didn't belong to us. Parking was a huge challenge. We have a very large vehicle and had to do a ridiculously tight parking maneuver to get into the provided space. It would be useful if the hotel asked about vehicle size in advance, and assigned the front larger spaces to large vehicles, saving the alley squeeze spaces for smaller vehicles.

Très propre Table avec 4 chaises, petit évier, micro-ondes, frigo, machine à café dans la chambre. (en plus du café et infusions, disponibles en permanence, dans la salle du petit dej.) Petit coin dehors avec une petite table et deux chaises. Bonne isolation phonique. Le parking est compliqué… mais il y avait des places ! Souci de connection wifi. Pas de vue, la chambre donne sur un mur avec une construction en surplomb. Mais, pas de problème de vis à vis car il y a des plantes et de bons rideaux dans la chambre.

- Johanna (7/5): Hotel liegt zentral, in der Nähe sind Supermärkt und Restaurants. Mittelklasse, Zimmer groß, je nach Lage etwas laut dur - Größe der Zimmer Leider lag unsere Suite an der Seite von Restaurants. Die Klimaanlage oder Ähnliches war sehr laut, sodass wir nicht lange schlafen konnten. Das Schlafsofa war unbequem.

I called booking.com and nothing. The was no one in the lobby to assist me. Had someone been attending the front desk they could have seen me from the outside because the doors are literally glass. - Cécile (9/5): Très bon hôtel et super bien placé. - L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans le quartier universitaire de Westwood, calme, propre et très safe. À mi chemin entre Hollywood et Santa Monica, et proche de Beverly Hills, c'était parfait pour nous. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Pas de balcon pour nous, dommage et vue sur les poubelles et les clims du resto d'à côté donc un peu bruyant et les odeurs de bouffe un peu le soir mais vraiment, ce n'était pas si dérangeant que ça, nous reviendrons malgré tout sans hésiter 👍🏻 Le monsieur le plus âgé à l'accueil pas très agréable du tout mais les autres personnes ont compensé heureusement

- Alexandr (10/5): Large rooms with everything you need. - Large room with a small kitchen, microwave and a full size dining table. The location is perfect, many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Wholefoods is just 10 minutes walk. Parking spots are designed in a way that some cars block the others. For this reason the staff is asking to leave the car keys at the reception, and, if necessary, they will move them. On our last morning we found our car re-parked and a mirror frame scratched.

Etwas laut, auf dem Flur und von außen. Frühstücksraum sehr klein, aber man kann das Essen auch mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Es wurde nicht 100% sauber gemacht, es lagen oft Haare rum.

- Sara (5/5): Value for the price relative to other hotels. - Breakfast was easy and helpful. Staff was quick to resolve issues. The room was clean and it had a refrigerator. Lighting by bed was strange. You could not read in bed with a light as the wall lamp looked nice but didn't turn to the bed. Tall lamp on the side of the bed had a very tiny switch on the rod that 3 of us had trouble finding. The air conditioning didn't work until a staff member (who showed up quickly) turned it on and off. The bedding was basic with light blanket. The parking was very tight. Best to bring a small car if you can.

- Angela (8/5): - The room was very comfortable and well sized. The small kitchen with coffee maker was handy (although had to be cleaned before used). Good location with lots of restaurants near. Parking was convenient, and they let us keep our car in the parking another hour after checkout. Breakfast was poor, with paper plates and plastic utensils and small area. Air conditioner was only for living room and very noisy. Some staff was kind, some not. Although I had asked for a wakeup call at 3:30am because of the change of time, they called me at 4:30 (luckily I had waken and already left the hotel). They did arrange for the taxi. Cleaning lady was rude, although through booking they had answered that I could check out an hour late (plus the receptionist had confirmed it the day I checked in) the lady was rude to my mother when she opened the door without knocking.

- Chiara (10/5): - Struttura in una posizione eccezionale: quartiere sicuro, bello e tranquillo. Vicino ad ogni tipo di necessità (supermercati, farmacie, negozi, ecc.) e ben collegato. Dotata di ogni necessità e soprattutto di parcheggio gratuito. La colazione offerta è ottima.

Parking existant mais place limité et petite Un target est à 5min à pied de l’hôtel, parfait pour des courses d’appoint ainsi qu’un Dennys au coin de la rue On est arrivé plus tôt que notre checkin et ils ont gardé nos bagages gratuitement, super service 👍🏻 À 20 min de Santa Monica, 40 min de Universal Studios, moins de 30min de Beverly Hills en voiture La lumière du balcon allumé toute la nuit 🫤 Ventilation hyper bruyante Très peu de choix en petit déjeuner, salle très petite mais on peut monter dans la chambre avec un plateau
